We had a wonderful experience at HotelWellseason. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! They were extremely accommodating too! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The only thing I like to give a feedback to the hotel is that the rooms side lamps are extremely dusty.

小学生と中学生の子供を連れての家族旅行でした。ウェルカムドリンクだったり、お風呂上がりのフリードリンクだったり、嬉しいサービスが色々あって、とても癒されてました。食事もブュッフェスタイルなので、それぞれ自由に食べられて良かったです。

こちらのホテルに滞在してよかったのがなんと言ってもホテル直結！荷物を預けて身軽に歩いてプールまで行き満喫、帰りも遊園地を通り過ぎホテルまでもすぐなので暑い中、小さい子供もグズらず済みました。 ＊浴衣(甚平)レンタルが90cmからしかなかったのが残念でした。無理やり折り曲げて着せましたがベビーグッズが充実していてせっかくオムツバケツや室内用のクロックス、おまるなどを用意してくださっていたのにお揃いでみんなで着たい甚平のサイズがなかったのは残念…せめて80cmからあるといいと思います！ ＊チェックインの際に頂いた館内マップがやや分かりにくいなと感じました。 曲がった矢印がいくつもあり見にくくなっているので番号とかで簡潔にしてもらえると見やすくなる気がします。 ＊謎解きや抽選券の配布などちょっとしたイベントがあったのはとてもよかったです。 ホテルの滞在が楽しく過ごす工夫がされており子供達の笑顔がたくさん見れました。 ありがとございました。

スタッフ親切、お部屋広くて綺麗、食事は美味しくて(バイキング)、お風呂も良かったです。ただ、部屋に使い捨てのヘアブラシや綿棒などが無く、(お風呂に行かないと無い)部屋にも置いて欲しかったです。それ以外はとても良かったので、リピートしたいです。

3ヶ所お風呂があり、十分楽しめました。少し残念なのは、レイクビューのお風呂がないこと。1ヶ所でも有ればいいのですが。バイキングは鰻、ステーキ、美味しかったです。朝バイキングは空いているおススメ時間の7時過ぎに行ったけど、案外お客さんが多かったです。

価格の優しいホテルの夕食ビュッフェの際、オープンキッチンコーナーのシェフだったり板前さんって感じ悪い方多いなぁ、という印象がありました。こちらはそういった方々から率先して笑顔でお心遣いある対応をしていただきいい意味で驚きました。 本当にどのスタッフさんもおもてなしの気持ちが溢れていました。 部屋も浴場も清潔です。ガーデンビューの部屋からの景色は普通ですが、気になるほどではありません。 食事は概ね満足ですが、ここまでスカスカの本ズワイガニがあるんだなぁと、こちらは悪い意味で驚きました。 それ以外は☆5つ！また行きます。

온천휴양지 어디나 그렇겠지만 대중교통으로 접근하기 편한 위치는 아니에요. 더구나 아이 동반으로는... 자동차로 접근하기 좋고 직원 서비스는 딱 4성급 정도입니다. 딱히 불친절하진 않지만 그렇다고 고객의 니즈를 파악해서 맞춰주는 서비스를 기대하기는 힘듭니다. 그래도 가격 생각하면 거슬리거나 불편한 정도는 아니라고 생각해요. 호텔 내 온천을 긴 운영시간 동안 두세곳에서 동시에 열어놓기 때문에 접근이 편리합니다. 아이들을 위한 키즈존이 목욕탕 앞에 자리하고 저렴하면서도 대중적인 메뉴들이 있는 식당도 이점 중 하나입니다. 최근 10주년 기념행사로 저녁마다 경품추첨을 하는 것 같던데 이 또한 소소한 즐거움이 될 수 있을 것 같구요. 바로 옆에 위치한 놀이공원은 투숙객 무료입장이 가능합니다. 오래 되었지만 나름 정감있는 유원지예요. 저희 가족은 만 세살 아이가 너무 즐거워 하며 집에 돌아가기 아쉬워할 정도였습니다.
