Cheap hotel in terms of location. Easily accessible through joinus underground connection. Not suitable if you have heavy luggage as front checkin is few stairs lower and not elevator available/or staff to assist.

The good times for this hotel are over. It looked dirty and old. There is no elevator to the lobby so you need to drag your luggage 1 floor.

me and a friend stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. so close to yokohama station. we were welcomed by 3 very pretty japanese girls begging to carry our bags for us... we refused as we thought our bags might topple them over. the room was great for what we paid for! everything you could ask for. no wireless but they have wired and you plug it straight into your laptop. alternatively you can pay some money and get wireless. unfortunately i'm not sure how much! sorry. we had breakfast one day in the inbuilt italian restaurant... it was very overpriced for what we got (a small buffet). so overall i give the hotel 9/10 for the price we paid, i would just say, go elsewhere for breakfast!

Convenient, clean and comfortable enough”
My stay was very pleasant overall and I would recommend the hotel to budget-conscious business travellers. My room was small but very clean and bed was comfortable; it was very quiet too, with good air conditioning and internet connection. The only thing that was missing is a small wardrobe to hang suits and other clothes. The location of the hotel is excellent, just a short stroll away from Yokohama station. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel is the decor of the lobby and restaurant, which I found pretentious and lacking in taste. Moreover, the lobby does not have the space and the quiet to be suitable for even brief work meetings.

Stairs at the lobby, great location, spacy bed n room”
First of all, dont bring a heavy bag here. Once u arrive at the station, the nearest exit is exit 12 but theres no elevator. U can cheat by use the another building elevator behind if u forced to. From the hotel lobby, u should get down by stairs to the elevator （−＿−；）if u lucky, theres a staff to help u take one of ur bag. But i think this is one of the nearest hotel from yokohama station. The bedroom is quite spacious and the bed is comfy. Wifi speed is quite good. Bathroom and heater is good also. Theres only one power outlet far from the bed, so thats annoying for a mobile phone addicted like us. Jonathans restaurant nearby the hotel is open almost 24 hour and the food was great :)

I had a one night stay in Camelot, mianly because I planned one day to visit the sea world in Yokohama. The location is great and facilities are very well equipped. Disadvantage is that the room is not new.

Value for Money Hotel”
enjoyed the stay very much as i was upgraded for a twin room from a single room on my check in. receptionists were very friendly. hotel was clean. the most important is that it's right on top of the south exit 12 of yokohama station which is a +++ location. it's truly a value-for-money hotel and i most likely will stay with this hotel again in my next trip.

Close to Yokohama station”
The hotel is located next to an underground access that leads to the Yokohama station. Rooms are small but very clean and there was a pyjama provided. I could hear the piano sound that was playing the floors and ask the concierge to turn it off. It was done without any problems. Breakfast mainly japanese food. Sufficient but nothing special.

Exceptional”
I realized that the double room was much more spacious after I stayed at A another neighborhood hotel. All the staff at the front office have excellent customer service, especially Ms. Chihiro Moriyama, she always made me feels welcome. Due to the full booking , I stayed the other hotel, but I strongly recommend this hotel for two persons stay.

the room is small but the bed is quite big and it can actually fit 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids) hotel is near to Yokohama station and malls so its really convenient as i don't use any facilities, can't really comment on this.. staff can understand basic English and tried hard to assist which i really appreciate it.. in overall to me, i am happy with this hotel

One night in Yokohama”
I only stayed here for one night so can't review the hotel in a huge amount of detail. What I will say is the staff were lovely, very polite and helpful. A minor issue i had was the location of the front desk, of all things, we arrived after lugging our cases all day and when we entered the hotel we found that the front desk and elevators to the rooms were down a flight of stairs, luckily the elevators by the front door go to the 6th floor where you can swap to the other elevators to go higher. The room was of average size and ok decor, view was not impressive, a freeway and the windows of other rooms.

Disappointing”
I don't see how they can charge this much for very basic facilities. When did they last upgrade anything in the room? It's the usual take the money in Japan, and very little of it gets passed on to the customer. Sorry to have to write this, but it's true. I'll look for alternative places to stay in Yokohama.

Business Hotel, close to Yokohama Stn”
yes, its a business hotel. staff were very friendly and helpfull. rooms are a bit old, quite small but this is typical for a japan " business hotel ". i liked the option to open a window and get some air circulation - this is a big plus in my opinion. the hotel does sit next to a major highway though, can get somewhat noisy at night.

Camelot Hotel, Yokohama, Summer 2008”
We were given a high room as requested and it had a good view. Possibly because it was on a corner and U - shaped, the room felt cramped; there was no bedside table and just one chair. The wardrobe consisted of a wall-mounted, single short rail that was not really adequate. The bathroom was compact and everything functioned well except the rinse dispenser on the wall. The TV was not tuned to any international station such as CNN or BBC World News. Internet access is provided and there is a power socket adjacent to the Ethernet socket on the front of the desk. A fridge is provided and tea + urn, but no coffee. Reception staff were friendly and efficient but, worryingly when I collected the key to the room after each outing, only once was I asked to verify my identity. The breakfasts were OK.
