Other than the location, being a short distance from Albay Rotonda and therefore few minutes away from public transport to most places in Albay, the Villa, although meant to feel like home, felt like nothing like a good resting place. The place is under renovation, however, there was no heads-up from the Management, no effort from the staff or management to ensure some form of comfort to guests; there was no orientation... Renovations start loud and early @0700hrs so no hope of getting a good long sleep. Showers: ok water pressure, but no hot/cold temperature control; COLD SHOWERS ONLY. Room: from windows, ceilings, floors: dusty. Gave the impression that the beddings would be dusty too... it seemed clean, however. Airconditioning: slow, no temperature regulation option, just on/off. Above all: the receptionist/staff seem to have no idea about their job. Poor guest interaction, lack of communication; not welcoming (not rude but seemed tired or disinterested)

Besides the roosters crowing at 3am. The TV barely worked and the wifi was nonexistent. Really disappointing stay. The only good thing was the AC and even then it barely worked.

Beautiful Building”

Stayed in their nicest room with hot tub and balcony access. However hot tub had mold in jets and weak water pressure. No hot water in shower and weak pressure. Most of the lights were burned out or missing including light over vanity. Room was very dark. Otherwise it was reasonably clean and beds comfortable. Staff was somewhat responsive.

STAY IS GOOD. STAYED FOR LIKE 5 NIGHTS. STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND APPROACHABLE. BEDS AND ROOMS ARE VERY COMFORTABLE.

It is more of a budget hotel than anything else. There are no F&B facilities at all. Wifi was weak if you can access. The saving grace is the polite and pleasant staff.

A little bit old hotel with some highs”

The hotel is fine for the price, centrally located and with useful staff. It is relatively large and it has some features of higher level hotels, like gym tools, large rooms and corridors and a beautiful terrace. It is little bit old and it could have a better maintenance, but overall it is fine.

everything is perfect! ”

there was no problem at all.. very near to everything.. transportation, food, church.. the hotel is very clean even if its not that new.. and most of all the staff is very helpfull and they have airport shuttle.

Easy to get lost without a street map.”

TV reception was poor, staff notified, but nothing done. Overflowing blocked drain in shower that staff did not fix after our complaint within hours of arrival, and was still the same when we left three days later. Three days and nights we stayed with no cleaning of room or CR area, and no change of bedding. Aircon was the best thing in the room. Worked well with constant 23 deg day and night temp.

Hightly Recommended We stay here often the staff are friendly and the room are quiet and comfortable. the area is handy to everything and the door stafe can hook you up with a good taxi driver. Rene is our taxi driver and became a good friend. The we have have stayed in many hotels in legazpi but we always keep coming back as is close but quiet enough to get in some rest. it's not new but it's fine and great value for money.

Exceptional”

Hotel Villa Angelina - прекрасный отель в центре Легаспи. Вилла очень красивая снаружи и внутри, с её балкона на 3 этаже открывается потрясающий вид на вулкан Майон. На балконе есть столик и стулья, мы прекрасно провели время за ужином, любуясь городом и вулканом. Вилла очень удачно расположена на тихой улочке рядом с центральной улицей Ризаль авеню, где много банков, кафе, в том числе Jollibee, из окна виден старинный кафедральный собор Святого Григория. Город Легаспи поразил своей приятной атмосферой, если доведётся в нём ещё побывать, обязательно остановимся на вилле Ангелина.

Уютный отель недалеко от центра с выдом на вулкан”

Отель расположен в паре минут от сити холла, предоставляет бесплатный трансфер из/в аэропорт. В двух минутах ходьбы от отеля проходит одна из главных дорог города, легко поймаете джипни до Дарага и Легаспи сити. Не будет проблем добраться и до отеля, просто говорите водителю джипни, что вам нужен сити холл. Перед сити холлом небольшая площадь, а за ней рынок, где можно купить свежие фрукты. Отель стилизован под виллу, внутри старинная мебель. В номере мебель старовата, но номер вполне комфортен. Персонал очень дружелюбный, помогал с заказом экскурсий, подсказывал как и за сколько можно добраться до нужных мне мест. Одним из главных критериев выбора этого отеля для меня было наличие большого балкона с видом на вулкан.

Хороший отель за свои деньги”

Хороший отель, предоставляет трансфер с аэропорта бесплатно, да и ехать мин 5, если на такси будет стоять 1 дол. Отель из себя представляет виллу, которая укомплектована старинной мебелью и картинами. Завтрак советую в отеле не заказывать, лучше пройти метров 100 и позавтракать в любом кафе. С отеля можно за 1 дол доехать до холмов откуда очень хорошо видно вулкан. Персонал хороший, особенно женщина на рецепшен. Сориентировала нас по ценам в городе и что можно посмотреть.
