Very nice hotel with excellent service”

From the time we stepped out our car, we feel the excellent service of the hotel. Staff is all very helpful and polite. They showed us our rooms and facilities of the hotel. They proactively introduced places that we might visit. Food is good & we love the BBQ wagyu so much. The hotel offers raw horse meat as side dish which is good to try. Overall, it's a beautiful hotel with nice mountain view. Everything is so neat & clean. It's onsen is good too.

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Location is easy to access. Room is clean and tidy. The outdoor onsen is big with not many people. I have enjoyed a quiet and relaxed environment during my stay.

Modern Japanese room with great view of garden”

Lovely hotel with beautiful views and great service. The dinner was particularly excellent as we had tasted yummy tender Akashi beef, horse sashimi and great local rice. Onsen was nice too. Everything looked new and I hope they keep up the good maintenance.

The service is great. The meal is delicious! The room is clean and the view from the room are beautiful. The hot spring (Onsen) is great. Some staff can communicate with English. Recommended to stay if you are driving.

Really nice place for couples”

Staffs were really nice, and helpful. One of them is fluent in Mandarin, she gave us explicit advice on our coming trip. Dinner and breakfast are fine. Nice environment and the room is very clean.
