We stayed at a 3-bedroom apartment for 6 days and it was definitely THE best part of our trip. Apartment was spotlessly clean and all things were almost brand new. You can sense that they paid a lot of attention to detail. We hitted the gym and used the 2 in 1 washing dryer machine every night, even washing powder was provided. Gym room had at least one trainer standing by each day when we were there. Shuttle service is available every hour (not at lunch time) to a few popular spots in town (Love Bridge, Cham Museum, My Khe Beach, etc.) The only downside would be its location being off the town centre and surrounded by nothing (mind you, some may appreciate the peace and quiet). If you are hungry, want to grab something to eat and don't feel like calling a taxi to venture afar, you will be left with not much choice but the in-room dining service or the restuarant within the hotel. We ordered in room dinner once, very reasonably priced, but not the best taste we had in Da Nang.

I stayed at the hotel from 29/10/2019 to 01/11/2019. Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish, the reception staff were lovely and spoke fantastic English. They explained the services they offered with any pressure. The rooms we were given where on the 17th floor and had an amazing view of the city (dragon bridge) and the beach. The room was massive. The hotel arranges a bus journey to Hoi An & Hue we opted for Hoi An which was fantastic. The rooftop pool was as stunning as the pictures suggest. one of the best hotels I stayed in while in Vietnam.

I could not rank this hotel high enough, and I have stayed at hundreds of hotels around the world. The staff is absolutely incredible. Within 2 days most know me and address me by name, and they could not be friendlier. They go beyond and above, and not just polite and doing their jobs, but actually caring to get to know me, and about my life. This is beyond anything I have found in any other hotel. The food and breakfast are outstanding with a great selection, beautiful view and extremely helpful staff (Especially Thuy in the restaurant is so kind and nice) The room is actually a full apartment with everything you need for a long stay. The windows are double -paned which means no matter what is going on outside I can't hear it. For me this was very important as I work from home and need a quiet place to work (Something not so easy to find here in Vietnam) My only complaint (not really) is the bed is so good I never want to get out of the bed :) One of the best I have stayed in.

The family was awe when we opened the door and leads to a sea view of East Vietnam Sea. Our floor was on the 24th (highest room is 37th iirc) and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Just this alone is worth the money. Bathroom was clean, and so were the bedsheets. Bathroom had a glass wall overlooking the bed room, kinda kinky. The staffs were helpful but not smiling much. I wasn't expecting them to go the extra mile given the kind of guests volume they had. Rowdy tour groups coming and going. The facilities were average (though the hotel had a 5 star rating). We were hoping to have some fun on the roof top bar but there was none. It is just a quiet area to sit and enjoy the view. The swimming pool closes at 7pm. Breakfast was good nonetheless, but again with rowdy tour groups. Don't expect staffs to greet you good morning as they will most likely be busy clearing tables. The beach is just across the road, can't get any closer. Seafood restaurants are littered around hotel.

fantastic, good value for money as it wasn't too expensive, for the space you get per village house well the money is worth it! We had the pleasure of meeting the general manger and forgot to tell him what a wonderful establishment he has. My kids (7&4) my father (87) and my wife all enjoyed their stay and want to visit again!!! I think there is and in-house designer who pays attention to details, from the small garden in our backyard to the lighting and plants surrounding the main pool .... We noticed it was all well trimmed, and color coordination was excellent. Service by friendly and young staff is what every hotel needs, I think we got the best service money can buy, $330 a night is not cheap, but for what we received it was worth every dime!! We recommend it to anyone who wants to relax at beachside, swimming pool , clean house with garden and pool, Ou small kids Enjoyed the pool a lot, my wife and I enjoyed Watching the sunset By the beachside!

This is quite a new hotel, about 12 months old. Pool is reasonable big, with a children's pool next to it. Didn't use the gym. Room (superior) is quite big for a couple, all amenities available. The bathroom is a little tight, no tub, and has a screen, but if you are not careful, you can wet the floor. I had the city view, the sea view is excellent as I could see from the hallway. Hallway, elevator are not A/C. Breakfast is above average, nothing to complain. The standout is the staff service; well above normal standard. The front desk Mr. Huy is exceptional in his capacity. You can rent a bicycle from hotel to ride around town which is like 10min ride, but last return time is 8pm. About 100K VND for a 3-hour rent. The hotel is just across from the beach, and along the street, many local and upscale seafood restaurants within walking distance. You can catch a taxi to visit the city and Dragon bridge, about 80K VND. All in all,no regret.

Pros: the staff at this hotel really stood out. noticed their GSOs are always at the morning buffet breakfast and afternoon tea session and tried to engage the guests in conversation. Special thanks to Clara (who gave some good tips on visiting the fire show at the dragon bridge) and another staff at the reception (sorry i forgot her name) who offered some panadols for my daughter who was having headache). the location of the hotel is also very good as it's just a street across from the beach and there are plenty of seafood restaurants nearby. They also provide delicious buffet breakfast and FOC afternoon tea and the food provided are of veryvhigh quality. One of the best food we've had in the hotel during our many years of travels. Cons: Can't think of any major cons. Just one minor issue is that we need to request an extra towel daily for my daughter even though an extra bed is requested in our room. Not a big issue but just that a little bit inconvenient.

The location was nice, you can walk only 5 minutes to dragon bridge, big room and clean but the reception is not so helpful, we got big amount charge around 750000 dong for added 1 more guest without extra bed and no breakfast, if compared with other hotel in danang, I think the service not so good, I have booked other hotel 4-5 stars hotel in danang too and I requested for extra guest, they charged me with lower price with breakfast and they also upgraded for the room type, there are many good service and good location in danang. Pros: Good location, just across the beach and a short cab to the iconic Dragon Bridge. The room and amenities are great. Nice breakfast with a lot of options and variety. The pool was stunning. We were given afternoon tea coupon to use upon checkin. My mother really enjoyed the complimentary tea. The staff is nice and helpful with our luggage. They let us leave the luggage with them until late afternoon after checkout. Cons: The staff upon check in could have been more attentive. It's just that we stayed at a hotel in Hoi An the previous night and received a much warmer welcome so it's hard not to compare. We had some problem with the sink and had to them to fix it. The toilet also made quite some draining low noises from time to time and it woke my mother at night. The view from the Front View Room was great on a sunny day, but it was quite a shame we were given room on 6th Floor. If possible, request for higher level to get the best of the beach view.

We stayed here for almost 2 weeks during the Christmas holiday. It's a long time to stay in just Danang, but we just wanted R&R. And we definitely got it. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the rooms were comfortable and CLEAN. But none of this would matter if it wasn't for the staff. They were so amazing, always incredibly helpful and genuinely courteous. Our 7 yr old got pretty sick for a couple days and they cleaned up the beds completely, no questions asked, and no charge for possibly ruining the sheets. We were late for breakfast and they called us just to make sure if we were coming and then reserved food for us. For any day trips, they helped call and translate our needs to the 3rd party company. When we left, 4 of them accompanied us to our car to say goodbye. I've never had service like that even in 5 star hotels in the states. Can't wait to go back!! One last thing, theres a lot of construction in the area. Doesn't lend the best view from the room, but it's only 2 blocks from the beach and we never heard any of it from our room. The location is great, so many great restaurants, cafes, massages in the area.

I selected 2 hotels at my recent trip with my family to Da Nang during May 20-23rd, 2016. Diamond Sea is my right choice. The hotel is located right on the Vo Nguyen Giap Street, and just walk cross the road, we reached the most beautiful beach of My Khe (Pham Van Dong Beach). In front of the hotel, there are plenty of seashore restaurant with varieties for Vietnamese cuisines, seafood, or western like menus. Or you can enjoin in side to side local open air restaurant... The Diamond Sea Hotel has a swimming pool and a roof-top bar where I enjoined my drinks watching the kids played with the water, while my wife enjoin juices viewng to the sea and the Son Tra moutain. In the evening, with about 5 minute, we already crossed the Dragon Bridge by taxi to the Center. I like the most is the buffet of the hotel. My kids had never enjoined like they did in Diamond Sea.Fresh, clean, tasty! The hotel facilities are at top level, and can beat any 5 star hotel! My family was very happy and satisfied with the services of the staff : quick check in, fast and accurate check out. A minor thing : the photo of the room on Agoda should not make me confused that the Super Twin room is Ocean View, then I need to back/forth the email with the hotel to upgrade to Premier Deluxe Twin. Hotel is just 100m walking distance to beach, happening in the evening and night. Its also about 15 mins walk to Danang iconic Dragon Bridge. Feel warm and happy with the politeness of receptionists and hotel staff, smile and greet to every guests when meet each other. We also book the car tour to Bana Hill & Marble Mountain, comfortable and pleasure journey throughout the days in Danang. Lastly, the breakfast buffet also have many choices, it changes everyday and we never get bored of having it until the day we check out. Nice experience staying here, will be back again!

We have stayed at this hotel for three days. If I knew about this hotel earlier, I should take longer staying at there. The Hotel was tally new so the facilities were all fancy and clean. The local was the best. Just in front of beach and easy to take taxi or Grab service. The staffs were all kind and did fast action about my request. Especially Ms. Hai Ha gave us warm hospitality and checked all our needs. The image of the staff is very important for new comer, so we feel the hotel gave a proper training for all staff from entrance to the room service. We had a good time even only three days short time at there. I'm recommend to stay at this hotel. One thing, we enjoy to have moon light at night, but our balcony faces to the next hotel which decorates with colorful too-much-bright neon sign lamps for over night. It made us block all windows to hid from the light-pollution from the beside hotel. That's the only inconvenience for us.

The hotel is nice and clean, we got a free upgraded room with side sea view for triple room; toilet is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic, choice for vegetarian and vegan, though not much but it’s good. Hotel located at the last one along the stretch of beach. Early morning and late night will be a bit noisy even we were at the 10th floor, music from the garden next door can be heard as early as 5am when residents start their morning dancing exercise; loud life band music from opposite beach club can be heard at night too. We had a bad experience from the hotel tour when we booked a day trip to Ba Na hills transportation. Going to the place has no problems. However, for the return to hotel the hotel van driver left us behind, me, my husband and my son at the waiting point when we were late to hop on the van on time scheduled due to crowded visitors on the hilltop queuing for the returning of cable car. We were already prepared ourselves one hour ahead to start going downhill however, due to crowds and packed seasons we were 20-25 mins late to hop on our van and the hotel van driver just left us behind. It’s quite rude of the driver not having the mercy to wait for their own hotel guests and just left back to Da Nang when we have booked the trip for 2 ways. If we are book a private taxi 2-way, even we are late they will still wait for his guests, what not we are it’s own hotel guests and he should be aware the large crowds on Ba Na hills. We were so upset when we can’t find the van at it’s parking place after rushing downhill from the cable car. When we notified the mater to the hotel staff, they just ignored our complaints and treated it as it’s our faults not returning to the waiting place on time. We were still charged both ways on our final check out bills even they left us behind and we forced to catch a taxi back to danang and pay extra. We stayed at 3 different hotels in Danang from June 20 - 26. However, we only stayed at the Mandila from June 24-26. Wish we stayed here the whole time. This hotel was by far the best of the lot. Rooms were excellent. Clean, A/C worked great, Fridge was cold, and showers were great. Small issue was that the shower floors are extremely slippery (my 4 year old slipped in the shower). They may need to consider adding in a nonslip plastic pad for toddlers to stand on. Service - excellent. From the bell boys, reception staff, housekeeping, and spa team. I would not change a thing. The team there should be commended. They went above and beyond with taking care of their clients (e.g. picking our bags up, gift reception, dinner recommendations, chasing down "grab" orders for us, follow-ing up on our stay). It was truly appreciated! Price - can't beat the price and the location. Right off the beach. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Da Nang.

I and my boyfriend stayed 3 nights at Fivitel Hotel, good staffs and perfect room. I booked Superior Room and they arranged a perfect room for us with Dragon Bridge View. My friends and colleagues asked me about this hotel for next their trip due to it is so amazing. Ms.Loan( I do not remember because the name tag on her uniform is small) - Reception Dept was so nice and helpful, she took good care us. I reserved small birthday party in room for my boyfriend, manager of front office (I do not know his name) and receptionist are very helpful. I want to give you a big thanks. We had free airport transfer(1 way), the driver waited my boy friend 1 hour for delay flight. Once again, we want to give to all of you the driver, receptionist, manager and all of staffs a big thanks for your support. I am a person who worked in the hospitality and tourism, I will recommend your hotel to my clients and my colleagues. We love you!

Stayed for one night. Hotel also offers day trips to Hoi An. We went for sea food at a large restaurant, Cua Do, which is walking distance from hotel. It was very fresh. The Danang beach is a few blocks down fm the hotel. Best to put on yr swimwear n t shirts and walk down/take a cab. We also went to see the dragon bridge which is a short cab ride away. Recep staff at hotel gave me a free room upgrade to Deluxe and early check in. Room comes with good hand bars at shower and toilet. Good for older folks. There are many cable channels and amenities in the room is good. My room is on the 11th floor. It is not near the river/dragon bridge. But cabs are easily available. Best to take a screenshot of the place and show cab drivers your destination as their english language skills are not that good.

Perfect value for money! The room is simple and not big, but splendid for the money.Well equipped, nice bathroom. Everything was there and fine. Breakfast buffet has a big choice and can easily compete with 4-Star hotels But the best was the roof top pool. The edge of the pool covers three sides of the building in the 13th floor with an astonishing view, especially at night, over the town .

I had a very nice stay at Muong Thanh, it was a clean, friendly, hotel. The staffs were very attentive. The hotel is base in the central of the city, one side view of the Han river with the bright dragon bridge, and the other side with a view of the beach. At night, on top of the hotel, sitting in the Touraine bar you can have a good sight of the whole city. The swimming pool is based on the 4th floor with a spa and fitness center so you can do any of that even if it is raining. Muong Thanh is a very good hotel at an affordable price.

Nicely decorated hotel, attentive staff, clean room, super comfy beds, strong Wi-Fi, good selection of TV channels, and nice buffet breakfast which is changed every day. There is also a private car service to locations in and around Da Nang (we used it for Ba Na Hills). Unfortunately on most nights, live music can be heard from our room, probably from the bar nearby. Location-wise, the hotel is ideal for the beach, seafood restaurants, and great view of the Lady Buddha statue, however there isn’t much else in the area within walking distance. Walking to or from the Dragon Bridge may be okay for some but to me it felt like forever! As for nearby restaurants we went to Tamarind Tree, Pho Viet Kieu, and Family Indian Restaurant which were great, but avoid Danang Corner Restaurant behind the hotel as we had a terrible experience there. Lastly, there is a specialty gift store about a 10-minute walk up the road with lots of Vietnamese snacks and goodies.

We have stayed in the family suite sea view room with breakfast for 4 nights. We have taken taxi via grab from Danang train station to their hotel but the taxi driver tried to charged us doubled fare by saying the bridge we originally went through was closed, taking the alternative bridge which was only one block away instead,made the whole distance doubled. It’s a scam obviously as we have the Google map shown it’s only 1km more! He took us to the hotel anyways and we couldn’t find anyone could speak English even we have asked for. The security was not trying to find someone from the reception to help but tried to deal with us for paying double to the driver. It’s nonsense that he even didn’t understand what we were bargaining but asked us to pay more to solve. That’s what makes their impressions to us sooooo bad. Upon checked in there was welcoming fruits and dessert with a card BUT sadly that card wasn’t my title and name. Kinda mixed up with Korean guests next door I guess, as there was a group of Korean tourists yelling to have a room change when we were doing the check in process. Our room 902, at the end of the corridor, facing straight to the beach, is clean and tidy. Bedsheets are spotless. 4 bottles of water, coffee and tea are complementary. Slippers, toiletries are provided as well as the hairdryer and kettle. Air condition is cold enough but the weird thing is the light of it is so bright that shining blue right at your face during your sleep. Water for shower is hot enough but it cannot be sustained for more than 6mins I think. Have reflected to staff but they said it’s normal, you can stop the water and wait few mins then it will come back hot again. Wow. Buffet breakfast with enough choices including pho or western dishes. Though beware that main dishes were not refilled an hour before it ends, don’t go there too late or you could only eat few. Service levels cannot be faulted at this new addition to Da Nang's line-up of three-star hotels. From check in to "See you again" when leaving, they were all smiles. Even a room-service girl we passed in the corridor took time out to greet us in English. We were also surprised by the other room staff - two guys processed our room one day: fast and efficient, Room amenities are worth an extra star as there is nothing cheap or unbranded in the bathroom - for once, toothbrushes that remove more than they leave behind, There is no loading of prices for room service, and there is small mart downstairs for extras. The only grumble was that we unable to access the top floor with its pool and bar (the wet season, you understand), not to mention that two days were just not enough to luxuriate in such a wonderfully comfortable bed.

Our room (superior double, 25th floor, facing the bay) was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. The oversized king bed was a luxurious dream come true. I should point out that, as others have noted, the room is a bit small, but for a couple like us it’s “cosy”. The rooms are very well soundproofed and you don’t hear any noise from the street below. (Do not underestimate the importance of this, as drivers here are constantly honking their horns, and the noise can drive you crazy). The cherry on top is a fantastic bar on the 36th floor, offering a spectacular view of the sunset over the city with the mountains in the backdrop. Happy Hour is 5-7pm daily with a great selection of draught and bottles craft beers at “buy one get one free”, and a free flow of snacks. Generally, hotel staff in Vietnam are very friendly and attentive, and here was no exception. Everyone went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay. The Sheraton Four Points is more like a business hotel, and although it faces the beach, if you are a family with kids you may want to consider a more “resort-style” place such as the Furama. Other reviews mention that the lifts are a bit slow, and we did notice that too. The hotel is very new, and exceedingly good value at around US$120 per night. For only a slightly higher price than the other “local” hotels that line the beach, you get 5 star luxury and an experience that is on a whole different level. We will definitely stay there again. Very highly recommended to anyone visiting Da Nang!

I booked Studio Spa. The room is excellent, big and have a living room. View directly to the beach. View is not bad. We can see beach in front. Just to many construction near the hotel. Food is a bit standard for me, have many variant is good. Hotel provided rental motorcycle which is good, we can go around by motorcycle. Dont expect a good motorcycle, but can be used. And the hotel near mini market, a bit far by walking distant but it help. the massage there is not good at all. since got a free voucher, you can use it.

Hotel room was big for the deluxe room, only thing they do not provide iron and ironing board. The Safe was spoilt for all our rooms too. Location was not bad, taxi ride from airport around 10mins, 5-10mins taxi to shopping malls and dragon bridge. Around 30mins drive to Hoi An and 45mins drive to Ba Na hills. The beach is around 5mins walk across the hotel. Breakfast buffet spread was average, not too many selection but overall value for money for the price we paid per night.

I had a really great visit here. The rooms aren't very nice - modern, clean, and very comfortable. I also found the bed to be very soft and cozy (most beds I've had in Vietnam have been harder). The staff was incredible - everyone was so friendly and happy to help me plan activities for Danang and how I should get to Hoi An. The beach is insanely close - a 5 minute bike ride, if even that. The hotel has bicycles for cheap to rent. The road to the beach is quiet and easy to navigate (there at room just a few instersections right before beach). Beach is gorgeous and when I went, totally empty! There are some good seafood and beer spots along the beach too. If you arrive Saturday or Sunday, check out the dragon bridge show where the dragon spits out fire! You can get a great view from the roof of the Fatfish restaurant. Great food - you can eat and then climb to the roof to watch the show. One of the waiters - Tai - was so sweet! He chatted with me practicing his English!

SongCong I cannot fault the hotel for my reception when I registered. The hotel is located near lots of eateries, near to the beach and a short distance to attractions like the Con and Han market and Dragon Bridge. Breakfast provided is reasonable. The rooms are spacious and air conditioning is good. Well there are defects on the floor like tiles that creaked when you step on them. The bathtub is a little difficult to get in to have a shower. Water splatters to the floor when taking a bath and they are no bath mats. The most disturbing reception I had in years was when I checked in. The staff must have been part timers. On Monday 17th Sep at 20:45 they could not care that I wanted to check-in. Then the next alarming requirement- they wanted to retain my passport during my stay. It is best that Agoda states this requirement. I had to call a friend to talk them into accepting a cash deposit- most hotels take Credit card deposits. No one should leave their passport.

I stayed here for 4 nights with my friend, we like this hotel very much, overall the hotel is clean and the room is cosy and really love the simple modern style. Location is great, just 2 mins cross the road and you get on the beach! We spend 1 hour per day on the beach is never a hard thing. And guess 10 mins, you can reach to a little shopping street, enjoy grabbing a cup of iced americano, go spa and do the nails or do some shopping in the souvenir shop :D Hotel service is good, they have a luxury van to pick us up from the da nang airport, it was great that if it is your first time to visit this city. And all in all, people are helpful and nice, help us book the taxi or get a taxi when they think it costs cheaper. Finally, DON'T FORGET THEIR BREAKFAST, very great quality, nice hall, various choices, the pho is the best I like, the second is the marmalade :P
