Pros: - Informative and friendly staff - Clean room - 10 min walk from Piccadilly station - Costa and Domino pizza underneath rooms which is useful - Wifi good - TV works perfectly - Hot and powerful shower Cons: - Not best walk to hotel from town especially for solo travellers- taxi highly advised - Room very small so if sharing must be comfortable with them - Shower opens directly into room so must be sharing with someone who you're happy to see you naked - Hardly any hangers for clothes Pretty good for a budget hotel and for 1 night stay. Wouldn't recommend for longer stays. Would stay if in Manchester for a night out again.

We booked a triple room for a mum, a dad and an 17 year old for 4 nights. Upon checking in, we were greeted by the owner and given Wi-Fi password. The lady also kindly helped with the luggage. We stayed in Room which had 3 single beds, 2 wardrobe, a TV and a huge radiator behind our beds. They provided hangers, which was nice, but we couldn't use most of them as they were children hangers. Our room was behind this door that had 2 other rooms, but the door was extremely noisy and hard to open and close quietly, which affected our quality of sleep. We were unlucky enough that the rooms on both sides were not quiet people, and the room above us was extremely noisy, especially with their footsteps early in the morning. Our room we had definitely did not look like the photos. The beds were not the most comfortable beds, there was one in particular where you could feel the springs, you can tell by the condition that the beds, the pillows and the duvets are poor quality and old. You also had to share the bathroom which isn't a big issue as they are kept clean majority of the time, unless you are unlucky enough to get dirty and messy guests during your stay. Again, do not be misled by the photos, the bathroom we used did not look that modern. However, the radiator, TV and Wi-Fi all worked fine. For the price, you can't really 'complain'. Cons: -Thin Walls -Old Beds -Out-of-shape duvets -Shared Bathroom Pros: -Great Location, very close to central city (we had a car so we're not sure about access to public transport in that area) - Radiator, Wi-Fi, TV Overall, I would recommend if you are on a budget.

It was booked as a last minute necessity. My visit was late arrival and early departure. Duration approximately 7 hours. I found difficulty in finding the hotel's telephone number on websites. The hotel is ideally located. Lighting in the carpark needs to be improved. The Staff were excellent. I stayed in room 1. The room was clean, aired and comfortable. My only gripes were the following; No shower gel/body wash in the shower which came close to overflowing. The extractor fan didn't work. The telephone didn't work. The tv remote would not turn the tv off which meant I had to get back out of bed to turn it off at the wall. I left too early for breakfast to be enjoyed. In all I would say that except for the points I mentioned I would have rated the hotel at 8.5. I would recommend this hotel and I'd chance staying in room 1 again to see if the discrepancies had been addressed!
