Severely low security.. Non of their room are able to lock properly. There is no key available and actually anybody can unlock the door by using coin while you can prevent the door to be completely open by using metal chain from inside. But when you go out, there is no way to prevent thief. Staff said they can keep luggage if you are worried. Location is also bad.

Good if you plan to spend timr in Chiba”
Stayed here because I needed to be at the Makuhari Messe eatly the next morning. I was very surprisedthey charged me an extra 10% to use my credit card. These charges were not diclosed clearly on Agoda. Whn departing I had trouble unlatching the chain lock on the door. I managed to get it open but needed the use of a pen to release the chain (without damaging it).

とりあえず泊まれて清潔な部屋とシャワーとトイレがあれば良いやという思いで最安値だったこちらを予約させていただきました。 トイレは共有で風呂もシャワーのみでしたが清潔でしたし泊まれれば良いというのもありとても満足しました。

駅から近く人通りも多いですが、女性一人で利用するのは少し怖いようにも感じました。 入口から部屋までも近く、部屋の鍵も簡単に開けられそうなものしか付いていないため、安心して寝れるという感じではありませんでした。スタッフの方は、夜遅いチェックインにも関わらず良い対応でした。

安さ重視で予約しましたが鍵がコインで回すタイプなのとシャワーしかなくトイレが共同なのが、残念です。 あと夜の他のお客さんの話し声がうるさく寝れませんでした。 外人客が多いようでした。 客室によっては電車の音がすごく聞こえて 寝付きにくいかもしれません。 (一日目がそうでした。) ただ、スタッフさんの対応は良く 丁寧に説明をしてくださいました。

翌日釣りのため近場に宿泊。値段と立地のみで決めましたがかなり部屋はレトロ感あります。あと壁が薄いので他の部屋の音がダダ漏れでそういうの気になる方はちょっとかな、、私はダメでした。。ただ駅から近くて安いのでそこは魅力かも。
