Clean hotel”
This is a very clean hotel and we have been using whenever we come this area. Walking for 8-10 minutes with carrying suitcase was not that bad and there are several restaurant on the way. But I didn’t remember how hard the bed (mattresses) was. I don’t know if hard mattress is popular in Japan these days or what? I had a very tough time sleeping. Breakfast was fine.

stain all over the shower curtain & toilet door ”
Booked this best rated hotel in Hyuga, staff in night shift can speak pretty good English so we are pleasant. The room looks ok, they don’t have disposable slippers nor sterilized slippers but only give you sth like in-sole to stick on, which is pretty awkward. However, worst thing happened in the bathroom!! When I closed the door, I saw a lot of stain on the door that I don’t even want to hang my clothes on the hook. That’s not the end of the story. I go shower in this standard small size bathroom, when I close the shower curtain, I.WAS.SHOCKED! Again, mold everywhere on the shower curtain!! For the bed, the blanket sheet was white color, but the blanket is beige, first time seeing beige color blanket in a hotel. I’m not dare to think too much, just hope that it’s the original color. I can’t imagine seeing such dirty hotel in Japan and will not go back again!!!

仕事&観光で利用させていただきました。 Go Toもあったので金額はお安く利用させていただきました。建物は古いですが清潔に保たれていて掃除なども行き届いていますので安心して利用できました。ベッドや寝具、絨毯などはリニューアルしたようで新しくて気持ちよく使えました。 ダブルの部屋でしたがユニットバスも広くて全体的にゆったりと使えました。駐車場に関しては、隣の立地条件が同じホテルは無料なのに有料なのは少し残念です。朝食は別途有料でした。ブッフェとしてはまあまあの内容です。目玉焼きかオムレツをその場で作ってもらえます。

レストランがホテル内に隣接しているので、夕飯がそこで取れたので良かった。ホテルから、当日チェックインするまでこちらから連絡したにも関わらず連絡が無かったのが少し不安だった。客室も狭さを感じず、良い広さだった。また日向市に行ったら泊まりたい。

スイートルームに泊まったのですが、部屋は広くて良かったのですが洗面所に入る段差がとても気になりました。足に引っかかりそうで安全面からも問題があると思います。
