Great location on the harbour with comfortable port view rooms. 24 hour reception (on the 20th floor) offers late check-in, free coffee and English speaking staff, which was appreciated on our first night in Japan. The 7-11 downstairs has surprisingly good food, which can be heated and taken into the hotel rooms. Highly recommended.

Staff could not have been more helpful. ”
I lost my phone whilst out and about one day and the staff phoned around a few places and gave us advice.; without which I would not have got my phone back. Our room was very clean with lots of ‘extras’ - shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, razors, hairbrush and hairdryer, cotton buds and face cloths. The location was perfect for us as we are in Japan to watch the Rugby World Cup and the fan zone was just around the corner, however, it was a bit of a walk to get to the busy areas.

New hotel with spacious rooms”
Stayed there for a total of 5 nights and was easily the best western-styled hotel I had stayed thus far in Japan. Double-room was extremely spacious with a huge window facing Yokohama bay area from my room on the 17th floor (highest floor being the reception area which is on the 20th). Bathroom was separated from the toilet and the bathroom alone was extremely big. Complimentary coffee is available 24/7 from the reception area on the 20th floor. Only downside lies in the hotel being a little far from Yokohama JR station (about 12mins walk), with the Miratomirai Subway's Shintakahashi station being the closest (about 7-8min walk). Walk is all on flat ground or via bridges with escalators and lifts). The walk from either station back to the hotel isn't sheltered and you can get drained easily under the sweltering summer heat, especially after a long day of travelling. If you're going in Spring, Autumn or Winter where temperatures are cooler, the walk wouldn't post any issues at all.

Never turned me down.”
We stayed in a twin room for a good price for this time of year. The only one thing different from rooms we stayed at before in this hotel was the bath room which wasn’t separate but in same room with the bath tub. But still the tub was wide and the bath room was spacious. The Even room was very comfortable space and with this price, we were very satisfied. I’m looking forward to staying at this hotel again, great location for us..

I was travelling to Japan for the 1st time, but I never struggled to find my way, just using internet... very safe, you can't use the lift to enter the rooms area w/out a key card, well done... rooms very neat...

Hotel was very clean, breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly/courteous. About a 10 min walk from the Minatomirai Station but the area was easily walkable. Enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it for travelers to Yokohama!

This is a great hotel. It is not a far walk from attractions, but it is a walk. The rooms are larger than many I have stayed in in Japan and very clean and comfortable. The staff was VERY friendly and hospitable. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff extremely helpful with great English, clean and spacious rooms with good size cot and toddler pillow and blanket provided for my 2 yr old on request. No complaints, even sent a left behind coat to next hotel for us with no fuss.

Spacious rooms”
I stayed in two types of rooms, both are spacious for one person with two pieces of luggage. The location is not bad, it's a 20 minutes walk to Yokohama Station, a little less to walk to Landmark Plaza. The staffs are well mannered, however, not all of them able to communicate in English, had to use Google translation a few times. Overall service is quite good, I would come back next time.

Very new and spacious hotel far from the buzz, but still close enough to everything you'll need for a short stay. There's literally a LARGE supermarket in the same building so you don't need to worry about no food in the fridge at night time. It's much better value than than expensive hotel in Yokohama old area

Really the best hotel we've had in japan. Spacious. Combini below. Near tran station too. Only downside the malls are 15mins walk away. But right next door is a supermarket. Alot of convenience. Great view too

Nice clean hotel with well designed room We had a good view of the Cosmoworld Ferris Wheel. Nice walk from hotel along Grand Mall Park to the Landmark Tower and beyond. OK Supermarket next to the hotel is a great place to pick up fresh fruit , sushi , wine and groceries.

This hotel has everything I need! There is a coin laundry and microwave at level3, next to a supermarket, room is spacious and very comfy. Will stay again the next time when I'm in Yokohama.

The breakfast was underwhelming. French fries and pineapple slices? Little to no variety on what was cooked and the pastries ran out and were not replaced with more.

Great hotel just close enough to the busy areas of Yokohama”
The hotel is in a great area next to some parks, the convention center and the main Yokohama station. But it is just outside of the major traffic areas to make it seem more relaxed. It seemed odd that the front desk was at the very top floor but it made for an impressive view. The rooms were clean and modern. If you are a little bit taller then most you might find the shower to be a little low. It adjusts but not very high. The laundry machine worked well. 2 hours to wash and dry a large load for 500 yen. The 24 hour 7-11 below the hotel was great for late night snacks. I had the breakfast buffet a couple times during my stay and it was delicious. The restaurant is located on the 19th floor with views of the water and Minato Mirai area. There is also Tony's Barber Shop on the second floor which do amazing haircuts and straight razor shaves for men. There is a lot to do within walking distance that makes this a great location. I would definitely stay here again.

New and modern, room size was good, however the distance from places of interest is quite a walk. There's a convenience store right below as well as a local small shopping mall next to the hotel.
