Our two bedroom app was out of this world so clean and well equiped very roomy beds and bedding lovely bathrooms beautiful plenty of towels app warm and cosy although we were very central once u were in app it was quiet and we slept well only a short stroll to shops and the arndale centre will def be returning to la reserve staff better than any 5 star hotel couldnt...

The staff are so friendly from the exceptional men who greet you on arrival to the staff at breakfast. Everyone is really friendly. Rooms are beautifully decorated and a fully stocked mini bar with the best complimentary biscuits we've ever had! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of city. Even though you are central you wouldn't know it as it's real...

The room was spacious, light and clean. The bathroom area is open, so it would be weird if you were sharing with a friend or adult child rather than a loved one, but it was fine for us. There is mini bar with free soft drinks replenished daily, and the fridge itself is big enough to store your milk and breakfast supplies. My only gripe was that there is no guest laun...

My three days stay at the hotel was good. The staff was friendly, the location of the hotel is walking distance to Manchester Picadilly and the city centre where u can shop at Manchester Arndale etc n also walking distance to Ethihad stadium for those support Man city.... The room have all the facilities needed, the room size is a little bit small. The disadvantage of the ...

Principal is one of the iconic building in Manchester, the interior design is comfy and classy. The breakfast is a buffet type and the variety is good. The room is modern and the ceiling is super high in my room. The location is very nice, it is just opposite to the Oxford road train station which you can connect to the Manchester airport. But if you consider the only ...

I booked the hotel originally because it was located close to the opera house. The hotel is beautiful, the room was clean and spacious, we were at the rear of the hotel with a view of the old Manchester central railway station which is now a convention centre. The theatre was literally 2 minutes down the street, St Anne’s square was about a 10 minute walk and the Arn...

We had an executive suite which was very nice view a view of d the square (shame the windows weren't' properly cleaned on the outside. Everything seemed pretty new and up to date however we did see and ordinary room and did feel that these were dated and glad we had upgraded. Breakfast for £5 (pre booked) excellent value but the 'tinned mushrooms' did have a taste and...

I had to book here last minute due to my air bnb host going awol on me... ON MY BDAY! Anyway thanks goodness! It was a blessing. This aparthoted had all the same facilities if not better. Staff where friendly. We stay in the signature studio which I think is the entry level for this hotel and it was beautiful! I was able to cool everyday and enjoy a powerful shower in ...

Everything was fantastic. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and spacious with the option of a smoking rooms. Only 5 mins walk from piccadilly train station. Surrounded by bars and restaurants and 2 mins to arndale shopping centre. Highly recommended.

Location; Great location, central to local night life, canal street. China town only a few minutes away. Arndale and all shopping just a few minutes walk away. Accommodation; Room very clean and tidy, modern en-suite bathroom. Apple TV and internet access is a good plus. Dining in; Did not have breakfast at the hotel as thought £17.00 was rather expensive...

I paid £30 for my room online, for which I received a room with tea and coffee making facilities, am emsuite of shower, sink and toilet, free soap, loo rolls etc, and a clean room with a telly on the wall, and a comfortable bed. I note other people's remarks about a shabby first impression, but it should be noted that the vast amount of money required to really do the ...

Stayed w/e end January for a show at the Opera House. Had booked well in advance so two double internal rooms were just £120.00. Upgraded on arrival for £10 each room for rooms with a view. V spacious and comfortable. Hotel has a restaurant and 24he bar, though we doesn't use either as we ate/drank out. It's about a 10-15 Min walk to the Opera House and about anot...

Friendly staff greeted us on arrival and later upgraded us to an executive suite as a result of our Hilton elite status. This provided us with free wifi, complimentary drinks and tapas between 6-8pm and full breakfast. Hotel is a 15 minute walk to Arndale and near to lots of lovely restaurants. Will be staying here again.

we had a lovely stay at this hotel. i purchased it as apart of a christmas present for my fiance. the hotel is in a fantastic location with the bus stop and tram stop outside the door along with being only around the corner from arndale shopping centre. the con's of our stay which were purely because of personal opinion is that certain parts of the room (i.e. bathroo...

This is the second time I’ve used this hotel, while in Manchester for the football and this time I stayed two nights due to the train strike. The rooms are modern and clean though a bit on the small side. You have a flat screen tv , kettle with tea coffee etc. The shower as a rain shower too which is always a bonus.. location five minutes from Piccadilly train station....

Right in the centre of Manchester right outside the arndale centre and directly next to two pubs with great nightlife. The hotel itself was basic but if your only staying for a night it’s perfect, the rooms are clean and the staff were really nice. Will definitely stay again, already recommended it to people I know.

Staff are great and super friendly. I love the informal check in atmosphere. The room is clean but a little small and cramp. I was on the 6th floor facing picadilly garden, nice view of Picadilly 1 but I was woken up a few times at night by the screeching sound of the buses and drunkards on the strest below. Overall stay is satisfactory for a short trip as the room i...

We loved this hotel. We came to Manchester from London via train. We walked to this hotel (took us about 20 minutes) from Piccadilly station. I'll recommend taking taxi or Uber if your luggage is too much hassle. Hotel is at a very good location (next to Manchester Metropolitan Uni) so the place is always buzzing with people. It's about 15 minutes walk to Arndale or y...

For Manchester this is one of the best centrally located hotels. If you are doing business in Manchester you will enjoy this hotel with a friendly professional staff within walking distance to the city center. I do go quite often to Manchester and find this hotel to be the best deal in town as far as price and location.

Night shift person on desk charged me for my booking a second time because he didn't understand that the system was showing a payment owed by booking agent, which was okay as mistakes happen, but he was v patronising and insistent when I said I had already paid. I had to argue about it the second time I came back to the desk to convince him. He did refund me in the end...

We had a great time. As said previously, friendly and efficient staff who were also knowledgeable about the area. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The overheating hair dryer was swapped within minutes of bringing it to the attention of the young lady, Lisa I think, a member of your room maintenance team. The room was spotlessly ran, the aircon worked well, though the ...

Booked this hotel for two nights, its walking distance to both Victoria and Picaddily stations, Victoria being just down the hill, you can also get the free shuttle bus from Picaddily to the shudhill area where the hotel is based, this hotel is so nice, rooms are massive, spotless and well equipped with complimentary toiletries , slippers and robes, there was also a sa...

Very satisfied with the hotel. Thanks to the good review given by other travelers. I wouldn't choose this great hotel if not for the review and ratings. The hotel is centrally located and just 4 minutes walk to a tramp station (which helps if you want to visit Old Trafford). And of course, Arndale is less than 10 minutes walk. For Muslim travelers you can find plenty o...

Thourally enjoyed our stay. I fell in love with the place as soon as I stepped inside, staff were great and rooms were very pretty - modern. I think this hotel is best for couples - there were very raunchy photos located on the floors which children may find offensive. The only negative is that both the night and breakfast the restaurant staff got my drinks order ...

Very nice and helpful staff, friendly and could answer all our questions. I think the staff is what makes the hotel. This is a 2 star rated hotel but there was clean bedsheets and new towels everyday, the room itself had some "beauty marks" but it was clean and tidy so not much of a bother. Once again impressed by the helpful staff will visit the same hotel if there's...

My friend and I went to the MEN and it was literally across the road. The hotel it trendy, fun, clean and excellent value for money. I would definitely stay there again when going to a gig, plus it’s only a few minutes away from Harvey Nicks and the Arndale, Breakfast was fab with such a huge choice.
