Absolutely delightful hotel with EVERYTHING YOU NEED. Their room amenities was a surprise, included a curler, body lotion, face oil cleanser, bath soak, hair milk... Things that are not usually provided. They even put me on a Women's only floor as I was a solo traveller! They have a drink dispenser at the lobby and I could grab a hot chocolate before heading out. Loved it! Walkable distance from Ueno Station and other stations. Just a lane away from Ameyoko Market! Super convenient for me to drop off my buys and head out for round 2!

The hotel building was small but located at the opposite site of Ameyoko market. There was a crossroad right infront of the hotel to Ameyoko street and not far for Ueno and Keisei-ueno station. The room was quite small but very clean and had many facilities. The bed was comfortable. There were free bread and coffee for breakfast. The hotel staffs were very good in English. If I come back here again is mainly from the very good location of the hotel.

A very convenient hotel”
The location of this hotel is very good. It is very close to Ginza line subway station. There are a lot of restaurants just across the road. The room was small but I had got all I needed. The only thing below my expectation was the breakfast; it was just a selections of a few kinds of pastries and drinks (coffee, tea, orange juice and soda). All in all, the experience was not bad.

Clean, convenient, and comfortable. More spacious than I imagined for the price I paid (for the expectation staying in central Tokyo). Good desk and stable wifi to do remote work. I would stay again!

Excellent hotel and very convenient to Dotonbori shopping street , only one station or you can walk in 10 mins. A lot of brand name shop along the street. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, the bed is very big I think 4 people can sleep in twin bed. Recommended!!

Excellent location, close by to lots of great 24hr eateries, shops, post office, atms, the main JR station where you can catch shinkansen and use the yamanote line. Room itself is a decent size for solo stays, clean and decent amenities, free drinks on the 2nd floor are a nice extra, would definitely stay again if I needed a base in Tokyo.

5 min walk from both JR and keisei stations this is a great home base to explore Tokyo. Staff was nice and gave us umbrellas when it was raining. You're also a street away from a major shopping street with restaurants, Izakayas and all kinds of stores all open late. Only thing was the laundry room was tiny and the dryer was always in high demand as it dried slowly.

It is located just minutes away from Ueno Station (use Exit 3 near Hibiya line). Ameyoko Shopping district is also nearby with lots of food options including 24-hr restaurants just across the street. It offers free breakfast (hot beverages and breads) and drinks in the afternoon. The room is quite small as expected with Tokyo hotels but it has everything you need (small refrigerator, kettle, safety box, hair dryer/straightener/curler, slippers and sleepwear/pajama, table, chair and television). The bathtub height is just a bit high for me and I had to be careful going in and out of it but it's manageable. Room housekeeping is only done after every 3rd night's stay which is fine for me as they still change your towels everyday. Some toiletries are provided at the lobby. A 7-11 store is also located nearby if you need something else. I would not hesitate staying at this hotel again in the future.

If travel with a young kid, would recommend to book a standard double room but not small double room. It will be more spacious for you to put luggage and walk.. As mentioned above, great location that you can easily access to all train station (including Keisei-Ueno, Naka-Okachimachi, Ueno station.. Approx. 3-6 minutes walk.. Ameyoko Street is just opposite of the hotel.. Many choices for lunch & dinner.. The hotel also provided with nice pastries and cold/hot drinks for breakfast.. Will definitely come to stay with them..

Nice budget option for Ueno Station”
Close to the station, clean and modern, with a consistently good value. It does have a bit of a cramped feel, not only the rooms but the hallways and common areas, with the building itself fitted in a sort of jigsaw fashion between the neighboring ones; but for me this added to its charm and is typical of the neighborhood. It does however mean that most rooms lack a good view. Breakfast is simple, coffee and pastries, but a nice touch. Staff was friendly and responsive. On-site coin laundry.
