Great service”
We are a vegetarian family and had breakfast buffet included in our booking. We asked the receptionist on the day we checked in whether if there is any vegetarian food for the breakfast buffet, however I think one of the staff got it wrong and thought that we are halal, we were expecting to see vegetarian labellings just as the staff told us however we saw halal labelling instead. My son accidentally took a dish which does not appear to contain meat but has chicken in it, so we didn't touch that dish. While the staff was about to clear the plates for us, we apologised for wasting food and explained the situation. The staff was kind enough to make all the necessary arrangements by consulting us and recommending if we would prefer anything, she even told the chef cooking and help us prepare more. She told us which dishes could be eaten and which could not. Sure enough, breakfast the next day was sufficiently prepared for us. We couldn't be more impressed and thankful for her.

A Safe Haven for First-Time Self-Driving in Okinawa”
Upon arrival at the hotel, there was an issue with parking. When I went to the front desk to inquire, the staff didn't ask if I was a guest of the hotel, but instead immediately came out to show me the way. It made me feel very welcomed and taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel. It feels like home.

Great stay in Nago!”
We were lucky to get a room which offered very nice views of the ocean. Food at the restaurant was good. The restaurant is very packed during dinner time and the staff advised us to make reservations in advance. Strongly recommend to take a leisure walk at the nearby 21 Seikinomori Beach, the sunset view is amazing! There were not many shopping, entertainment and food options in the area, but still good if you want a quiet and relaxing stay.

Very pleasant stay in Nago”
Loved the breakfast spread which was well cooked and fulfilling. I had a nice view of the bay from my window and just a 2 mins walk to the beach. Staffs are helpful and courteous. Overall a satisfying stay!

Spacious parking lots nearby, great breakfast choices, good choice for families with young children. Saw many families with young kids. Convenient with a car. Apparently they clean the room on alternate days so if you stay 1 or 2 nights the room wont be cleaned. They will leave clean towels and water bottles in a plastic bag outside the hotel room. Also, you can leave your dustbin outside for them to clear. Happy with our stay!

It is good for those who drive, three parking lots and free of charge. The breakfast was delicious and there are many choices of food. Can I suggest the Japanese government to upgrade language training for the staff in the service industry? Most of them are not able to communicate with tourists in English.

Hotel location close to nago pineapple park/orion happy park. Near petrol station and Aeon. Is like the center point of all places we had to go to. Yukino (must eat) just 1 min walk away from hotel. Breakfast spread is good, room is great as well but the only thing is the parking, quite stress to find parking lot as we return to hotel about 7-8pm daily, had to go round and round searching for parking lot. Staff was able to communicate in simple english but believe they are not local japanese, looks like from Myanmar so had abit of difficulty but nevertheless very helpful.

Great Hotel in Nago”
My hotel stay at Yugaf Okinawa Inn was much better than I expected. Stayed in the newer Agasi wing. The room was spacious and clean with a good view of the City park and bay. There is only a mini refrigerator in the room but an ice machine is on the 3rd floor. There was also vending machines and 3 sets of washer/dryer also on the 3rd floor. I went to the dinner buffet and on another night had a steak set both at the hotel's Shinsaishin restaurant. The food and service was very good. They only have the buffet and a handful of dinner sets to choose from. The food and ambiance of the restaurant is very chinese-like. I am surprised that Yugaf's restaurant isn't "advertised" as one wouldn't know the restaurant is there unless you are a guest in that wing of the hotel.

Great Stay”
We visited the sightseeing places in Okinawa by public transports and Hotel Yugaf Inn Okinawa is very close to Nago bus terminal (about 5 mins walk). The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful in showing us how to get to the sightseeing spots. AEON shipping mall is just 10 mins away from the hotel by taxi. It is very close to a park and beach and we were able to enjoy the quiet and beautiful scenery of Nago. We will definitely stay there again.

We spend a night at Hotel Yugaf Inn, Okinawa. Even though it was only for a night, the stay was exceptional good. We were given a room in the new wing of the hotel. The bathroom concept was good and the room was spacious. We even got to view the on-going development of the baseball stadium nearby. We do recommend considering booking your stays here.

No regret to choose to stay this hotel. Clean, good location and value for money . Good service and polite staff. They even offer 500yen for hotel guess if no housekeeping per day. Hotel serve delicious buffet breakfast. Even have halal option for Muslim.The location very good in Nago, think bus terminal near by . As we drove , so no issues. Parking is free and easy to drive around if North area , mostly free parking compare in town area . There’s is one famous steak restaurant - Flippers serve very good steak and lobster. I will back again if visit Okinawa. Thanks Hotel Yugaf Inn .
