This is my second time with I'M Hotel and i have seen some improvements from my stay look last year, late November 2017. I don't see guests in their bath robes anymore baving dinner in the restaurant. This was my suggestion to the Manager last year. I'm glad they took that into consideration. I enjoyed the Premium Suites. Very comfortable stay. I enjoyed the amenities especially the steam room. It says, welcome drink upon arrival - did not receive it. I was offered a juice after i spoke to the guest services after few days, i said, don't bother. I don't think staff don't quiet undrstand that the hotel is labeled as 5 star. There was no 5 star service. Service were pretty much like a 3 star hotel. I've been having breakfast everyday and staff do not recognize or remembers that im a guest who comes everyday. The host lady in the morning needs training as well as the restaurant staff. I asked for a coffee during my first breakfast and the staff just pointed me to the coffee station and did not bother to at least serve me one. Nobody asked if i wanted a coffee. I understand it was a buffet. Most of the staff were just watching the guests while having breakfast. There was no interaction. Staff do not care if you pay more or less for your stay. There was no class A service. I spoke to the guest services after a couple days of my stay and during my last breakfast, i was offered a coffee, someone was attending to me. I appreciate that but service needs consistency. Once room number is recognized, they should be able to give extra attention to the guests who pays more. It was the same as last year. I appreciate the upgrade though. I like the location. Staff by the pool was great. The security guard who assisted during the morning i left the hotel was amazing - i think he was the one who worked at Enverga Lucena, Aries - waiter was good too. Thanks to Kathy?? who took my concerns. Overall, it was a relaxing stay. I enjoyed the balcony on the 30th floor overlooking Makat

Beside EDSA and at the center of Ayala Center. Wanna go to Ayala Triangle and Makati’s CBD? You’re just a walk away. Want to visit Bonifacio Global City? You can just hop on a cab and with less than 15 minutes you’re there. You’re even closer to Mall of Asia and Pasay city (including the Airport!). Great value for money! Avail the Pantry’s breakfast banquet as well. It will surely fill you’re appetite in the morning. One of the best!

Make sure to indicate City Garden "GRAND" Hotel if taking a taxi from the airport or the taxi driver will drop you off across the street to City Garden Hotel. You get what you pay for staying at this hotel: rooms, facilities, ambiance, and attentiveness of the staff were first class. Book early for the New Year's Eve bash. Not a clear sight of the pyrotechnics across the Pasig River, but you will still be amazed by the pyrotechnics.

Location location location. This hotel cannot be more convenient to shops, restaurants, banks, etc. The Glorietta/Greenbelt/SM Ayala Triangle is just across the street. Also, the 1 bedroom suite we had was huge and was like an apartment with full kitchen, full fridge, washer/dryer. It was quiet. Everything was clean. We felt safe. Staff was courteous, warm, very approachable. Breakfast buffet was good, if lacking in Filipino options. But the chef did prepare tocilog for us, we felt special. We also paid extra for faster wifi at 1000 pesos per night. But other than that, we really enjoyed our stay at Makati Diamond Residences. Next time we'll get at least 70 sqm room so we can access the 28th floor club lounge. Perhaps a resto at the top for others would also be good idea for future ? It'd be a shame to waste that view. Anyway, this hotel is a winner!

We enjoyed our stay at Picasso so much - they are far better than excellent. Picasso's best asset is their awesome staff who provided excellent, efficient, warm and personalise service - making us feeling home away from home. The stay experience is the best we have had in our past 20 years of frequent travel because the staff are always looking out for you making sure you are happy and comfortable. Tight security. Comfortable and large room with balcony. Suggest to request for non-connecting room to avoid noise disturbance (if any). Around 5 mins walk to Ayala Triangle Gardens - it is a park with restaurants. Around 10 mins walk to Greenbelt 5. 7-11 and Salcedo Saturday Market are just next door. Shopping bags are provided on ground floor for shopping at Salcedo Saturday Market - nice touch. Several laundry services are available in the vicinity - love the one around Picasso back entrance - along the stretch where 7-11 is. Quick turnaround at an affordable price (best price around vicinity). Good massage place (Nuat Thai) at the same stretch near the above laundry shop. Needed to book a car to visit Villa Escudero, but the quote from Picasso travel desk was above my budget. The staff connected with me thereafter and provided a private driver contact that meets my budget. I was moved that they find ways to manage my concerns and make my visit a better one. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Manila. Thank you, Picasso.

eurotel makati hotel is at the best location in makati. there's a mall just across the hotel and beside it is a wide array of restaurants to choose from. if you want to go to ayala side, it's just a few minutes away and taxis abound around the area. the hotel staff are all wonderful, from the guard to the roomboys, desk personnel and everyone at the hotel made my stay comfortable. their rooms are well equipped and comfy. i will definitely stay there again in my next trip to manila.

Great value for a top notch hotel. Nice restaurant and cafe onsite. Rooms were top notch. Great staff and service. The hotel is right on P.Burgos st. Which is in the red light district of Makati. You have the option of engaging in the night life. Or there is always a metered cab passing through the neighborhood. If you prefer to be closer to the malls, shopping and first class restaurants or the business district. Then I recommend staying closer to Ayala near greenbelt mall. Nonetheless Makati Palace Hotel is near any of the Manila activities, just a quick cheap can ride away and this hotel is top class in Manila.

Hotel is just a step away to malls and retaurants within the Ayala Center. My deluxe room is clean, spacious and have a city view. Staff are friendly and accomodating. The room I booked via Agoda does not include a breakfast but as courtesy Ascott gave me a complimentary breakfast. Breakfast at the Myrons Restaurant is a thumbs up. I highly recommend Ascott Makati as a place to stay if you want to have an easy access to malls (SM, Glorietta and Greenbelt) , resturants,, transport, park (Greenbelt) and church (Greenbelt). The location, room amenities and hotel staff made my stay a memorable one. Ascott Makati will defintely be included in one of my favorite staycation. 👍

A new hotel that delivers in quality and customer service. Central spot to explore the various shopping centre. We preferred Glorietta but still enjoyed the Greenbelt area. Take some time to visit the Greenbelt Chapel but don't bother buying any food to feed the fish in the ponds that surround the Chapel. A must see would be the Ayala Museum. It is P250 for locals or Balikbayans but $450 for foreigners. At first we were so disheartened by this but once you learn about Philippine history through the diorama experiences, it will be worth it. We also went to the buffet dinner at the Shangri-La. Yummy!

It is hard to know where to begin with this review. Let me just start by stating that my stay here was the best experience of my life. This hotel is simply magnificent. The staff were friendly, attentive, helpful, well trained, and polite. The food was spectacular and the food was outstanding. The 5th floor swimming pool overlooking the city was amazing. Celebrities seem to regularly visit the hotel. My story is unique. I needed to attend to business in Makati, and was going to stay at a typical 2-3 star hotel. However, I decided that this would be the perfect time to propose to my g/f, so I booked this hotel because she deserves the best. Even with these expectations, our stay was beyond my wildest dreams. Rey, the concierge, corresponded with me weeks prior to plan every aspect of my proposal. He and the rest of the staff were absolutely fantastic. He arranged an exclusive rooftop, sunset proposal, complete with a romantic 2 piece band, rose pedals and candles. The staff also videotaped the entire proposal - check it out on the hotel's facebook page :) Unbelievable. The amount of care they took to make this day perfect for her and I was phenomenal. I sent some pics of us prior to our stay, and they arranged to have one framed and waiting in our room with complimentary champagne, wine and chocolates. At our dinner at Spectrum afterwards, our menu had a picture of her and I in every page. Despite being busy with their typical rich and famous clientele, almost every staff member from bellboy to director came to congratulate us at some point. We felt like moviestars! the worst part of this hotel was leaving it. I wish we could have our wedding here, but it is an expensive world for a young couple. With that being said, my fiancee and I will always cherish our stay there, as I am sure that it will remain one of the most memorable experiences of our lives. Thanks again Fairmont/Raffles staff!

The Ramada Encore is a very clean and fresh hotel as you would expect as its only approximately 1 year old, The staff were very efficient and Friendly , nothing was to much trouble for them great service. the breakfast was varied and the self service meant you could eat as much or as little as you needed. the downside for me was the location as i usually stay in the Ayala triangle and it was a 15 minute taxi ride to get there. overall it was well worth the money

Good location. Within walking distance to the major malls at Ayala and Ayala MRT. Very convenient. Because of Agoda's merchant failed to deliver our confirmed booking, we were provided this hotel as alternative last minute booking. The hotel staff did not receive confirmation booking but was flexible to acknowledge the booking based on my email confirmation booking fr Agoda and even upgrade the room for us. The staff are also very polite, helpful and friendly. Room is clean Will come again next visit.

The stay was great. We spent three nights in Guijo and can recommend this place to our friends. The price and quality combination rocks for this place. It is safe, less than a mile from Makati busy Ayala street that looks like Orchid street in Singapore. It is save, surrounded by banks, food places, and nice bars. Breakfast was a top notch. Service was quick and professional. They open the door for you when you enter and have answers for all your questions. Taxi call and taxi arrives within 5 minutes. We recommend taxi to go to Makati center, it cost less than 100 pesos to get to Greenbelt. A lot of foreigners. We are highly recommend this place. I put 10 stars for the quality and price and believe that the place is true 4 star hotel, not 3 stars that they state. Have a great stay.

Amazing staff (they went out of their way to help me not get ripped off by a taxi driver even though I was willing to let it go). Rooms are adequate, extremely clean and pleasant. Location is wonderful - walking distance from Greenbelt and Ayala Triangle. No jeepney smoke or sewer smells like in other areas. Only negatives are that they are missing a hook to hang your towel by the sink (so you just keep it on the counter) and - worse - the windows don't open, so it's like being inside a plane with recirculated air. Not very pleasant for someone on vacation (we are stuck indoors for the rest of our lives) - but the rooms were so wonderful that it's not such a big deal if you just use the room to sleep. Another plus was the noise factor - I could sleep very well without hearing any outdoor noise. If I return to Manila, I will probably stay there again.

Didn't quite make top rating though for the price I paid this condotel had the neccessities my family needed - a little less standard size room w'air con, 2xQueen bed, 4xtowels, toiletries, slippers, bar fridge, rainforest shower, free wi-fi, cable tv flat screen and more importantly 24/7 security. Staff are polite and always ready to assist. 10-15mins walk to Greenbelt and Ayala Triangle. Air-con thermostat needing improvement so it works efficiently but I wouldn't say its a major problem, end of the day its still functioning :) Thank you Gervasia.

My wife and I had some business to do in Makati for a couple of days. We both loved our experience here. It felt like we were at at a 5 star hotel. The best hotel that I have stayed at so far in the Philippines. Nothing to complain about at all. It is so close to the Greenbelt area which we walked to and had our meals and went window shopping in the malls. We felt safe inside and outside of the hotel. I will be staying at the Somerset Millennium on our future stays in Manila for sure. We never got to use the pool area but next time we will. The breakfast is free and it's all you can eat with many choices.

it is near Makati Med, Ayala Ave, Ayala Triangle, Greenbelt, Glorietta areas. it is best to walk than get stuck in heavy traffic around these places. it has wholesome and professional appeal. facilities are generally clean. staff are courteous, friendly and welcoming. key card fails most of the time in elevators. there's only 1 electric plug available in the room. there are no mini-toiletries but all-purpose soap dispensers. my allergies flared up. me suggest frequent carpet cleaning, freshly cleaned linens and towels. overall, it was good and well recommended.

great location. ayala triangle and greenbelt, sm, landmark are walking distance. mrt and edsa are also walking distance. there is also a convenience store and a drug store just outside the hotel. all staff (security guard, utility men and lobby staff) are friendly and very fast to respond to our requests. room is clean and nice. although the cable channel only has 1 movie channel. clean facilities.

this is a three star hotel but overall i would say this is a four star hotel. very friendly staff. they have strict check in time at 2pm but we we're allowed to check in early at 11:30 pm such a relief :) thanks green sun :) very near at the vfs makati . if you have appointment in vfs makati for visa and other stuff. this is the best place to stay. very near at the airport. going to airport is like 15min away by car we just use our Grab APP (this is like UBER) i have a youtube channel. where is gelo. check out my video about the hotel. :) dont forget to subscribe for more.
