->Budget wise this hotel is cheaper than most of five star hotels in Makati and provide a better amenities and services -> the location is perfectly accessible to all important establishment such as embassy,malls, different variety of restaurants and also its not hard to find a money-changer which is the most important for a tourist visitor. -> cleanliness is not a problem they always clean the room and refill the consumable items in our room. For most hotel they only give 2 bottled water but I'am hotel always add 4 bottles a day and replace the towels and bathrobes -> the staffs will always smile and great to their guest and do the extra mile for their effort specially the guy who lend me a lighter when I need it badly to smoke. Since my lighter got confiscated at the airport. So its a big thumbs up for the staffs All and all I will highly recommend I'm hotel for their excellent customer service. I wish all hotels are same standard as this hotel.

I have reviewed this place before on previous stays and it continues to be one of my favorites. I usually get the one bedroom suite and am happy with it. The only issue I have had is I have been put up in the A Venue tower and they have refurnished the bedroom suite. That does not sound bad until you see they have bought furniture that does not always fit the room. On one stay, the desk was in the living/dining room. On the next stay in the neighboring room on the same floor, it was in the bedroom. And it obstructed the right door of the built-in armoire. The other gripe is that in both bathrooms, the glass shelf that holds all of your items is not well made and tilts towards you and the sink. Things you set on it like to fall in the sink or on the floor. There is almost no space on the vanity counter to set anything due to the size and shape of the drop-in vanity bowl. The last issue is that the place still has three check-in desks in two different foyers, even though the place has merged into one hotel. Before, if I had booked into the old Best Western Antel, I knew to use a different counter. Now you have stop at one counter and be directed to the proper one once they figure out which room you have booked. I know I have layed out several gripes, but I like this place because it is still the best one for the price and it sits on the crossroads of Greenbelt 1 km to the southwest, Powerplant Mall 1.5 km to the Northeast, Century City just behind it, A Venue Mall just in front of it & P Burgas three blocks to the East. Depending on what you want to do or who you are with, you can find something to do, see or eat within easy reach.

I have stayed in many hotels in Manila over the years. Dusit is the best hotel at a very reasonable price. You can find better hotel, but at much price. The price for Dusit hotel is just a little bit higher than a 3 star hotel, but what you get is close to 5 star. Great location for restaurant,shopping and close to Makati. Nice quite hotel rooms with double pane windows, A/C works great, nice bathroom and plumbing (you may wonder why I comment on plumbing, if you travel to Manila often, you will understand). Very good comfortable bed and bedding. Excellent service and great restaurants inside hotel. Grand lobby, excellent gym with first class equipment (don't miss that while you stay at the hotel), great pool (nice water quality and temperature, just long enough for a few short laps. Security is excellent, you need the card key to operate the elevator to get to your floor. The exterior of the hotel does not look like much, but it is the best hotel in this price range.

We went for a city adventure trip with my husband last September 7, 2012. We were looking for a good place to crash that is safe and convenient. We found this really affordable hotel in Agoda.com that is located in Makati, and decided to book a room for 2 nights. The hotel is really easy to find. You can ride a taxi from the airport for 160php (less traffic), or you can also ride a jeep and MRT, and pay less than 100php. Upon arriving at the hotel, you can immediately notice their extremely friendly and courteous staff. The hotel is new and very clean. The room is not that big, though it is enough to give you a very comfortable stay. Inside the room, you can have a queen sized bed or twin single beds, hair blower, air-conditioning, large flat-screen cable TV, nice hot and cold shower, safe box and an awesome view. The location is really safe if you’re fond of going out at night or grabbing a bottle of beer. There are many 24-hour fast food chains such as KFC and many more. It is also near to seven 11 shops and mini-stop convenient store. The only thing that the hotel needs to improve is the shower drainage, specifically in our room. But it would only take a liquid SOSA to fix it. BTW, the rate is different if you walk-in. I would highly recommend for you to book here at Agoda or through their website to receive an awesome rate. Over all, it was an awesome stay. We would definitely stay in this hotel again. It is indeed a 5-star hotel for a 1-star price.

My first time in Philippines and i was so glad i choose this hotel. Because it is new, the cleanliness was the best, the hotel was located in just the best spot of the entire street, the room layout was fantastic, toilet was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The front office staff, bell boys were extremely professional and friendly. Everything was perfect..... until.....you start going to the restaurant or cafe on the 31st and 32nd floor. Although the greetings and friendliness was all so perfect, but the speed of the service was APPALLING! On one of the days, i had to wait 35 mins!!( yes 35 minutes!) for my breakfast to be served to me, and in that 35 mins, they took 20 mins to serve me a cup of tea. Truly disappointed with this as they are all so perfect in greeting and being friendly and professional but when it comes to the actual service, they are way way behind in standard. Be prepared to wait for at least 10 mins for everything and anything you request for. I would definitely choose to stay in this hotel again in a heartbeat but the only thing that would make reconsider is their service.

Excellent facilities. Outstanding staff and service. Picture perfect amenities. Fabulous location directly across the street from Greenbelt Mall, and walking distance to most all other Makati primary malls. Terrific number of restaurants nearby, Elberts Steakhouse being my favorite. The on-demand car service is always available, always efficient, and makes commuting to and from local restaurants / music venues simple, safe, and affordable. I particularly recommend booking a 1 BR suite, leveraging the fabulous buffet breakfast as part of the package, and leveraging the executive lounge which features drinks and a small but well presented buffet as an evening snack. My wife and I often make it our meal for the evening as the charm of the lounge is comparable to a 5-star restaurant. In short, this is a 5-star hotel complete with the full package of security and services at below market price. This hotel is a must-stay for any traveler who is serious about 5-star amenities!

You can stay at the Shangri La and pay a lot more money, and you can enjoy the aging plumbing and lights in your room. Or you can stay at the Peninsula, and enjoy being treated as a visiting family member. The location is as good as you can have in Makati. The hotel is across the street from everything. The stock exchange, the beautiful park, all the malls, Glorietta, Greenbelt, Rustans, Landmark. The view of the Manila skyline is enough to keep you looking out the window in your room for a long time. The hotel and all facilities are immaculate. Not just clean. Spotless, polished, cared for with such pride. The housekeeping staff is friendly and efficient. If you want to go out for only a few minutes, they will have your room clean and cozy when you get back. The wonderful people on the staff make every effort to do their services on your schedule, so you can enjoy your time uninterrupted. The staff at the Peninsula is by far the best asset. Every staff member makes an obvious effort to make the guest feel welcomed, appreciated, and cared for during their stay at the Peninsula. All the facilities are wonderful. The food is some of the best you can find in Makati, and and will be pleasing to all palates, no matter where you come from. The Peninsula hotel is my home in Manila. I have stayed at most of the better hotels in Makati, all of which are very good. I must say though, that the Peninsula makes me feel like I am home, and so comfortable and relaxed. My fiance and I sat outside the driveway at the entrance at 4 am, and sang songs to each other. It was quiet, peaceful, and though there were many security guards close by, they left us alone and allowed us our romantic moments. Thank you Peninsula staff !! You're all the best and most professional in the business.

We booked here for 3nights because the place is near the australian embassy like walking distance. It's also near malls like greenbelt..glorietta etc.. Has a park beside it. We booked in a suite the room is big and has bathtub which I really enjoy. The balcony also is really nice you can have a sip of coffee and watch the surroundings. The place is instagrammable! Staffs are polite and very attentive to our needs. Only thing I don't like bout the place and can be improved are the flies flying in our room and also mosquitoes 1st night I've been bitten several times already glad I have my off lotion with me. I rang them regarding this matter to have our room sprayed still there's a bit of fly and mosquitoes around but anyway I don't really mind cause the bed and room makes up for it. We are on the 5th floor so when you go out the elevator you can see the gym which I like too but haven't used cause no time. No pool here but everything in this place is very convenient restaurants around and convenient stores around and even a nearby drugstore. I highly recommend this place if you are picky like me. This place is worth it. Aircons in the room are two which I only put to 25 Degree since it's really cold. Really like the place very comfy and nice. This is the best place I've been so far in which rooms are comparable to a 5 star hotel take note this is just a serviced recidence not a hotel but it's a nice place to stay really.

My partner and I have never been to the philippenes and foolishly booked a cheap hostel in Malate last minute before landing in Manila. To our suprise our hostel was in the middle of a very scary area, we felt unsafe the whole time so decided to upgrade to a better area and better accomodation. We booked the Eurotel Makati and we were so happy. it is a very big hotel, with proper security. The staff were wonderful, they even printed out our ferry tickets free of charge. The room was stunning, the only downfall is when having a shower it completely soaked the bathroom floor as the flooring wasn't on much of an angle for it to drain quickly down the plug. But that was honestly the only downfall. I'm not sure if the hotel is good in terms of location as we did not explore at all during our stay. We did feel alot safer than what we did in Malate though. woukd definately stay here again.

I stayed a week a the St. Giles and, found it to be a nice hotel for the money, but not a 4 star hotel as some sites have rated it. The PROS of the hotel are that it is a new, clean hotel, with a great staff and a good location. It is easy to get a taxi, a variety of entertainment (not just the go-go bars, actually a couple of Manila's top nightclubs are footsteps away), a wide selection of restaurants are all minutes away by walking. The view from the hotel has to be the best in Makati (at least for now. They are building next to it). The CONS are that their superior rooms are incredibly small (20 sqm). They are not suitable for a couple. The bathrooms, as well are uncomfortably tiny. The room was very bland and basic, no decorations, not even a clock. Internet is also not free. It costs 300 pesos a day. Having to pay for internet when many hotels offer it for free is a deal breaker. It also lacks the subtle touches of a 4 star hotel, such as robes and slippers, 4 pillows on the bed, and a refrigerator that is stocked, not empty. Even the lobby, especially when full, was very cramped for space. I would highly recommend this hotel for a traveler who does not need a lot of space, or thrills. I feel it is more a hotel for someone in town for a couple of days and will not be in their room much. The Deluxe rooms are around 27 sqm, so if you need more space, upgrade. The 4 star rating sets the bar a little too high for what this hotel actually is, a very good economy hotel at a great location. There is nothing wrong with that and if a traveler checks in with that in mind, they will not be disappointed, but if you are expecting a 4 star hotel, like the Marriott, then you will leave feeling something was lacking. Still, I was satisfied with my stay overall.

I stayed in one of the recently renovated rooms on this trip and I was not diappointed, the rooms are always clean and tidy and furnishings are usually of good quality but this one was exceptionally good. Rooftop pool was clean as always and the staff are all well trained and conscientious. Makati location is right in the middle of the nightlife, probably not the best location for a family with young children but excellent otherwise. Shopping malls and embassy district are all within a very short taxi ride so excellent for travellers. The hotel has it's own cars for airport transfers, though these are quite expensive and they will happily call you a metered cab.

For the price you pay in other hotels -- normally you'll only get a small room, about 30 SQM. But in Ascott you get a 70 SQM Exec 1BR already! - Everything is a walking distance away - Located on top of one of the desirable shopping malls in Manila - For "staycationers" or tourists visiting Manila Ascott is the best value for money hotel - Also book via Agoda as over the counter booking will cost about 40% more than Agoda rates.

Only stayed for one night after a trip to Boracay Island & was instantly disappointed I hadn't booked for more nights! The hotel is right in the middle of Makati district & the surroundings were so clean modern & felt very safe. The staff are extremely helpful & friendly from the reception staff, to the concierge to the security staff. The rooms are spacious, modern, comfortable & very clean. It is also right next door to the Glorietta shopping centre with an abundance of shops & eateries! The breakfast is the best I've experienced in ANY hotel I've been to - there is an amazing array of food including Filipino, Chinese, English breakfast, sushi, breads & pastries. Overall an excellent experience!

It is hard to know where to begin with this review. Let me just start by stating that my stay here was the best experience of my life. This hotel is simply magnificent. The staff were friendly, attentive, helpful, well trained, and polite. The food was spectacular and the food was outstanding. The 5th floor swimming pool overlooking the city was amazing. Celebrities seem to regularly visit the hotel. My story is unique. I needed to attend to business in Makati, and was going to stay at a typical 2-3 star hotel. However, I decided that this would be the perfect time to propose to my g/f, so I booked this hotel because she deserves the best. Even with these expectations, our stay was beyond my wildest dreams. Rey, the concierge, corresponded with me weeks prior to plan every aspect of my proposal. He and the rest of the staff were absolutely fantastic. He arranged an exclusive rooftop, sunset proposal, complete with a romantic 2 piece band, rose pedals and candles. The staff also videotaped the entire proposal - check it out on the hotel's facebook page :) Unbelievable. The amount of care they took to make this day perfect for her and I was phenomenal. I sent some pics of us prior to our stay, and they arranged to have one framed and waiting in our room with complimentary champagne, wine and chocolates. At our dinner at Spectrum afterwards, our menu had a picture of her and I in every page. Despite being busy with their typical rich and famous clientele, almost every staff member from bellboy to director came to congratulate us at some point. We felt like moviestars! the worst part of this hotel was leaving it. I wish we could have our wedding here, but it is an expensive world for a young couple. With that being said, my fiancee and I will always cherish our stay there, as I am sure that it will remain one of the most memorable experiences of our lives. Thanks again Fairmont/Raffles staff!

This was my first time staying in City Garden Hotel. Check in was quick, except that the smoking room i requested for was unavailable, so i had to wait, but nevertheless the hotel manage to get me the room before 2pm. Staff was responsive n friendly, everything that i requested for was attended to immediately. Location of the hotel was excellent, right in the middle of the busy Makati Ave, with lots of restaurants on either side of it. Century Mall n the A venue mall is just a 5 mins walk. Room size was perfect, and if there was any issue, it would be with the shower head. If only they could have a extended shower head instead of it being mounted onto the wall. But size of the bath tub was great, not to high, so easy to climb in n out of the bath tub ! Wanted to have a late check as my flight back was in the evening, but unfortunately the hotel was fully book on the day. Will definitely be back in City Garden, or may just try their other branch just across the road, City Garden Grand

stayed here for Christmas eve. This 2-starred hotel is simple yet amazing. the room we got was a family room with 3 beds. 1 queen-sized bed and 2 single bed. temperature of aircon were great. we are literally in front of Greenbelt and attending the mass Christmas eve mass at the Greenbelt chapel was so convenient given the hotel's location. though you have to eat out early as restaurants and malls closes early every Christmas eve. Good thing the hotel have special entrance to 711. Their free breakfast was okay too. Not too oily. we ordered Boneless bangus, Hotdog and pork tocino. all tasted great.

I do not understand, I have submitted three reviews for this hotel. I checked my account through Agoda last night and it says that nothing was submitted. This is terrible I poured my heart and soul into those comments ranting and raving about how good this hotel is... Sigh, internet... Ok the hotel is one of the best! Brand new, Staff Awesome all around, great breakfasts in restaurant, rooms are wonderful, beds are the best! Ask for the feather pillows and you will never want to get up. (However that might not be the best if you have a business meeting the next day, or the staff come to clean the room after you should have checked out and you are still in bed.) There is a great grocery store just across the street and parking lot. With buying a few things, and the room comes complete with a small kitchen/cutlery/fridge etc you really do not need to go out. Though there are some restaurants in the area. Many looked good, though beyond our price range. We did find a "pub" type place within walking distance (15min). Greenbelt (Malls) are a short taxi ride. You can't go wrong with booking in at this place. Unless of course you have no money at all, then you probably would not be traveling... Booking through Agoda is still the best for finding great prices for staying there and check in is never an issue... in fact we have to stay in Manila again. Even though the price this round is not as good as I would like, I'm convincing myself to pay that little extra anyway. Enjoy!

It was awesome! The best hotel that I've stayed in through the Agoda app so far! I've reserved a Studio One-Bed room, but it was upgraded to a 1-Bedroom Premium WITH NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE! I mean, I know this is just my luck, and it may not happen again, but then again, the fact that they do such upgrading really speaks a lot about how they value their customers! The room is soooo beautiful (it was on the 36th floor with a CLEAR VIEW of the city!). The room is very spacious, clean, organized, and beautiful! If I could, I would've stayed there for 5 more days! The staff are very polite and helpful from the lobby attendants to the housekeeping personnel. They attended to my needs with haste as if you're the most important guest that they're currently hosting! Hahaha! The breakfast buffet is so-so at best, so they might as well want to improve it, but hey, I didn't come to the hotel only to dine (and to be fair, buffet is not their specialty or featured service unlike other hotels). Totally worth your money and very opposite to the negative feedback that others posted here. I really hope that this review won't jinx my next check in to the hotel in the future! Hahahaha!

At first I had reservations when I first booked my first night here. Usually, when I picked where to have my staycation I always looked at reviews first. However, they don't have reviews yet in Agoda or Traveloka or in their website. Then, I learned that it was newly built and just opened this month. I originally planned to stay for a night just to see if its really what the pictures show it is. And I can say that it exceeded my expectations. So i ended up extending my stay for another night. I can say that Everything is brand new. I love the ambience of the whole hotel itself. It got that zen vibe which is perfect for people who just want to relax and get a nice sleep. TV channels are limited but they have NETFLIX which is awesome. Breakfast is limited but its delicious and they can serve it to your room if you don't want to go down in the lobby to eat. Their lobby is so chick and very clean. I like the fresh indoor orchids they have in the lobby. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. I hope they continue their good service. The bathroom is very clean and towels are brand new. Although I hope they have hairdryer. Room is spacious and cool. Linens are clean and neat. Room ambience is good very zen type. I like the interior design although i hope they have a mini ref. The only downside I experienced was the hotel isn't completely finished yet. There is still construction going on at day time but the noise is bearable. Wifi connection in room is really fast. Well atleast at the time of my stay. I hope they will have a swimming pool soon. I think it will be a leverage against the 2 other Hotels in the area (Solace and Guijo) which I have been too. I would love to stay again and surely recommend to check this new hotel out. PS: Also, for you to check in, you just need PHP 1000 for deposit which is refundable after your stay.

Located in the heart of Manila'a Greenbelt District just 10 minutes from Manila's airport (make sure you get a metered taxi and make sure the driver turns on the meter and it will cost you about $3-$4 USD to get to the hotel ... so tip the guy ... they are poor), The E-Hotel Makati is an ideal location to access top end shopping, embassies, entertainment, and restaurants. The hotel is small and run by very friendly, polite and helpful staff. It is located on the busy Pasay Road so make sure you request a quiet room in the back; although you will have no view, it is quiet. The rooms are clean and well-appointed with a mini-bar, large flat screen TV with multiple international channels, air conditioning, very good bed and linens, etc. The bathrooms are modern, but they have a bathtub with sliding glass doors that are precarious to get in and out of; be careful! The only other drawback is the WiFi was slow and unreliable. Overall, The E-Hotel Makati is the best value for money I have found so far in Manila and I go to this city several times a year.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Right beside all the shopping and 5 mins walking distance to Glorietta Mall, Green Belt, etc. Its also nearer to the airport than hotels in Makati Ave, so taxi fare can be negotiated down to 200-250p.. its rare that you find an honest taxi driver willing to go by the meter. Staff were efficient and helpful and because the hotel is quite established, there's no problem getting to the hotel in a taxi. The rooms are comfortable and well furnished. You have all the 5-star amenities at a 3-star price. Room service food was pretty good although 5-star priced, but i'd rather pay that than some other knockoff dishes at discount prices that do nothing for the appetite. In either case, you're within walking distance to many restaurants offering great variety of food. Hotel has a gym that wasn't as well equipped, but not many people using it so not a problem there. No pool unfortunately but i wasn't there to swim so it didn't bother me. Internet connection is available in-room and was included in my booking with Agoda, but the speed was rather slow and i could hardly get onto facebook games. There's a 24-hr convenience store 2 doors away on the left of the hotel where you can buy basic amenities, stock up your mini-bar fridge, etc, but don't expect to get things you'd normally get from a full-blown supermarket. Hawkers set up stall just outside the hotel at night and you get pretty good beef noodles for a very cheap price. If i'm going back to Manila, i'll definitely stay here again.

I have booked Guijo Suites way back in March for a stay in July. There were not too many comments for Guijo Situes. My friends advised me that the location is good for Makati, so I did decide to book the hotel, as the deal was just very affordable for our 3 nights in Manila. A week prior to my flights I have checked and reviewed the comments of guests who stayed before in Guijo, and there were much more available on comments than before. I got not scared, but I got the feeling that I should probably be aware.. Heading to Manila with a bit stomach ache, as having too of my cousins with me, german nationals never been in Asia before. As we arrived at the hotel, I was very much surprised and pleased by the ambience of the hotel. It is so elegant but yet cozy and very welcoming staff. The rooms were very clean, very nice and just perfect stuffed with the best of the best. You have all you need, and you are totally safe. My cousins stayed a level below.. and they have the same opinion of mine. So I am sharing their opinion as well. We felt very safe as security was around all the time. The staff very accomodating and smiling all the time. I have now found a place, where I will be staying anytime again when I come home to Manila. I just loved the stay, from the first very moment. You have all you need just around the corner. 3 minutes walk, you have a "SEVEN ELEVEN", "MC DO", "SHAKEY'S" just like everything is nearby.. so no need to worry about the location, even it is on a narrow street as commented before by others on here.. The location is safe, and we never felt unsafe at all! PERFECT PLACE AT THE PERFECT LOCATION!

The staff is the best! So accommodating and nice! I love this place! The only complaint was when I accidentally picked the deluxe classic instead of the deluxe deluxe room. The main manager refused to give me a refund and we couldn't stay in the room because nothing was working. Wifi,phone, very noisy. The Deluxe Deluxe are super nic and the best but avoid the Deluxe Classic. After we couldn't get our money back. We checked out and then they rerented the same room to someone else , we couldn't find another hotel that day and called back to find out that the room had been rerented to someone else and we weren't allowed to come back that night. Very bad of the manager to do this and felt taken advantage of. Other than that this hotel is top of the line!! Just watch what you book. They are the same price so it's very confusing and deceiving online.

The service was quick, warm, and professional. The room and entire hotel is very clean and well lighted. I love how the room has a huge window, although the room itself is quite small. Location is the best! Very close to offices, restaurants, convenience stores, etc. Only negative thing I can say is the walls are TOO THIN. Heard EVERYTHING the people next door were talking about and doing which made quite an uncomfortable stay. I would still book again because the location is the best for work considering the good price, but if I had another choice with better privacy and around the same price range, I think I’d rather book another hotel.

Pros: Close to mall, karaoke bar, best food places surrounding accomodation, spa's that are cheap etc. Staff was very friendly and we got served breakfast in bed every morning. Cons: Had a bit of a struggle with the hot water but figured it out later. Since it is in a late night area there was a bit of noise every now and then (we were there over a weekend. Weekend=Late night party people). Overall I am satisfied and would stay there again since I felt safe and had a comfortable bed and neat room to sleep in with great service.

The hotel is close to Greenbelt mall, which in turn is close to The Landmark department store and the Glorietta mall. There is also a Mini-Stop convenience store across the reasonably quiet street, and a laundry place about 5 minutes walk around the corner (in case you don't want to avail of the hotel's self service laundry facilities). The Enchanted Kingdom ticket office is also next door. Also, there are always taxis passing the front of the hotel, if you want to travel out of Makati. My wife and I stayed in the basic studio room. It was overall very clean and modern. While my booking said 'King Bed', it turned out to be two king singles joined together, but a good job was done to cover the gap in the middle! There's a 32" LCD TV in the room for the lazy days, but sadly fellas, they didn't have the Basketball TV channel (though they still had ESPN and Balls). Not much of a view (facing south), but we didn't care, since we were out most of the time. However, rooms with a north view overlook Legaspi Park and more interesting looking buildings than the south. Shower is a bath/shower combo with a curtain. Unfortunately I didn't get to check out the swimming pool, as my stay was relatively short. The buffet breakfast was quite nice. I didn't avail of any of the other services/facilities, so I cannot comment on these. Now, on to the one and only overall negative I had during my stay here. Please note however, this may be a very isolated situation, and I might have just been unlucky... During the check-in process at the front desk, I was advised that, for reasons too detailed to explain in this review, the hotel had not yet received the payment from the travel agent (whom I had already paid in full). The hotel advised that if they do not receive the payment from the travel agent by the time I check out, the hotel would then charge me. I get to this hotel after done my business travel to suburbs or Phil. 1) I really love the nasi lemak and teh tarik at the cafe. Marvellous foods especially for Malaysian travelling and missing out the hometown foods. 2) Big spacious room. It is an old hotel, but at this price and good equipped hotel, this is more than adequate for me. 3) One of the lift is broken, but I have no problem with going up and down from my room to the lobby. 4) Quiet! this is very good although it is located in the center of makati ave. 5) I REALLY LOVE THE BREAKFAST!!! Say thank you to your chef! The mixture of Malaysia, Indian, Phil, and western foods really make me happy in the morning. 6) The band at night is awesome! relax and chill at the cafe is just great! okay.. will stop now or I will write non-stop about my great stay with Berjaya hotel. Thanks guys and please keep up the good work. Fix the small issue like the lift and greet us your customer with friendly smiles as you usually do. Cheers!

I was a bit hesitant at first especially when I cannot contact the number posted on the hotel website but decided to take the risk since we are just staying for 1 night. I booked a superior room without breakfast for $72 (inclusive of tax) via Agoda.com. A few minutes after receiving the booking confirmation, I got a call from One Greenbelt hotel confirming my booking and special requests (room with window/view). I also asked if the room has a refrigerator and they confirmed that it has (ref is not listed in Agoda). Based on the reviews that I read here and in tripadvisor, I was not expecting much but upon arrival, I was impressed that all my requests were granted (I also requested them to print my booking confirmation which they promptly obliged). Staff were very courteous and accommodating, hotel interior is nice and clean. Room that was given to us was big enough. It has two double/queen(?) sized beds, room (especially the sheets) are very clean and there's more than enough pillows for the 3 of us. View that you could see are just roofs of the houses in the nearby subdivision which we don't mind at all since we just wanted a window with a view to avoid making the child feel claustrophobic. My very minor complaint is that the air conditioning unit is at times a bit noisy (noticeable but did not interrupt our sleep). Toilet bowl is positioned too closely to the shower enclosure so you might have some difficulties sitting down. There's also a limited number of parking slots available which we also felt is not that secure (open parking, just along the busy street) so we did not bother parking there and instead, we parked at Greenbelt 5 (parking is quite cheap there, 45 pesos for weekend parking so that is 90 pesos for overnight parking - they have a different rate for weekdays). Greenbelt is also not that far from the hotel so this was not an issue for us. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and will definitely go back here.

this is a three star hotel but overall i would say this is a four star hotel. very friendly staff. they have strict check in time at 2pm but we we're allowed to check in early at 11:30 pm such a relief :) thanks green sun :) very near at the vfs makati . if you have appointment in vfs makati for visa and other stuff. this is the best place to stay. very near at the airport. going to airport is like 15min away by car we just use our Grab APP (this is like UBER) i have a youtube channel. where is gelo. check out my video about the hotel. :) dont forget to subscribe for more.
