We booked this hotel for very last min, due to bad weather heavy rain in Nagasaki and the trains forced to stop. Hotel is very near to the station, and there are many restaurant nearby the hotel area. Room is very big compare to a normal Japan hotel. very comfortable and clean. staff is very kind. for ladies, you can choose any kind of hair shampoo in the lobby area. Will stay in this hotel again for our next visit.

Great place to stay ”

Nearby to aubway st and shopping area. Also there is a convenient store just few mins from hotel. Amenities and cleanliness is good. If you want ur room to be make up, you need to ask before 12 and put your key on reception. We only stay for 3 days, so we didn't ask for room make up. The room is quite small as expected in Japan, so don't get shock. Might be a bit problem if you have a big size carrier.

5 nights with daughter. Room is small but clean and tidy. Bathroom ( standard size bath tub) is big compared to room size! Get to choose shampoo and conditioner at the lobby was a plus. Location 10/10. 2min walk from exit 4 at the near by station. Self serve laundry available.

Gooood location. Suitable for just sleep?!”

Very Nice Location. Near at tenjin station, Canal city shopping center and many nice restaurants. Cleaning service was nice but not perfect. Some hair and dust remain, but when first day we arrive, it wasn’t. Maybe those were ours~_~

The hotel is in a good location on the Nakasu area. Very close to all of the night spots, but on the quiet side of the island. Strongly recommend.

Nice hotel, excellent location”

No free park in the hotel, 2000 yen charge and can't go out once you parked. I think this is not good for driving traveller. Good location and clean.
