->Budget wise this hotel is cheaper than most of five star hotels in Makati and provide a better amenities and services -> the location is perfectly accessible to all important establishment such as embassy, malls, different variety of restaurants and also its not hard to find a money-changer which is the most important for a tourist visitor. -> cleanliness is not a p...

we (5 persons) stayed in this hotel for one night in mid june, and enjoyed our stay so much. it's a brand new hotel and the construction of the mid and lower floors are all completed, 3 out of 4 elevators were working at that time, i only needed to wait for less than 1 min for the elevators and the staff are really nice and helpful. we booked one twin studio and one ...

I have stayed in many hotels in Manila over the years. Dusit is the best hotel at a very reasonable price. You can find better hotel, but at much price. The price for Dusit hotel is just a little bit higher than a 3 star hotel, but what you get is close to 5 star. Great location for restaurant, shopping and close to Makati. Nice quite hotel rooms with double pane windo...

We went for a city adventure trip with my husband last September 7, 2012. We were looking for a good place to crash that is safe and convenient. We found this really affordable hotel in Agoda.com that is located in Makati, and decided to book a room for 2 nights. The hotel is really easy to find. You can ride a taxi from the airport for 160php (less traffic), or you ca...

My first time in Philippines and i was so glad i choose this hotel. Because it is new, the cleanliness was the best, the hotel was located in just the best spot of the entire street, the room layout was fantastic, toilet was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The front office staff, bell boys were extremely professional and friendly. Everything was perfect...

Impeccable service, wonderful facilities, best location in Manila as it's a 5 minute walk to Makati City's Greenbelt mall and peripheral malls. Short distance to great restaurants. Drivers on demand. An absolute 5-star urban hotel. I stay there oftener business, and I now bring my finance' on most trips. in terms of convenience, size, and location - it could be t...

You can stay at the Shangri La and pay a lot more money, and you can enjoy the aging plumbing and lights in your room. Or you can stay at the Peninsula, and enjoy being treated as a visiting family member. The location is as good as you can have in Makati. The hotel is across the street from everything. The stock exchange, the beautiful park, all the malls, Glorietta, ...

We booked here for 3nights because the place is near the australian embassy like walking distance. It's also near malls like greenbelt..glorietta etc.. Has a park beside it. We booked in a suite the room is big and has bathtub which I really enjoy. The balcony also is really nice you can have a sip of coffee and watch the surroundings. The place is instagrammable! Staf...

My partner and I have never been to the philippenes and foolishly booked a cheap hostel in Malate last minute before landing in Manila. To our suprise our hostel was in the middle of a very scary area, we felt unsafe the whole time so decided to upgrade to a better area and better accomodation. We booked the Eurotel Makati and we were so happy. it is a very big hotel, ...

I stayed a week a the St. Giles and, found it to be a nice hotel for the money, but not a 4 star hotel as some sites have rated it. The PROS of the hotel are that it is a new, clean hotel, with a great staff and a good location. It is easy to get a taxi, a variety of entertainment (not just the go-go bars, actually a couple of Manila's top nightclubs are footsteps away...

I stayed in one of the recently renovated rooms on this trip and I was not diappointed, the rooms are always clean and tidy and furnishings are usually of good quality but this one was exceptionally good. Rooftop pool was clean as always and the staff are all well trained and conscientious. Makati location is right in the middle of the nightlife, probably not the best ...

Only stayed for one night after a trip to Boracay Island & was instantly disappointed I hadn't booked for more nights! The hotel is right in the middle of Makati district & the surroundings were so clean modern & felt very safe. The staff are extremely helpful & friendly from the reception staff, to the concierge to the security staff. The rooms are spacious, modern, c...

It is hard to know where to begin with this review. Let me just start by stating that my stay here was the best experience of my life. This hotel is simply magnificent. The staff were friendly, attentive, helpful, well trained, and polite. The food was spectacular and the food was outstanding. The 5th floor swimming pool overlooking the city was amazing. Celebrities se...

Our stay at the Y2 Residence Hotel was fantastic. I travel to Manila for different occasions and most of the time I travel with my wife and child. We have a helper that travels with us as well. Previously I would book 2 hotel rooms per night when we travel. I found Y2 Residence Hotel interesting because they offer a 2 bedroom unit in a single room. This 2 bedroom ...

Best value for money hotel in Makati. all staff from doorman to room maids were simply awesome, nothing was a problem to them, the front desk performed flawlessly. the roof top pool and rooftop restaurant were aligned with the big hotels claiming 5 stars. would not hesitate to stay here again, centrally located, bars and food venues on your doorstep. The rooms, w...

Cons: it was New Year's Eve and the hotel was booked solid. At least one or maybe two elevators were not working, there was a long queue to go up and down. The elevator even skipped our floor on the way down and the stairwell was not available for guest use that day. Pros: We booked last minute but front desk was able to quickly check us in and find us a nice room on ...

Travelled to Manila with my family last month (April 2018). Decided to book at The Charter House through Agoda. Wanted to stay at an affordable accommodation near Greenbelt shops. We made the right choice. Price and location-wise, this is the best hotel in the Makati area. Daily housekeeping available, staff were all courteous. Will definitely stay here again next time...

I love the location and the interior of the place so clean. Though it is a bit pricey if you are willing to splurge on money then I would say this is the one. On our first night we stayed at a studio type room which is big enough for 2 people. Room has all the kitchen needs suitable for 2 people. The next day we were transferred to a 1 Bedroom hotel because we booked w...

It was awesome! The best hotel that I've stayed in through the Agoda app so far! I've reserved a Studio One-Bed room, but it was upgraded to a 1-Bedroom Premium WITH NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE! I mean, I know this is just my luck, and it may not happen again, but then again, the fact that they do such upgrading really speaks a lot about how they value their customers! The ro...

At first I had reservations when I first booked my first night here. Usually, when I picked where to have my staycation I always looked at reviews first. However, they don't have reviews yet in Agoda or Traveloka or in their website. Then, I learned that it was newly built and just opened this month. I originally planned to stay for a night just to see if its really w...

Located in the heart of Manila'a Greenbelt District just 10 minutes from Manila's airport (make sure you get a metered taxi and make sure the driver turns on the meter and it will cost you about $3-$4 USD to get to the hotel ... so tip the guy ... they are poor), The E-Hotel Makati is an ideal location to access top end shopping, embassies, entertainment, and restauran...

The location of the hotel is excellent. Right beside all the shopping and 5 mins walking distance to Glorietta Mall, Green Belt, etc. Its also nearer to the airport than hotels in Makati Ave, so taxi fare can be negotiated down to 200-250p.. its rare that you find an honest taxi driver willing to go by the meter. Staff were efficient and helpful and because the hot...

We arrived at 3pm at the hotel, got a parking directly at the entrance. The staff was friendly and fast upon checkin. The rooms are small but very clean and almost stylish. The bathroom is clean and has a big walk in shower with very hot water. We ordered food with the room service, it´s a bit pricy but tasty. A lot of restaurants and 24/7 shops are around. The famo...

The staff is the best! So accommodating and nice! I love this place! The only complaint was when I accidentally picked the deluxe classic instead of the deluxe deluxe room. The main manager refused to give me a refund and we couldn't stay in the room because nothing was working. Wifi, phone, very noisy. The Deluxe Deluxe are super nic and the best but avoid the Deluxe C...

The service was quick, warm, and professional. The room and entire hotel is very clean and well lighted. I love how the room has a huge window, although the room itself is quite small. Location is the best! Very close to offices, restaurants, convenience stores, etc. Only negative thing I can say is the walls are TOO THIN. Heard EVERYTHING the people next door were tal...

I booked for studio room but was upgraded to twin deluxe to my surprise, the room has a 5 star quality to it, but to a very affordable price, it’s like I have a 50% discount. The hotel staff are very fast and efficient no problems in checking in, front desk is very knowledgeable, it’s a really good hotel. I’m New in makati area so I appreciate their willingness to help...

I arrived midnight, the front desk staff were alert and super friendly. Very nice casual uniform for them. Was given a room transfer when I realized the room I was in was facing a noisy street, smelled a bit of cigarette and thought that the aircon was not working.. but it was (wait 10 mins for the entire room to cool). There was enough parking space in front. The roo...

I liked the staff despite what was said many times by many reviews. Yes if your expectations are of that of a 5 star hotel then you need expectation mangement, but, they are firendly and nice as long as you are not pretensing you are spending 5 star prices wanting that level of service. The rooms are not barnd new but were clean. Best to take the non smoking floors ...

Our expectations was shattered, literally, for it's price we kind of expected it just like the local hotels here in our place with the same cost. It was very clean, very safe, and best of all is it's proximity to the business centers and the likes. For us we had an appointment with an embassy which is just a walking distance from this hotel.

I was a bit hesitant at first especially when I cannot contact the number posted on the hotel website but decided to take the risk since we are just staying for 1 night. I booked a superior room without breakfast for $72 (inclusive of tax) via Agoda.com. A few minutes after receiving the booking confirmation, I got a call from One Greenbelt hotel confirming my booking...
