If you are a nature lover, the hotel is a good budget hotel. There are many floors without lift. But the staffs are cordial to help you. The food is not very good.

Have to say I didnt have a good experience during my recent stay. There was nobody in the reception when we reached. Had to wait for 10 minutes before someone came to the reception. Then, figured out this hotel is being run by 16-18 year old kids with no sense of responsibility. The room was 5 floors above and was not prepared. They started fitting lights after we got into the room. The room was extremely dirty. The only saving grace was the food which was tasty. They boast about the view from their hotel but you can get similar views from anywhere in Pelling. Overall, you can find much better run and quality hotels in Pelling for similar price range

It was a value for money hotel , the view was great and awesome as mentioned service was good. But there is not lift and also there was no one in reception to attend to our needs. But, overall a good experience and will recommend it

Peaceful stay at Pelling”
Hotel Valley View is a decent hotel peacefully located down the road in lower Pelling. The owner, cook and other staff boys are ever smiling, excellent and made our stay comfortable. The property is clean, rooms are good, bathroom has 24 hour hot water and are clean. Overall, the property is maintained nicely. And yes, we saw the Kanchenjungha from our window.

We had been there from 22nd to 24th of Dec'17 at Super Deluxe room. The location was good with gr8 hospitality from service staff. The front desk manager Anurag and especially Mr Dipen helped us a lot . The room also offers an excellent view of Kanchanjangha. overall very satisfied with the experience.

A great place to stay for the early morning views of Kanchenjunga. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast on the rooftop terrace for those spectacular views. Great value for the location.

best accomodation i ve ever been in india”
I was going to stay here for one night and go to yuksom but the accomodation was extraordinary great so i stayed here for 4 nights.all staff are helpful and kind they even wash trash bins. Very clean room. the manager is very good at speaking english and informative i highly recommend this place
