Neat hotel with complete room facilities. Refrigrator is larger than other hotels of similar class. There is also microwave oven and washing machine (Need to pay 5000KRW for washing machine). The location is not bad because it is quite near some of famous scenary spots. There are also restaurants, convenient stores and supermarket near the hotel. Staff is general helpful and able to communicate in English. So I am satisfied to stay in this hotel.

Place was clean and the area was nice. Parking is a bit small tho, luckily I stayed here when it’s not peak season. Stayed for 2 nights and I have to get my towels and drinks from the front desk, would be nice if they could bring it to my room instead. But overall it was nice and i would def stay here again

The hotel is near by Seogwipo Olle Market just 10-15 min walk. a lot of convenience store around the hotel. One staff i didn;t know his name, very helpful and have a very good english. recommend for those who want to stay around the seogwipo city.

The room was spacious and clean and had a washing machine which we used for a small fee, bed was comfortable and cozy. The only thing is that they don't make up the room daily but can request for fresh towels and water bottles (:

This is a decent 3-star hotel. It is very cheap by Korean standards and is very decently sized, with a small table that can fit 2 and a full countertop. Everything works e.g. shower, heater, tv, washing machine etc. There's also free parking inside the building. However, it doesn't provide disposible toiletries such as toothbrush and toothpaste apparently due to certain law in Jeju. Location is good, just a 10-min walk away from the Seogwipo daily market and the food street. The building is shared with another hotel operator so you'll see the other hotel's rooms around. Not everyone at the reception speaks English, but they are all helpful and friendly. Communcation is not a problem via Papago translator. We asked for recommendation and had our best meal in Seogwipo (haemulramen). Only downside is that the bed sheets were a bit stained and the room was a bit dusty. The hotel does feel a bit dated and needing a refresh. All things considered, this hotel is a bang for your buck if you're looking for a cheap, basic hotel just to spend the night like us.

Good value stay with good facilities. ”
Stayed in 3 hotels during my 9 days trip, this is one which I’ll be happy to revisit or recommend. Clean good smelling room with good facilities: a large fridge, microwave & washing machine (tho you have to pay but it’s only 5000krw). Afternoon/evening staff speak limited English but happy to help. It’s relatively well located - walking distance from the key attraction. There are 2 convenience stores less than 5min walk.

Good location near public transport”
Pros: 1. Near bus stops which makes it convenient if taking public transport 2. Helpful and friendly staff - staff helped with directions to jeju olle trail start points - much appreciated 3. Room size adequate for 2 pax 4. Walking distance to Maeil Olle market 5. 15min bus ride to Emart and bus terminal Cons: 1. Shower drainage in Rm 727 very bad. You need to stop shower half way and wait for water to drain 2. Use of washing machine is chargeable and the machine does not have dryer function 3. They only clean rooms every 2 days but you can still get fresh towels and bottled water every day Overall, we are happy to stay here again, just don't get a room with bad drainage. Btw, Hotel Zinc and Hotel Win Story share rooms in the same building, even on the same floor. How weird.

We booked rooms with very good price, the equipment is new and modern. We can walk to Seogwipo traditional market and try many local food. The staff can speak just little English but very helpful.

Fijn hotel, erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, rustig qua geluid.,Netjes en goede ligging. Aanrader! Ook is het daar makkelijk en gratis parkeren. Enige min puntje was dat je op de kamer heen thee kon zetten.

Staff speaks Korean only. Not friendly. Car parking is available in 3 diff locations. Washing machine inside room but charges 5000won + 1000 won powder. Room is very clean, the cleanest among 3 hotels I stayed in this trip. Very nice shampoo and shower gel. No toothbrush nor toothpaste is provided.

한달 여행으로 제주 동부, 남부, 서부의 숙소에서 숙박했는데 여행기간을 보름 더 연장하면서 다시 서귀포의 징크로 돌아와서 숙박했을 정도로 개인적으로는 만족했던 숙소입니다. 가격대비 숙소의 청소상태, 위치, 신식 건물인점이 만족스러워서 좋은 평을 적었습니다. 방음도 잘되고, 뷰는 뻥뚫린 시원한뷰는 아니지만 방에 따라서 빌딩들 사이로 한라산이 빼꼼 보이기도 합니다. 특이사항으로 징크호텔은 호텔윈스토리과 하나의 빌딩을 나눠서 호텔로 운영하고 있기에, 로비에 데스크가 두군데 있습니다. 총7층짜리 건물인데 층마다 다른 호텔이 아니고. 같은 층에 징크와 윈스토리의 객실이 함께 있습니다. 로비에는 윈스토리의 투숙객만 사용이 가능한 안마의자도 있고요. 윈스토리는 조식 식당을 운영하고 있고, 징크는 조식이 없으니 참고하세요. 저는 여행중엔 현지식당을 방문하는 것을 좋아해서 불편하지않더라고요.

제주 한달 여행중, 연장해서 징크에 16박 머물렀어요.”
호텔 징크. 객실이 넓지는 않지만, 위치도 좋고, 깨끗하고, 조용합니다. 16박 연박으로 머무는 동안 다른방에서 소음이 들린적이 없어요. 복도에서 시끄럽게 이야기 하는건 들리긴하지만 금방 지나가니 괜찮았고요. 연박이라 청소도 요청시 깨끗하게 해주셨어요. 냉장고도 냉동실까지 있는 소형 냉장고라서, 포장음식을 구입해와서 냉동 또는 냉장해두기 좋았어요. 객실내에 전자렌지도 있고요. 그리고 무엇보다도 침구류 퀄리티가 좋아서 잠도 잘왔습니다. 지상+지하 주차장이 있어서 주차 때문에 걱정할일도 없어요. 주차자리가 아주 많은건 아니지만, 혹시 자리가 부족할때 근처에 공영주차장으로 갈수있는것같아요. 직원분들도 친절하세요. 위치도 시내와 가까운데 시끄럽지는 않은 위치. 바로 근처에 도립공원이 있어서 아침에 산책하기도 좋습니다. 올레시장도 걸어서7분거리에요. 방이 조금 작지만, 붙박이 옷장이 있어서 보기보다 넓게 사용할수있어요. 제주 한달여행하면서 다양한 호텔과 리조트에 머물렀는데 가격대비 징크가 가장 맘에 들어요. 깨끗한걸 가장 중요시 여기는데, 깨끗하고 노후도도 낮습니다, 리모델링을 했거나 신축호텔인것같아요. 정말 잘 머물렀습니다.
