No towels or kettle in room on arrival but staff sorted. Breakfast slightly chaotic as insufficient staff. Waiting for cups and glasses also for food to be replenished.. Only windows in breakfast room overlooked gym. Staff helpful with luggage.

Absolutely not children friendly ”
Day 1 of 4 and we are read to leave. From kids extra beds, kids food and simple kids occupation like Cartoon on TV, the hôtel puts minimal efforts to make this à children friendly place. Small efforts of management would make this amazing view place à travelers dream place in Praia. Until then, definitely not recommend.

4 star is overated”
The hotel is rated as 4 star but providing 3 star facilities and quality. The airport transfer is requested during arrival however no respond from hotel. The housekeeping service in room is not flawless. Always left out replacing the shampoo and soap. The lunch and dinner quality provided is average. The room with sea view is disappointing due to the windows is covered with a layer of dust. Obviously a lot of work need to be done on the sea view room. However, the staff tried to be helpful. The hotel is good for short stay. Doesn't like how the currency exchange is perform with remainder using local currency even guest pay with euro.

hôtel situé près de la plage de kebra , il est très bien insonorisé et le personnel est courtois la piscine sur le toit est un vrai plus ou l'on profite de la superbe vue

Hôtel moderne avec piscine et belle salle de sport, proche de qq resto animés, petites chambres”
Petit dej et resto un peu glauque (sous-sol donnant sur salle de sport), notre chambre était sans doute la moins bien de l'hôtel (310), quasiment pas de fenêtre/lumière et salle de bains sombre et pas dans le style des autres : à éviter vu le prix alors que tout l'hôtel est en bord de mer !

Pequeno almoço péssimo para hotel de 4 estrelas, deixei uma peça no quarto por esquecimento voltei depois a qual me disseram que meteram no lixo, uma coisa inadmissível que nem 24h tinha feito.
