We were immediately upset that the hotel advertised itself in a way that would lead people to believe that it is near/adjacent to Dolphin Mall. Not even close. Also, the breakfast was not good...particularly, the Turkey sausage. Get rid of them...please! Luckily, there's a really awesome Cuban restaurant right next door to the hotel.

I liked it that the hotel is central, easy to get to the mall and that they have shuttle to do so, it is great. Affortonatly when I booked on line I did not take the opportunity to book the shuttle, but the next time I will sure do so.

The Aloft Hotel is an excellent place to stay on your next trip. The staff are very helpful, the amenities are of great value. The room is spacious and made the overnight worth the stay. If you are up for some shopping, their complimentary shuttle to the near by malls are a great incentive. I would highly recommend the stay....

I was traveling with my Son who will be attending FIU. Everyone there was really nice from housekeeping to the front desk to the bar and restaurant. The food was great and we enjoyed the pool and "putting green and the room was perfect. I will definitely stay there in the future when I go visit and will recommend it to anyone who goes to visit him.

The hotel was very nice--clean and comfortable. The only problem we had was that our outside door didn't latch easily. My husband had to work with it. If I were alone I'd have to ask for another room. Their airport shuttle service was lacking. It would have been best to call Lyft or Uber for a ride. We waited for about an hour for someone to come after calling numero...

I only stayed for one night but it was good stay for a night between my cruise and air flight the next day.

we were looking for a place after a longhaul flight. this hotel is located near the airport and easy to find. quiet place. very friendly staff, we had a warm welcome and everthing was prepared. the rooms are nice and big enough for three adults. clean rooms and bathroom, internet is free

Good hotel if you are on a shopping trip, near to Dolphin mall and Ikea

Excellent if you are planning to shop at the Dolphin Mall.

The problem is not the hotel, the problem is AGODA Customer service is a fake, they do not exist. the phone number is always unnavailable and the other one is in asia, no way to make a change or cancelation, My advise, DO NOT make any deal with this companym or say goodby to your money.

The stay was mostly fine for a short vacation. I had not much comments of it, but so far it was ok for me to rest during my trip. It is close to Dolphin Shopping Mall by Doral, Florida.
