This is a gorgeous boutique hotel and a great location close to the town centre but in a quiet street. Rooms are very nice and everywhere very clean. Lovely staff who are very helpful.

Breakfast was good with a few vegetarian options too (albeit not a very generous one). Generally, what you would expect from a 5 star establishment!

Like at Home in Montenegro”
This is simply fabulous 5 star hotel in Podgorica, located in a quiet neighborhood, meters from the older part of the city. It has a great terrace to enjoy your drink and serenity of the place. The entire facility (except for the outdoor) is non-smoking and smoker poles are conveniently located near the main entrance. Everything is clean, nice, neat and the staff is professional and kind. The feeling when you stay at Ziya's is like visiting to your family who is trying to do their best to make you enjoy their home and hospitality. Definitely a good place for both tourist or business travelers.

Most controversial hotel I ever stayed in”
Hotel Ziya is the most controversial hotel I have every stayed in. Me and my husband travel a lot and after sleeping in 150 different hotels all around the world I have never seen a 5 star hotel with washed worn out slippers anywhere in the world. Fancy interior, top of the notch design (B&O TV and phone), welcome chocolates in the room just did not match the picture with the poor breakfast and unstable shower where burning hot changed to ice cold without touching a valve. Only one selection of the juice (cherry) and different foods without marking were a bit confusing.

Luxury and great service in the heart of Podgorica”
From the moment I arrived at the hotel I felt welcomed and relaxed, from the kind staff to the chocolates waiting for me in my room. The hotel is perfectly located to explore Podgorica, with a number of excellent restaurants just a few minutes walk away. I particularly enjoyed using the swimming pool and spa facilities-a great way to cool down after a long day of travelling. The staff were very attentive and thoughtful, offering a packed breakfast when they heard that I would be checking out before breakfast time. Overall, a fantastic place to stay!
