This hotel is located near the main attractions of Jeju Island. The teddy bear museum, the ripley's believe it or not museum, jungmun beach and the jusangjeolli cliffs. The attraction are all 5min walk from the hotel. The staff there are also friendly. There is even a duty free store and a casino inside the hotel. We stayed in two superior rooms in the main building (mountain view), one on the 4th floor and one on the 6th floor. As we had notified the hotel in advance that our wedding anniversary was the first day of our stay, there was a celebration cake complete with candles and knife waiting for us in both rooms actually (you see my mother-in-law and my father were travelling with us so we needed two separate rooms). There was also complimentary chocolate and mineral water. The only downside was the check-in procedure which they messed up. They asked us to take a seat and gave us some refreshments, but then completely forgot all about us. We had to remind them that we were waiting to check-in and only then did they ask for our name. Then it took another 20 minutes before we got our rooms. Apparently they were over booked as we had called the reception a few days earlier and confirmed one twin and one double (both non-smoking). We were given two twin rooms, and the one on the 4th floor was a smoking room. Normally, I would complained but I was too tired to discuss with the staff at that time. I thought I could always do it the next day as we were staying two nights. Earlier that day we had drove all the way from Jeju Island's east coast, climbing Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak, walking along Seopjikoji, feeding animals and picking mandarins from trees at a local orchard, visiting Cheonjiyeon Falls.. We were all tired and hungry, and given the fact that we were travelling with a 3-year old and a 6-months old baby, all we wanted at the moment was to rest and get some dinner. We could always deal with the smoking room later, even though the smell was obvious. HOWEVER, given the fact that everything else was pretty much perfect I'm sure the hotel would have upgraded our room to either ocean view or a more luxiorious room if we had complained

Private pool was great for kids. The staffs were very kind. Restaurant was also nice but needs to add some more diversity on the menu. I had a chat with the chef and found out that he has his own farm in the resort, and most of the vegetables he puts in the food are grown there by himself. It took about 12 minutes to Jungmun Resort Area by driving. My wife and my kids are all very satisfied and would like to visit again.

Three of us stayed in the twin room and it was spacious and comfortable. The sea view was great and relaxing. The buffet, coffee shop and bornga(bbq restaurant attached to hotel) was delicious and value for money! Especially the bibimbap and bbq at bornga is a must eat! It was my first trip to Jeju Island. I would definitely recommend Benikia hotel Jungmun to anyone who is visiting Jeju Island, especially Jungmun area. It's a clean and cosy hotel with friendly and kind staffs who would help you with everything you need. The receptionist spoke in English. He helped me to find my lost iPhone. Close to everything Cheonjiyeon waterfall, museums and other attractions including teddy bear museum, trick eye museum, play kpop, a chocolate museum and so on. Actually, it was just a 15min walk from everything. Also, it's close to Daepo Jusangjeolli Cliff and a beach.

While not as fancy as its neighbours, the Suites provides a comfortable, good stay at reasonable rates. Location wise, it is part of the beautiful jungmun resort complex which is a large attraction in itself with various museums, jungmun beach etc. It's also close to other attractions like the jusangjeolli cliffs and is only about a 20 min bus ride away from the Se...While not as fancy as its neighbours, the Suites provides a comfortable, good stay at reasonable rates. There is also a convenient direct bus from the airport in jeju city to the resort complex (roughly 1.5 hrs) which literally delivers you to the doorstep. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, able to give advice and help arrange things like tour taxis.

Also surrounded by forest, you can go for a walk. Not in the central area of Joongmoon, a car is required to dine out or to visit the beach. Ambience of the place is good... very cozy and well maintained. The room is bigger than what was on the picture. The service provided by the hotel staff was excellent and very helpful. They even go the extra mile to ensure things went well. Staff are English friendly and if not they will do their best to communicate with you which made things easier for us. Hotel is close to several restaurants ( and attractions in the Jungmun area (waterfalls, pacific land, Museums), if driving, so a car is recommended when staying in this area. I booked Booyoung hotel on line on Agoda.com at around 6 pm, took a flight, arrived at the hotel after 10 pm. When I was checking in, I showed the front desk the Agoda confirmation email with a full payment, but they would not honor it. They told me to run my credit card otherwise, I will not be able to check into the hotel room. The following day, when I was checki...I booked Booyoung hotel on line on Agoda.com at around 6 pm, took a flight, arrived at the hotel after 10 pm. When I was checking in, I showed the front desk the Agoda confirmation email with a full payment, but they would not honor it. They told me to run my credit card otherwise, I will not be able to check into the hotel room. The following day, when I was checking out, they asked me to sign the room charge. I had no choice but to sign, otherwise, they are considering me trying to stay over night for free. I signed, and now I see the Booyoung hotel charge showing up on my Credit card statement in addition to Agoda.com charge. I informed Agoda.com customer service, and I hope to get a refund. Otherwise, the hotel is nice, the staff members courteous, the location is good, and it is a nice hotel (for those people who do not have a billing problem).

You can reach the hotel though by entering the hotel nearby, Snob Boutique Hotel Jeju (064-738-3555). Similar to most other hotels in Korea though, it lacked a washing machine/dryer, and did not even have laundry servi...The hotel room was new, clean and spacious. There is a laundry shop at this location Cheonjeyeon-ro 214 (064-738-8474) and there's a self-service laundry just two shops away at a lower cost.

The AC unit in the room couldn’t be plugged in as it’s mounted too high above the door. The WiFi had issues cutting out on me and I couldn’t connect all my devices. This property is part residence and part hotel. Room is actually a 1 bedroom apartment. It comes with kitchen but sadly missing pots and utensil. At least there's a washing machine but panel is in Korean. There's quite a number of eateries around. As we are only staying for the night, it suffice to say that it exceeded my expectation. Further there's a traditional market just next to the hotel but don't operate until later in the day. Overall, it's a good place to stay if you're exploring the southern and western coast of Jeju Island. Just remember parking lots is limited so you might have to park along the roadside.

Good scenery! I could see the green tea plantation from my room. Very quiet and relaxing. Big room!!! I booked Deluxe Twin room for 3 people, and it was much bigger than expected. Too big for 3-4 people!! I don't understand why, but there are two shower booths as well ;D The room was very clean and I loved that the floor wasn't carpet. Everyone loved it. happy ...Good scenery! I was welcomed by Jeff who speaks very good English. He wanted to make sure that I was comfortable and was very kind. He walked me to the bus stop and gave me a map to get where I wanted to go. The room was quite nice and the view of the sea was lovely. In the morning I walked through the eco park down to the coast. It's a beautiful little walk and I'd highly recommend...I was welcomed by Jeff who speaks very good English. He wanted to make sure that I was comfortable and was very kind. Jeff gave me some local oranges and also recommended a place for dinner. Breakfast was nice. Everything was clean. It's not that easy to get to by public transportation, but you can. There is a bus just around the corner that takes you to Jungmun. I liked staying here.
