"1) The hotel location is quite close to the airport (10 minutes by taxi). 2) The beds and room size are great for couples or family with one kid, but not for family with two young kids. 3) There is an e-mart supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance. We bought bread and instant noodles there for our breakfast. 4) It takes 30 minutes by taxi from the hotel to Halla Mountain and 50 minutes to Seongsan Ilchulbong. The taxi rate (converted to time base) is about 0.8K Won per minute, so 30 minutes will cost you around 24K Won. Halla Mountain and Seongsan Ilchulbong are two must-go in Jeju. 5) Tell the hotel staff where you would like to go (in English) and ask him/her to help you get a taxi. Usually you can get one within 1 minute. Almost all taxi drivers do not speak English. 6) There is a street nearby the hotel (3 minutes by taxi) with 5 or 6 restaurants that serve famous grilled black pork. It's a must-try in Jeju."

Our booking room was a twin bedroom, however the staff provide us a room with one queen bed and one single bed, what a great deal! Had a happy stay!"

"Booked 3 family rooms for 3 nights for 7 adults, 1 child and 1 infant. It was a good stay. We love the size of the room, with sea view. Their beds are very comfortable. It is just beside the sashimi street. There is macdonalds behind our hotel, which was good for kids during our stay as they do not take sashimi/bbq pork. It is also near to black pork street, dongmun market, underground shopping and their shopping district. They were thoughtful enough to arrange a room without bath tub for the room with infant kid, probably thinking it would be safer when showering for the baby. The other two rooms given were rooms with bathtub. The hotel is very new. One downside will be the sensor alarm for the rooms and the door lock. Two out of three rooms allocated had very sensitive sensors. Apparently the room door alarm will ring for 10seconds each time we close the door, which can be quite loud and we were afraid we might disturb other people when leaving for early day/flight and when the kids move in between rooms to find their parents. And for the door lock, one of the rooms internal lock is not working. But it is not much of worry since people cannot open from outside, unless you have the card. All in all, it was a good stay "

"The location of hotel is very good, but the room was pretty big and old and a little smelly, had kind of mold on the walls and was kind of dusty. The bed sheets were clean but not soft for my skin. No hangers inside the room. Breakfast was good! "

"We chose this hotel for the Ocean View. And I love the huge room. Hotel took note of my request for high floor and they gave me the top floor of the hotel! Location is good. Less than 10 minutes' walk to Black Pork Street and shopping area. Less than 10 minutes from the airport. Many choices of eating placed near the hotel. And the hotel has GS25, a convenience store. There's also a souvenir shop within the hotel so you can get Jeju souvenirs from there and it's not expensive. There's also a pharmacy/ clinic just behind the hotel. Good if someone falls ill. They have someone who speaks Chinese there. And medication & consultation is cheap compared to Singapore. Will come back again if I do visit Jeju"

"We have hard time communicating with the staff as we find Jeju people speak little English compare to Seoul. Advise you to do your own research where to go and eat cause the staff couldn’t give much advice. I book the traditional style room (Ondol) but disappointed it is not floor-based heating. Good side is the location of hotel, seaview, near to black pork street, near underground shopping, near convenient store. "
