Elevators were very quick, I seem to have a personal interest in this as I dislike slow elevators no matter the size of the building. The quicker I can get to my floor, or to the lobby, the better. Staff was kind and knew what they were doing, didn't seem bothered with questions etc. Room was great, clean, smelled a little weird but I assumed it was the previous tenant that gave it an odor due to the fact that my room wasn't supposed to be ready until 4:00pm in the afternoon and I checked in around 11:00am in the morning. Had a good size bath tub & strong water pressure from the shower head. Nice TV in the room, decent view (I was on the 14th floor). Location isn't too far from Miami beach, about a $12-20 uber ride to South Beach. The hotel is right across the street from Bayside outdoor shopping mall which has a lot of shops both tourist and legitimate businesses like Adidas. Great amount of restaurants nearby as well. All in all I really enjoyed it! 5/5

We had a really good stay. Very comfortable beds and it was wonderful to find a room that accommodated two single travellers without forcing us into twin-size beds! (We are adult sisters travelling together). The gym had a lot of good equipment. The location was great for access to the American Airlines Arena, where we attended a concert. It isn't great if you're planning to spend time in Miami/South Beach. We stayed here for a couple of nights for our concert and then moved hotels to the beach (this was pre-planned; we didn't cut our Hilton visit short), and I would suggest that this is the best way to see the best of Miami, especially if you don't have a car. Downtown Miami isn't terribly interesting; the beach is where it's happening. Only downside: the concierge wasn't as helpful as he could have been. We got the strong impression that he had ideas about what was and wasn't a good idea for our plans, rather than listening to us and trying to give us the best advice based on our actual goals. We didn't have a car, but all his advice was based around the idea that we should have one (rather than dealing with our actual situation). An example: we were told there was no ability to visit Kennedy Space Center - that it was too far - but we managed to book a bus tour for this so this information wasn't correct.

This is a great, neat and tidy spot to stay. We only stayed one night after a cruise, nice large bed, decent bathroom and great connection to the train to the airport. Seemed like a safe area in the time we were there, close to a nice open air shopping centre. Staff were all really polite and gave us some great tips on where to shop/eat close by. What makes a great hotel? How about one that I don't even have to think about? What I mean is that if I wanted to go anywhere, (walking or otherwise), everything seemed in close distance while hiding itself away on a quiet street. What I mean is that when I step out of the shower, I can see myself in a square on the mirror that hasn't fogged b/c it's heated. What I me...What makes a great hotel? What I mean is that if I wanted to go anywhere, (walking or otherwise), everything seemed in close distance while hiding itself away on a quiet street. What I mean is that when I step out of the shower, I can see myself in a square on the mirror that hasn't fogged b/c it's heated. What I mean is allowing me to leave my luggage there after checkout while I go explore some more before my late flight. What I mean is, is that I never had to think if my hotel was going to affect my stay b/c it so seamlessly fits into the city of Miami. To the staff there, thank you very much for your hardwork & long hours. I hope your company rewards you dearly for them. Your work does not go unnoticed. And for those still not convinced, they're one of the few hotels in the area that seem to serve a hot breakfast (till 10am even for someone of you that need an extra hour of Zzz) & one with the most variety I've seen at that!

So we booked an apartment hotel and this was super nice. There were 7 of us including 2 older children and 2 younger ones plus an infant but this place was huge. We were pretty tired when we arrived but check in was fasr(with delicious cookie to boot) and our place was a 2,bedroom with 2 baths, a laundry area and a kitchen where we can cook (including utensils and cook...So we booked an apartment hotel and this was super nice. We were pretty tired when we arrived but check in was fasr(with delicious cookie to boot) and our place was a 2,bedroom with 2 baths, a laundry area and a kitchen where we can cook (including utensils and cooking materials!) the place was near the United airlines where Miami heat was playing,,my older kids and hubby watched the game and it was pretty accessible to the seaquarium, the zoo, the mall etc. The staff were super friendly and nice too. Two thumbs up!

For that reason, we noticed that most of the guests in this hotel were either "pre-cruise" or "post cruise" given its proximity to the cruise center. Besides taking care of the luggage, they also double-up as concierge and recommended interesting tours and eating places. The hotel is also well situated in downtown Miami with close proximity to shops and eating places. All in all, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is also in the downtown area and walking distance to most of the major shops.

At the frontdesk they told me My room Was a small one without breakfast. I showed them My voucher (agoda's) That showed That i had a 50 mts room with breakfast. They told me that they received the reservation from booking.com (and then i know that you, from agoda, make the reservations through booking.com). The rooms are perfect - large, with new furniture. Bathrooms are huge and have nice amenities. Water pressure and sink drain were both disappointing, but not an issue. We recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an elegant first class hotel in Miami.

Unfortunately we found a hair in the bath that we asked them to clean and they said they would but then didn't. Checked in quite late and the check in person was really nice but quite slow and was doing other things. It's a small thing but when you have someone checking in so late they just want to do it and be done with it. Pool was great, restaurant delicious, room views very cool, bed very comfortable.

A great new health and wellness brand from IHG with exercise mats in the rooms. There's also a foam roller (useful after a long flight) and various yoga and other paraphernalia. Staff member Keisha kindly allocated a room based on my room request, and other staff members were similarly helpful and professional. It's also just five minutes' walk from the metro station, from where one can reach downtown Miami and Brickell in no time. All round, it was a great stay.

Metromover station aside, easy access from road, Riverwalk in the back and a good price. Location is one of the best. Saw other hotels in Downtown with same price but I liked the view of this one. Cons: just looks old and tired. Some investment there and could compete with the best. That's management problem. Come on, don't be so maceta. I no longer feel that a room is just a room. The service and the hotel were amazing! I pretty much lived in the pool. I want to fly back to Miami just to stay at that hotel!!!!! Most of the staff were wonderful too. There was a time where I wanted to charge my bill to the room, and the staff kept coming out and acting weird about it. I guess they wanted to be sure they got their tip. I went ahead and paid them the full amount right then and tipped 50 percent because they got me ice for my champagne and all kinds of stuff. I also paid then because they kept questioning what room I was in and acted hesitant to charge it to my room. Still, the other experience was so amazing I had to give it 5 stars! The hammocks in the pool are so amazing!
