I stayed in this hotel for 3 days and it was fantastic the entire time. Very clean, smelled good, great view from my window, amenities were simple but perfect. Pretty close to a major train station. (which is fantastic for traveling around Japan.) The staff was very kind and helpful, one of the ladies spoke English (which I was incredibly thankful for) and it made things easy and leisurely. Seriously awesome hotel. Will be returning again as soon as I can.

Location and Hotel Staff are great”
The Location is great - Near Nakasu River and Main Train Stations as well as bus location. There are a convenient stores in the area as well as restaurants within the vicinity of the Hotel. Lively at night and safe. The Hotel staffs are accommodating, good English communication as well as accommodating. The room is small, however for the price its good catch, complete necessity and the needs as provided, clean and neat hotel rooms and toilet. Will definitely stay at Hotel WBF Fukuoka Tenjin Minami on our next visit

I recommand this hotel to people who enjoy travel atractions. all of places including reastaurants is very near. i didn't need vehicles but just walking distance. you could meet very generous hotel staffs ,too you would not regret to stay there

Hotel with free flow Japanese comic books ”
I was impressed by a bunch of Japanese comic books provided at the hotel lobby. For a manga lover, You will love it to stay here. The hotel also provides a unique welcome drink: infused water. You can have it as much as you can. This is a simple modern look hotel. They have a limited number of parking spaces. I could not get a parking space, but there was a lot of coin parking lot nearby, so no worry.

Good Location”
Very well managed hotel close to Tenjin area. Subway, shopping & dining all close by. Rooms are provided with everything, coffee & tea maker included. Breakfast very healthy. The only downside: Walls appear to be a bit thin, I was woken up by noisy neighbors returning late at night (which is not really the hotel's responsibility, though). Would definitely stay again!

If want to be in the Fukuoka nightlife/foodie scene, great location. ~10+ minute walk to Kuko/Orange/Airport subway line. Staff is friendly and hotel feels modern. Rooms are typical-big-Japan-city size (snug/small), but clean and minimal; though, there was some noice "leakage" from walls and door.

Very Central Location”
Will definitely stay here again if I do go back to Fukuoka. Location is very central can walk to the places in hakata old town and canal city and every interesting places. Only place you have to take a train is to Fukuoka Tower. Very good location.

I stayed at the wbf Fukuoka and it was a pleasant stay though rooms are small and my bed was a bit hard. Great front and nice staff. Extremely welcoming. I recommend.

Very strategic location, in between Tenji & Nakasu and not far from Hakata too. Clean as new. Helpful staffs. Free drinks are available at the lobby all day long.

Typical japan hotel room with a bit more services”
The hotel room is standard Japan size but its location is great and lots of parking lot around the hotel. It is 3-5 mins drive to Tenjin station. Provides free variety coffee and juice for guests. Bed is so so but not too bed. WiFi is fast and the 2 washing machines and 2 dryers are easy access.

They have a varieties of drinks for guest at the lobby. Counter staff is able to converse in English and Chinese, as well as Japanese. The city bus is very near to the hotel, able to take a short ride to Hakata Station. Walking distant to both Yatai and Tenjin underground Mall. Great place!

Meet the expectation, even better with the free capsule coffee. Only 2 things for the con 1. toilet bin is almost unusable (too small) 2. I found hair-dryer have a lot of fur/dust inside

a nice hotel in Tenjin with kindly staff”
The hotel in not far away to Tenjin Bus station, and you can find the 100Yen bus conveniently in the crossroad. You can walk to Tenjin or Nakasu in 15 minutes, or take a but to Hakata. The room and the washroom is the smallest among the hotels I've been in. The washroom is really a challenge to a fat man. The staff is friendly and willing to help. You can also enjoy the tasty fruit juice and capsule coffee in the hotel.

Rooms are clean and well equipped. My mattress was a bit worn, but I slept well. One thing I didn't like was a rather bright nightlight that I somehow didn't manage to turn off. Otherwise my stay was fine.

First Time to Fukuoka”
We found this hotel through pictures and the hotel staff is excellent and very helpful. The Rooms are Clean and standard business size hotel for Japan. We thought the only downside was that the Coffee Maker was broken and drinks were included. But just a small problem, I would recommend this hotel because it is walking distance to the Tenjin Train station and a bunch of restaurants on the way and around the hotel...
