Nice stay for one night with my son who was in Birmingham looking for accommodation before starting uni. Found the staff friendly and helpful and we were very comfortable in our twin room at the back of the hotel. Room was very quiet. A number of good value restaurants within 5-10 mins walk although breakfast at the hotel was pretty good. No complaints and would stay t...

The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. It was a little warm in our room but the windows open so could cool it down. Breakfast was adequate for the price per night. Not too far out of Birmingham or to the NEC. If you want cheap, satisfactory accommodation then stay here.

We are regulars at this hotel at it never disappoints. Rooms spacious beds comfortable, spotless, very quiet despite its central location. Staff very polite and friendly. Richard on the front desk is first class! Easy safe secure car park. The best choice for Birmingham or visiting sites close by. Easily accessible from motorways ad road networks.

We stayed one night. We used the pool and jacuzzi which was quiet and very enjoyable. Children were allowed in from 6am till 8pm which was a bonus for us as we checked in late. We had the breakfast buffet which had lots of different food options.. Sausage, egg, bacon, beans, mushrooms etc cereals, croissants, muffins, fruit. So plenty of options. The staff were very pl...

Having bothered to r...

Easy enough to find on the main road. Great car park at the rear, though full of white vans. Very helpful receptionist. Room was a good size but stank of smoke. I spent all night with the windows wide open. It was all a bit dated and needs renovation. Probably a 3-star by today's standards but still good value for money.
