We spent two nights at Halong Paradise Suites Hotel. It was a fabulous experience. Our room was large, clean and really sumptuous with dark wood furniture, comfortable bedding (the biggest bed size I have enjoyed!), fluffy towels, long velvet curtains, two way air-conditioning, huge luxurious ensuite bathroom … The hotel staff was exceptionally wonderful from the guy w...

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed our time. There is nothing at all about this hotel that we could complain about. The staff and facilities are top. If you don't mind walking 10 - 20 minutes, there are good places to go, such as Sandy Bay (good beach and cafes) and the ferry to Cat Ba Island. We took a Grab Taxi to the mainland and found SunWorld Amusement Park which ...

the place is very clean, nice location, nice shower and had AC. However, they need to re enforce guests on not smoking in the room bc I had two rooms one room was good but one rm was filled with smoke and dirty fridge but when i told the front desk they did nothing. My other friend had to sleep in filty room with strong odor from cigarettes The next day my husband got...

Minutes later, received a call from receptionist who mentioned a guest cancelled booking and ...

Strange place, we called it the ghost hotel. Very few staff, non exsistent service. No real dining facilities. Location is remote, there is nothing nearby. If it wasn't for the fantastic little german reastuarant across the road my family would have gone hungry! Although it provided a very comfortable and restful stop in our travel schedule.

we had our own transport so the trip to halong was not a problem making this a great good value place to relax. The views over halong bay were very good and the island Tuan Chau is mainly used for the Junk boat operators and the public ferry which takes motor cycles which was very convenient for moving on.
