Booked a standard Double Room, When i arrived they tried to give me a lower ground , inside room without window. My confirmation letter & email confirmed otherwise. After standing my ground & long wait I received the room I booked. We had a really great time and would always stay in this hotel again! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and we enjoyed the swimming pool. We especially loved the location with lots of cafes (for breakfast) and restaurants around the corner in a very calm, non-touristic area. Going by bus is quite nice, too because you get to see a lot more of the city. So we would definitely recommend it!

A friend and I stayed here for one night on 22 June, as we were attending a concert at Wembley. So: Easily accessible location near tube station; Comfortable and spotless room; Complimentary drink on arrival, pub was open when we returned from the concert so had a couple of drinks before bedtime. But what made it for us was the welcoming staff, they couldn’t do enough for us, even kept our bags for us on till late Sunday night. This will be an option for me if I’m stopping over in London again.

It is a pleasant hotel. It has to be seen in the context that the rates are very reasonable for London accommodation. For the price: It is clean and the staff are very polite. The location is in a nice part of Hampstead with the tube station nearby. It feels good and safe without the crowds but there are lots of amenities just a few steps away. The decorations are stylish. The rooms are small and there are no lifts so if guests already expect that, then there will be no unpleasant shocks. It is a 3 storey walk up. It is suited to mobile travellers, on the go. It starts you off with a nice breakfast and welcomes you back with nice powerful showers and a good bed. And you don't feel you have paid too much. I will be back.

Hotel had nice rooms, and appeared as a small hotel with good service. Breakfast was served by attentive staff and had everything we expected. Good value for money. Hotel was close to underground, so it felt very sentral even though it was outside the city center. Quiet area and free parking right outside the front entrance. It's a 15 min walk to a tube station and not a whole lot around, restaurant wise. But a 15 min walk and your in Camden or Kentish with all the shops/restaurants and markets!! The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, I felt safe in my room, I would definitely suggest this place to other budget travelers.
