Great hotel. Room a good size with gre at bathrooms. Fascilities with gym, pool, ....is a great part of the hotel. Easy access to the mall is convenient, and means you can easily get those forgotten items. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. Our breakfast was good, the coffee was the best. Staff is the best part of the stay they are friendly and helpful and always willing to help. From dropping off the car, to the staff greating you with a smile and Arabic coffee. The check in and check out was amazingly quick and friendly. The luggage to room efficient and the small problem with the kettle was resolved in no time at all. Wonderful hotel with a local feel, with professional and friendly Arabic hospitality.

We stayed for 2 nights to attend a 1/2 marathon in town. Agoda room rate was excellent and the hotel was very nice. We arrived Dec. 12th and the hotel was nicely decorated out for Christmas with a tree and a Santa somewhere on the premises. Room was big, quiet and minibar well stocked. We enjoyed a recently released movie at the Cinema located 50 meters to left of front door. The Zoo, Al Ain Mall and Bawadi Mall are all less than 10 minutes away. Al Jahili Fort is rigt across the street. Pool was heated nicely and the pool bar beckoned. Service was friendly and fast. When we needed toothpaste we called and room service was at our door with toothbrush sets in 2 or 3 minutes. Negatives: Probably because of the low Agoda rate the balcony in our room had a direct view of the side of the conference center building next door. Down below appeared to be the land of the lost room slippers. They charged approx $8 for an hour of Internet which is a crime in this day and age. Trader Vics at the hotel took 20 minutes to take our order and 25 minutes to bring our warmish food. The waiter also brought us a 1 liter of Evian ($8) and immediately filled our glasses when we asked for water. I have been a resident of UAE for 7 years I shouldn't have to state I want local water every time I order it. Apparently the Trader Vics waiter determined we were French water people so he didn't need to ask.

Al-Ain is very spread out. We had a car, so in the end where to stay became less relevant based on location, as we knew we would need to drive everywhere to see some of the attractions anyway. Ayla wasn't particularly close to any of the places where we wanted to visit but that wasn't crucial. The hotel itself, food options and parking were. Therefore Ayla ticked all our boxes. It was reasonably priced compared to other Al Ain options yet had very good standards. Clean, touches of class and a very comfortable room standard. The TV channels were among the best of many hotels I have ever been to too, with so many film channels in English. My wife and I spent hours at night watching great Hollywood movies! The pool was compact but nice and the gym, excellent for a hotel standard. It was a big, big plus that there was free underground parking (get the car out of the sun!) and never a problem to get a good parking space. The hotel is opposite a decent mall, with all the obvious food choices that kids could go for. It was a pretty decent mall in fact - large enough to shop and wander in and had entertainment etc there too. Al Ain is not blessed with as many hotel options as Dubai and Abu Dhabi, so for me, Ayla should be near the top of the list of options (at the price we got). We certainly would stay here again.

We enjoyed our 2 nights stay at Al Massa Hotel since the staff was quite friendly. We stayed at a suite which had spacious bedroom and hall with extra bed for a family of 3 adults. The hotel is close to Al Jimi Shopping Mall and most of the other shopping malls are 10 to 20 mins. by car. For non-smokers request for roooms which are in no smoking area. There is ample parking space.

We loved it! We were only booked for 1 night at 2-bedroom suite and we had to extend another night because it is just great! We were given a pool access room. The suite is fully furnished with kitchen, laundry room and balcony. It was very clean and the best part of our stay is that it is very COZY! The pool is great too with temp control. The staff are very friendly. The lifeguard (Randy) is very attentive and customer service driven. He even taught us to play table tennis and would give out swimming instructions to young kids. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

I have visited this hotel before and I like it very much. It is a family type hotel. It has very nice view especially if you get a room in the fifth floor. The road to the hotel is black top, lighted and clear. Bawadi Shopping mall is just 15 minutes driving from the hotel where you can everything you need. The obly disadvantage is that the hotel is located at the top of the mountain. If you go to the hotel, you hesitate to step down until check out.

This hotel is a nice hotel for singe, couple or family stay. I have stayed there a few times and the staff is pretty nice. The rooms are fairly clean and void of roaches and any other bugs. It's a good safe place to rest. There is no breakfast and i didn't experience any dining, but food is easily accessible, if you have car. No gym or pool that i saw. Just short stay and the basics. Overall a nice hotel.

I have only one opinion about the food that we order in the restaurant. That was “farmer’s grill i think, when they deliver it to our room it was already cold and the taste of the mushroom is not tasty and bread was hard and cold. Maybe the chef can do something about it? But anyway, we enjoyed the place, there was this lifeguard we met he’s name was Stephan, he taught as basic swimming lesson when I’m at the pool with my wife for FREE! It was fun, he’s a good guy. What he’s doing is really good for the hotel’s services. The hotel management should kept him forever as a lifeguard. He’s an asset to the hotel. We will definitely comeback there when we have some extra budget. 😂😂🤣🤣 Overall the services was great. My wife likes the room so much. She even told me she wants to comeback there again. She made a Vlog actually and we’re going to post it on youtube. 😂😂😎😎. Insha’Allah we can visit there again soon. 👍👍
