The room was really clean and nice. But one thing I like about this place the most is the great customer service. My sister accidentally cut her finger and went to the reception only ask for a bandage, she didn’t expect the staff was really concerned about her wound. The staff not only gave her a bandage but also helped her to sanitize the wound. It was a really kind and generous act. The name of this staff is 田栗さん .My family and I were having a really nice stay at this hotel. Thank you for your good service, 田栗さん .We are really appreciated it.

Short walk to Hakata station. ( 6 mins) lots of food n convenience stores nearby. Staff were extremely polite n helpful even though we had to use google s translate to communicate certain words.— requests were taken care immediately.. Room was clean . Stayed 8 nights in a twin deluxe room which had sufficient space.. smaller rooms may be a bit tight but ok for shorter stay. Would definitely return on my next visit.

Hotel near to Hakata station. And hotel staff is very friendly. They provide disposable heat patch when in winter time before we going out. And have a self service coffee machine at lobby. Room is comfort as well for us and little kids. Excellent stay.

It was really reasonable and the location was the best. I needed a parking spot and the stuff were so kind and tried to figure out what is the best price for me... ( it was contracted parking garage) I did not have a chance to try their breakfast, but i really would love to try it next time. Thank you so much!

Great place in Fukuoka”
8 minute walk to Hakata Station where you can connect to virtually anywhere in Fukuoka and the region. Outstanding staff particularly Nozomi who took care of our needs. Excellent breakfast in the adjoining restaurant. Close to restaurants and shopping. Had a twin room which was spacious. Would definitely stay here in Fukuoka in the future.

The staff were good but some of them cant understand english well. The lady staff Taguri I must highlight here, she was very helpful and polite. A surprise cake prepared by the hotel staff for my husband during our morning breakfast. I would say it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely come back again if happen to stay in hakata.

Perfect location 5 min from Hakata station, room are clean and new with a nice style, even if it’s small (all basic hotel room in Japan are this small) it’s well designed and practical.

Clean, convenient, friendly and efficient”
This hotel has really great customer service - the staff offered me a towel when I checked in and drenched from the outside rain. Checking in was also a bliss. The room was clean, small (expectedly) but has all the amenities needed. Bed was comfortable and the toilet was in great condition. One of the best experience was that the staff was able to bring my luggage into my room before I checked in (left my luggage when I travelled out to Nagasaki and yufuin).

A few minutes' walk to the bus terminal and Hakata train station, as well as the bus stop that had many buses that goes around the city. The hotel is close to 2 convenient stores that are just opposite and a few steps away.

Service at reception was very good. At night shift there was a guy who were able to converse in English, so it was convenient for us. Location was great, Family Mart right in front , and lawson's at another corner with plenty of food shop at the neighbourhood. Our car rental place was just a corner away but this hotel doesn't have parking space so we have to park at the public parking next to it. We couldn't access the netflix, need account to watch it. But we settled that with airplay. Overall is good.

convenient and high tech”
you have to use the key card to even be able to use the elevator. the room was clean and the bed really comfortable. it was close to the station. i think it would be useful to include information on the site as to which side of hakata station to exit and then a map showing how to get to the hotel from that exit. It was close to the station but i ended up taking a round about way of getting there simply because i got lost, but maybe that is just me. I thought the staff were really nice and the kind front desk staff even let me check in a little early. the breakfast room in the morning was really busy, especially at the beginning of breakfast time with a bit of waiting time needed. however the restaurant staff really managed it as well as they could under the circumstances.

Excellent location (about an 8-minute walk from Hakata station) with two convenience stores right downstairs and several restaurants just a short walk away. Canal city is also nearby and Tenjin area is within a 25-minute walk. Not too sure about how good the staff and facilities are as I did not really interact much with them but what interactions I had were good and sufficient. Amenities in the room were great and the room was very comfortable overall.
