First, the hotel is literally stones throw from the DLR station. Second, room is spacious, clean, comfy. Third, facilities are great. I used the gym - functional and clean. Fourth, location is full of restaurants for breakfast, and supermarkets. Yes, Greenwich is far from city centre. But the proximity to the DLR station and the quiet safe neighbourhood that it is in makes up for this. I will choose to stay here when I next come London.

I stayed in this hotel to attend a funeral, so did not take full benefit of the advantages of the situation. It is in a wonderful position to visit all the sights in Greenwich, only a few minutes walk from the DLR. Incredible value for money, comfortable room. I only gave it 4 for facilities because the bathroom is a bit tired. As soon as we came out of the underground station we were pointed in the direction of the shuttle that took us straight to the hotel and ‘big steve’ set a very high bar that was subsequently matched by every member of staff we dealt with. They were all genuinely interested in why we were there and clearly wanted to make our visit the best it could be- and very proud of their hotel, and rightly so. The room and facilities were comfortable, classy and clean. Can’t recommend enough and can’t wait to go again.

We booked in for the night as we where going for a show at the o2, only really had 2 issues, which where the showers, they where the push button for water ones and didn't stay on anywhere near long enough, spent most of the shower pushing the button rather than washing. All in All it is a nice little hotel where if you are booking in overnight for the o2 is perfect and it done us well. It was cheap and in a prime location for us.

The room was fine, clean, equipped with LCD TV. The location of this hotel is in the outskirt of central London; very quiet and calming, we were able to relax comfortably. There are a few supermarkets within walking distance. The Westcombe Park railway station is also within walking distance. We were able to get to central London by rail and tube.
