Very nice hotel with really helpful staff. Our room had a fireplace (gas) which gave it a nice flair. Room was comfortable and warm. Facilities like swimming pool, fitness room, billiards (pool) table etc avail. Its only a short car-ride to the lake and the rest of town, basically easy access to all. The location was good. it was near everything but not “walking-distance” near. The breakfast was okay. Lots of pastries, fruits, coffee,hot choco, juice, milk. I wish there were eggs. Our room has a mini fridge but i wish it had a microwave too so we could heat up our own food in the room. But the bathroom is clean enough for me. Overall, it was okay but could be better.

This is a beautiful place in the Big Bear downtown walking distance to shops and restaurants and entertainment. Jacuzzi, pool, sauna, workout facilities are nice to have. Lounge with live entertainment was pleasant and they even had a nice game room for kids and adults to play some air hockey, billiards, arcade games. Breakfast buffet was a bit of a disappointment.
