We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is great. Maybe a 5-minute walk from the train station. Hotel is surrounded by restaurants. There was an Outback Steakhouse, 7-Eleven and Hard Rock Cafe were a few feet away. The hotel was supplying us with pajama sets every night. The only downside is the size of the room. stayed here for 1 week pros - just opened a few months ago - surprisingly quiet for Roppongi, no drunks encountered - friendly staff - clean rooms - Japan standard hotel room and bathroom size - coin laundry - microwave/ice machine in laundry room - good breakfast buffet especially grilled fish and chicken karaage - located 5 minutes walk from Roppongi Station exit 3...stayed here for 1 week pros - just opened a few months ago - surprisingly quiet for Roppongi, no drunks encountered - friendly staff - clean rooms - Japan standard hotel room and bathroom size - coin laundry - microwave/ice machine in laundry room - good breakfast buffet especially grilled fish and chicken karaage - located 5 minutes walk from Roppongi Station exit 3 (less stairs) or exit 5 (lots of stairs!) - lots of eating places in area - 2 supermarkets nearby (Preece Plus at Tokyo Midtown, Motomachi Union) - 15 minute walk to Tokyo Tower cons - advertised eggslut at breakfast buffet throughout hotel and limited to only first 10 people. we showed up at opening and they did not offer any eggslut. false advertising! - Roppongi drunks and weirdos once in while - closest JR station transfer would be Ebisu overall a nice place to stay and easy access to major places in Tokyo!

It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the Hamamatsucho JR Station or Daimon Station subway station for the Oeido and Asakusa lines. Closer to the station is where you'll find restaurants, bars, cafes, and other establishments. Not much shopping in this area. Restaurants are relatively pricey in the hotel, so we ended up walking towards the stations for cheaper eats. No Wifi (paid or free) but there are computers available for use in the lobby for a small fee (coin-operated). There were wireless connections available, but they seemed to be pay services. If you forgo housekeeping services, you can earn a credit (forget how much) to spend at the hotel or shops downstairs. However, you can only skip housekeeping two days in a row. If we are looking for a hotel in this area, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Honestly where the Hotel Villa was located I didn't feel that vibe especially because entering in and out of the hotel I never really stepped outside of Roppongi. Because we never had to exit the hotel through the streets this was a MAJOR plus. The hotel had a train station located INSIDE!!!!!!! this was amazing game changer. Especially during the winter we never had to exit the train station to get into our room. We didn't have to experience the coldness from outside going back to our hotel. The hotel was also located near 3 grocery stores within walking distance which was also incredible because I would have to do milk runs from time to time for my kid. Incredible stay :)

A great hotel with excellent facilities - a very decent gym with a good sized swimming pool. Staff at the hotel were very helpful - We visited during the Sakura season, and concierge was most helpful in pointing out the best places to go for this seasonal attraction, along with making recommendations for food and reservations to our chosen places. Good location The hotel is situated near Roppongi subway station. There are many good food and shopping in the area. It is convenient for travelers traveling light, no big luggage. Room The room is clean but very small. I cannot open my big luggage fully in the room. It is ideal for business traveler with a tiny luggage. No airport limousine There are no airport limousine coming to the hotel. You have to book at Grand Hyatt Hotel, which is about 10-15 min walk. If you are carrying a big luggage, it will be inconvenient, but not impossible. Overall This hotel is ideal for business travelers traveling very light, not for business travelers traveling with a medium size luggage and planning to buy lots of stuffs from Japan.

Rooms are tiny, but really clean and comfortable (keep in mind that most budget Japanese accommodations are quite small) I'd say if you're not looking for anything extravagant and want a cheap clean place in the center of Tokyo, this is the best place to stay. Can't go wrong, plus they have cheap buffet breakfast for under a thousand yen. I'd book here again if I return to Tokyo. One more thing: I only realized afterwards that they are listed in the Lonely Planet Tokyo guide. If you have this guide, there's a map to the hotel right in the book.

The B Tokyo Roppongi gives great value for money considering its good location with close proximity to the subway station, restaurants, commercial establishments, and a big Don Quijote around the corner. We got two superior C rooms and were satisfied with the space and layout. Wifi was a bit spotty during the initial several days of our stay but was addressed after we informed the hotel staff of the problem. Housekeeping was scarce but understandable since they were on a skeleton staff because of Golden Week. The B is highly recommended if you don't want to spend so much on a hotel. Being close to restaurants such as MOS Burger, Shake Shack, Ippudo, and many Italian pizza and pasta places is a welcome bonus! For us Catholic Filipinos, a Church is just across the main road.

If you don’t expect a view or a fine breakfast (here you can nevertheless grab a banana, a piece of bread, some butter and jam, coffee and tea to your room) it is the perfect place. The location is excellent. The personal doesn’t really speak English but they really did their best to understand with a digital translator and answered my demands. If you are a smoker there is a tiny smoking room downstairs. For the current price I think it is a good deal in Tokyo (about 100€/night).

The staff very cooperative, they can full fill my needs (exp, I booked Twin Bed Smoking room, but they gave me King Bed non smoking room. They got me Taxi, They send my luggage savely, and They give me information about tokyo subway properly). Also the equipment of the hotel is complete (even though the room is very small). I loved the tolietries, very good and looks expensive (I love the shower bath soap). Definitely will come to this Hotel again, and will tell our relatives to book this hotel too.

It was a good stay. The hotel is very cheap for Tokyo and its easy to get around from where the hotel is located. There is no cleaning service, but that wasn't a problem as they give you enough towels. The bathroom is really small, but its not a big deal unless you are you require a lot of space. Also there are little markets to buy fruit, snacks , and water near the hotel. The Hiro-o station is about a 12-15 minute walk away from the hotel. I would recommend staying on the first floor if you do not like walking up stairs or can't, since there is no elevator. I would stay here again If I go back to Tokyo, especially because of the reasonable price.
