When you stay at a resort one of the things that often makes a trip Great vs just good is the concierge staff and the staff in general. This staff was very good with one great standout being Edward at the concierge as he was most amazing. It dosent matter what the issue was that made me call down for attention as the remedy was easy for Edward and he made my stay exactly what it should have been and I thank him for it. Hilton should be more than happy they have a great team at that location and hopefully reward them accordingly as to lose a man like Edward would be a huge mistake. Thanks Brian

A hiccup on arrival, there was no registration of the Agoda booking a phone call soon fixed that. The hotel is old but well maintained and wonderful character. The meals were great, staff friendly and caring. Perfect location for the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show and lots of opportunity to network with other guests also visiting the show. Only one problem and that is no room service after 10pm and the restaurants are closed also. Would definitely stay there again.

Historic hotel complex right in the heart of Fort Lauderdale on Los Olas Blvd....booked The Riverside Hotel for exactly that reason and was not disappointed in the least. All kinds of unique shops and restaurants in every direction.........you can't go wrong at all.......just get out and walk and enjoy everything Los Olas has to offer. The Riverside Hotel was well appointed........rooms were fairly large......very clean and quite quiet.....good sound proofing. As soon as you step foot in the door, and actually even before you are greeted and treated royally.....luggage was taken care of and put into storage as our cruise ship arrived early and we got to the hotel around 10AM so that allowed us the freedom to explore until our room was ready. I'd definitely stay again and would also tell anyone going to Fort Lauderdale that this is the place you should really consider in staying at. Cab ride to hotel from cruise port was about $16 and to the airport from the hotel was around $19.

Hotels near the beach were so expensive. But this place was affordable and gave us pleasant experiences. We arrived at the airport around 10 pm but within 20 minutes the shuttle was coming to pick up. Just call them at the airport. Complimentary breakfast from 6-10 am was more than expected though they didn’t have fresh vegetables. Bedding was comfortable and pool area was clean and not crowded. A small shopping center is right next door. You can purchase a wide variety of food and daily items at the dollar tree. On the first floor you can get coffee, hot water, tea every time. The front desk staff might be not kind sometimes. We used uber or lyft to the beach, which took 8 minutes and 10 usd. The furniture is a bit old but still good!

WEll presented Best Western Hotel - fresh modern feel. Hotels in Fort Lauderdale are expensive, especially by the beach. This is a great option if you are on a tighter budget. Good facilities, 2 mins to the beach, pleasant walk to Olas Boulevard and the beach front vibes further along towards the more expensive resort hotels. Breakfast was substantial and varied. I booked for a group and everyone said they thought the hotel was great, good value and would choose again! The staff were always smiling and pleasant with a good helpful attitude.

The room allocated to us was within the grounds of the hotel and some distance from the main building. On entry, we were whisked back to 1963; JFK was still President and this room was new! Unfortunately, it is not 1963 (and these fellows have that clown Trump instead). The room was ok if not tired, but the bathroom didn't seem to have been touched since the day the Hotel opened. The sink was cracked right down the middle with a series of further chips to enhance its unsuitability. Pretty unhygienic tbh. Disappointed. I did receive a $50 reduction on my incidentals bill when I mentioned my issues on checking out. A nice touch, but I would rather have had a good, clean, recently refurbished room with up-to-date facilities. Especially when I had paid £250!

Beautiful location, close to the Ft. Lauderdale Convention Center, and across the street from the beach with fantastic ocean front, wide view (no other tall buildings nearby). While the building is an older one, it is quite clean and well kept - and they are in process of making upgrades. The walkway to the beach was closed during our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made our stay great. The food is very good, and while the parking is expensive, what do people expect for a beachfront hotel in Ft. Lauderdale? Would recommend and return there.

After reading reviews I was nervous about booking here, but the experience was great! It is right across from the beach (just like every other hotel) due to the street in front of the beach. The staff was amazing! They let us check in 4 hours early and also held our things after checkout on the last day. There are plenty of restaurants within a mile. Downtown is only a few miles away and an Uber is cheap. The location is great. The bathroom was small, but there was a giant mirror in the room so getting ready was not difficult at all. The Deck is right outside and breakfast is great and affordable. If you are expecting a balcony with a great view, this is probably not the place for you, but if you are someone that is wanting to spend time on the beach and out and about, it is great.

A GREAT LOCATION, ACROSS ROAD FROM BEACH - LIKE ALL FORT L HOTELS. NUMBER OF EXCELLENT RESTAURANTS AND BARS WITHIN 5/10 MINS WALK EXCELLENT STAFF WHO GIVE A GREAT WELCOME AND LOOK TO PROVIDE EXCELLENT SERVICE. VERY COMFORTABLE AND VERY CLEAN ROOM AND EXCEPTIONALLY COMFORTABLE BEDROOM. HOTEL IS SPREAD ACROSS A COUPLE OF BUILDINGS LINKED BY WALKWAY OVER A ROAD BUT IS NOT AN ISSUE. POOL STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. All IN A GOOD PRICE AND EXCELLENT VALUE.

We enjoyed our stay. Our rooms were large and clean. We asked for a roll away bed and it was quickly provided. The front desk staff and the manager were very welcoming and gave us a number of ideas on things to do in the area. In the morning the breakfast attendant was extremely helpful and the shuttle service provided a great way for some in our party to be on their way to the airport. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to others. Overall the staff and the manager were the big plus for us enjoying our stay.

Our night at the Crowne Plaza was exactly what we needed between disembarking from our cruise and flying out of FLL the next day. Check in was rather painless. We arrived very early (about 10am), well before the posted 3pm check in and were told to come back at about 12 and see if a room was ready. We did so, and were promptly checked into room 1112, which was spacious, clean, and quiet (after turning off the refrigerator, which was humming rather loudly); it also had a nice northerly view of the city. The bed was extremely comfortable (although we had just slept on a cruise ship mattress for 7 days and relative to that experience, sleeping on a cardboard box may have been comfortable). We took a cab (~$15) from the hotel to a cute, old-fashioned movie theater (the Gateway, on Sunrise boulevard) and afterward had dinner nearby. The next morning, the free shuttle delivered us to the airport, which is less than a mile away. Overall, a very pleasant, convenient, and relaxing stay.

Very clean hotel. The staff was exceptional! The front desk staff was super fantastic. We were able to pay to park at the hotel and transfer to the cruise terminal. We did have to pay to return back to the hotel. $22 a day to pay at the cruise terminal vs $10 a day at the hotel and $30 for a family of 4 to return back to the hotel. We will be returning in the spring and will be staying there again.

I've never been a big reviewer but after reading some of the comments of the place I was going to stay, I cancelled two days out from travel. I struggled to find anything as FT Lauderdale was 85% booked but then the Victoria popped up. Great feedback, great reviews and for great reason! This is a great little Hotel nestled about 10 mins from the beach and walking distance to some great bars and restaurants. I arrived late from a long couple of flights and was greeted with a smile and helpful assistance. Room was clean, pool was crisp and hot tub toasty! Would highly recommend if your looking for a nice hotel for a good rate. Cheers!

Our room which had double Kings (all that was left for just 2 of us) was so spacious we almost wished we brought our kids!! It’s perfect for families and definitely girl trip getaways!! The only bummer was the shower. I could only adjust the temperature if I turned the shower off since the on/off nozzle was quite loose. Fix that and it would have been 5 star perfect!!

Everything about 15FTL was perfect. The grounds are beautiful, the attention to details, the stunning rooms. Everything was provided, from beach chairs and towels, to sunscreen and fantastic breakfasts. The owners are the best and the value is unbeatable. The beach is just a walk away and cabs are inexpensive and plentiful to take you anywhere you'd like to go. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The hotel does not have any restaurant. For breakfast, you need to walk about 5 minutes to a nearby hotel. Good point is that the hotel is walking distance to beach. Bad point is the service attitude of the staff - - I don't think they are friendly and helpful. There are many hotels in Fort Lauderdale. I think I will select another hotel in my next visit since I don't really like to go to beach often
