"The hotel satisfied me and meet my expectations as when I choose it earlier through Agoda. Located just in the Shibuya station, thus very easy to find meals, coffee, and take trains to airport, Fuji Kawaguchiko, JR Train & metro-subway to different places in the city. My room is facing the Shibuya crossing, it was made possible due to proactive responses from Agoda and Shibuya Excel Tokyu team since the time I booked it weeks before. The room is clean, spacious, provided with sufficient pillows, sleeping outfit. The bathroom amenities, complementary tea & coffee, are beyond the usual quality provided by other well known hotel in Asia. There's vending machine and laundromat in the my room floor, so helpful. Don't easily trust any review who claimed the bathroom is so small, it is indeed enough space with very good facility. Even hotels in Europe which located nearby the station had much smaller bathroom space then this hotel. There is Money Changer Machine in the hotel lobby (5th floor) so it's very convenience for guests to change the money! The single bed wide size is wider than the usual single bed size in Asia's hotel, so it's very comfortable. I like the open concept of wardrobe, and the WiFi connection was very good. Just within walking distance, you can go to Hachiko statue and any shops around the hotel."

"Service at this hotel is excellent. The staff were attentive and helpful, spoke good English and went out of their way to accommodate our requests to change our rooms after we had accidentally booked smoking rooms. The hotel is located 5 minutes from the south-west exit of JR Shibuya Station, and a 10 minute walk from the world-famous Shibuya intersection near the Hachiko exit of the station. A huge variety of shops, malls and restaurants were easily available in the general vicinity of the hotel. It was also a very short train ride on the Yamanote line to Harajuku and Shinjuku. The hotel can also be accessed directly from Haneda Airport, via limousine bus, which stops at the Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel that is a 5-minute walk around the corner from the Shibuya Granbell Hotel. The hotel provides well-prepared breakfast at its in-house restaurant that was hearty and delicious. Also located within the hotel is a western-style pub that serves excellent thin-crust pizzas that are available as room service. Overall, a good experience and we will be staying here again if we ever came back to Tokyo."

"When in Tokyo I usually book a room in an APA hotel branch. I like their facilities, everything just works, checkin-checkout process is smooth and fast. I know what I get in each branch, and it's standardized, so it's a hassle free experience for me. What I liked of the Shibuya branch was the close proximity to subway / JR trains (if you walk through Mark City mall it may be even closer) and the many restaurants that are easily accesible from the hotel. Unlike other APA hotel branches this one didn't have a traditional Japanese hot publich bath (they usually have one at the basement or top floor), but the coin laundry was useful to me. I will choose APA again in the future."

"The location is great for getting into the city and going to the Narita airport. The hotel is located about 10 mins walk away from the Hachiko statue, which isn't that far, but under the blazing sun of August, you'd wish you stayed somewhere more central. "

"I was so hesitating to try this place as I am not young anymore and I prefer to spend money to be confortable. But every time I checked this place there was something intriguing about it to make me try it . And YES it worth it. Perfect location , super clean, everything is new and modern style, nice staff, nice guests when I was there and I think most of the time you won’t find the lousy noisy usual youth hotel type of guests probably because this hotel is not cheap. But it worth every penny if you want to live a quite safe adventure . It is super safe and a little bit too quite at night in th dorm that you need to whisper not to make noises which is good . It is a small room the size of the bed but it is all you need . It is best fitted for somebody who is not willing to stay at the hotel but for sleeping . Maybe not a good idea for those who want to relax in th hotel room. "

"Wow, we had a wonderful stay at Sequence! I had been in touch before our arrival and our room and view were amazing - thank you! The room was so spacious and well equipped - we especially loved the shower gel and shampoo! Such a convenient location, very close to Shibuya station and all the new shopping/dining areas in Shibuya. Our view was AMAZING and we loved the little 'Hi Tokyo' sticker on the window (which is now in our photos too) the coffee shop had a lovely atmosphere. We didn't use the bar, but we did have breakfast in the morning - which was delicious! Couldn't fault our stay at all....we hope to return again soon!"

"Very comfortable room. There was more room than usual and the shower was fantastic. We were able to leave our bags at the desk after check out and appreciated the in-hotel restaurant (mainly Western fare) when we arrived late. The hotel is about 5 blocks from Shibuya Station, Hachiko exit. We had no trouble finding it by counting stop lights on our Google map and matching them to the street. (Pass the Apple store, close to Denny's!) Recommend for a quiet night's sleep."

"The location is great! a bit expensive considering the other hotels around the area. 1-Its adjacent to some of the biggest shopping malls in Tokyo 2-is a 5 minute walk from Shibuya station 3-Its easy to navigate from the hotel to other areas, as its almost in the centre of all the bustle 4-10 minute walk from the best eateries located in "Dogenzaka" 5- is conveniently located in the same area as "Hachiko Crossing"- the most famous crossing in Japan. You'll have alot of fun walking around with your camera 6- convenient store adjacent to hotel entrance, open 24 hours 7- Great in-hotel restaurants! great food! The Service is truly wonderful, everyone was so polite and helpful. Unfortunately, it is on the expensive side and there are hotels that seem to be cheaper in the same area. But its a very famous hotel so you wont get lost trying to find your way back! The internet in the room is not wifi, you are given a cable to connect to internet, and charged every day for usage. Also the rooms are not so big but they have nice sky views of the city! Overall, its good staying space and alot of foreigners stay at the Cerulean so you wont stick out. "
