Solid choice for a hotel in Jeju City ”
Our room was very clean and the staff was polite. The little convenience store on the 2nd floor is a big plus if you need to get a little snack or some random travel essential. The only thing we didn't like was the limited and somewhat expensive room service options, everything is covered in melted cheese for some reason.

At the city center with parking”
The hotel is very close to the airport, and there are many eateries right around the area. Our rooms had a direct view to the brand new Dream Center. The streets are very narrow, but there was always staff waiting for you at the entrance to the valet parking (free, in the back of the hotel). They asked me to call them 10 min ahead, but my car was always ready right away. The rooms are fine - a standard Korean lodging between hotel and motel type. This would be good base for exploring the island.

I stayed on the ondol room and it was very clean. Amenities were okay. Need more room for clothing though. It's a very nice experience staying in an ondol room even though it can be hard. Also, the remote for the ondol is kind of confusing to use.

Great location but limited furniture in the room”
Booked Futon mattress room and it's quite empty inside beside a small table and 2 floor chairs. Not enough cabinet for clothes storage and hanging racks. Small bathroom and toilet (about 1sqm each with 2 separate doors)

Big room, big toilet, nice bed and good price. Toilet bowl room is separated from bathing room. I would recommend adding a bidet to the toilet bowl room. Overall, it’s one of the value for money choice in jeju.

Overall experience still okay.”
The day I stayed, the hotel parking is full, have to park at a public car park. But the staff cannot communicate in English, and for foreign traveller like me, don't even know the location of the car park. Set up GPS, put luggage at reception, park your car at public car park, and walk back to hotel. This is my experience here. However, the hotel room is big and clean, still okay to stay with this price.

Just an okay stay except the front desk”
All was okay except the front desk. For one, he could not speak English ( the global language especially in tourist places around the world). He didn't even habe good manners when first approaching the desk. He answers questions but he is NOT the friendliest person for the front desk. I was not happy when I checked in because of him and when I checked out because of him. The short gentleman parking the cars in the morning was also not friendly, he just stared at me when I left and did not say anything even though my car is inside. he even did not say anything in Korean. No good manners!!!

No customer service!”
Pros: -About 12min from the airport(₩7,000 taxi ride). -McDonald's and emart is walking distance. - Bed was actually comfortable. Cons: - The front desk staff do not know what customer service is. They didn't appear busy but are not helpful. They need training on talking to customers. For this reason, I recommend looking somewhere else as there are other inexpensive hotels near the aiport. - The hall and room is too dark and the size is small. Decently clean but the bathroom could be cleaned better. - It took at least 15min to hail a cab out front. - Although the price of the breakfast buffet was good, we looked at the spread but there wasn't much for us to eat and we like Korean food.They had tiny waffles,toast, abalone fried rice, pasta in red sauce, soup, mushy looking scrambled eggs.

Please consider this holtel”
It's not a 4 stars holtel. I had a bad experience in this holtel. 1. Car parking is terrible, it's parking lot is toooo small. So we have to park our car ~ 800 m far from the holtel. 2. The tolet is too small, less than 1 m^2., and terrible smell. 3. The water from tolet is flooded into the main room after taking shower. 4. There was no noise isolation. I cannot sleep in early morning because I can hear every single words from corridor. In general, It's dissapoint to stay in this holtel with that price.
