There are a lot of good (and late night) dining options immediately outside the hotel. Classy & comfortable ... I would definitely stay there again.

This was the first hotel (out of seven) we stayed in during our trip in Japan and it was definitely one of the best. Although the room we booked was not big enough for three adults (with three beds in the room there was not much space left for our luggage), it was clean and the beds were big. The hotel is very close (about a 5-minute easy walk) to the JR train station Hamamatsucho.

The hotel is really beautiful, and spotlessly clean and only 2 stops on JR line from Tokyo central station Hotel room was cleaned daily and the breakfasts were lovely, there was the opportunity for bathing on the hotel roof top spa which unfortunately we did not manage to fit into our schedule. The bars are expensive here as the area itself did not overly appeal to us...The hotel is really beautiful, and spotlessly clean and only 2 stops on JR line from Tokyo central station Hotel room was cleaned daily and the breakfasts were lovely, there was the opportunity for bathing on the hotel roof top spa which unfortunately we did not manage to fit into our schedule. On saying that it should not put anyone off as a base and its minutes walk from the station which houses both over and underground trains

This hotel has been the highlight of our accommodation for our trip. Very conveniently located within walking distance to Tamachi train station and the Mita subway. The rooms are very clean and fresh. We had a double room on the 14th floor which had access to the lounge area. The lounge and outdoor patio area provided a very comfortable place to have a coffee and relax...This hotel has been the highlight of our accommodation for our trip. Staff were all excellent and very helpful. The added surprise of having a free smart phone for internet and local call use was fantastic. Handy it is called or in our case Handy Andy was a brilliant addition and saved domestic disharmony in finding our way around the city with free google maps. Breakfast was exceptional. We would definitely stay here again as a preference.

Booked this hotel for my anniversary in Tokyo (Tower view). STUNNING. The tower is actually alot closer than I have expected, staying at the 47th (there's only 47/48/49th floor). Also went to the Rooftop bar, although the bar isn't facing the Tokyo tower, we can see another side of Tokyo. Only thing I would say is, they should make car-park complimentary for guests that stayed. (they have a huge garage)

Best features were practically all of it! I'm only 18 years of age, and my friend is 17, and we felt like our hotel was sanctuary, and it definitely felt homey and comfortable. It's a beautiful building, and the hotel staff are extremely wonderful and helpful in every way. The room cleanings are done quickly and without the risk of disturbing or misplacing your persona...Best features were practically all of it! I'm only 18 years of age, and my friend is 17, and we felt like our hotel was sanctuary, and it definitely felt homey and comfortable. It's a beautiful building, and the hotel staff are extremely wonderful and helpful in every way. The room cleanings are done quickly and without the risk of disturbing or misplacing your personal objects and items, and I trust the staff a lot. It is also located by Onarimon Station, which is the simplest train station to take and it's only 2 blocks from the hotel. Perfect for getting around quickly, and going to and from the building. Also, if arriving from Narita airport, an airport limousine can take you directly to Shiba Park Hotel. It is fast and simple to reach your hotel, and the limousines are the best way to get to Shiba Park Hotel with only a cost of 3,000 Yen (about $30 CAD). There was never a bad moment!

Cons: If you're going to Ikebukaro /Shibuya /Shinjuku /Harajuku areas then best not to stay here as it's at least 30 mins away. Don't spend precious time on subways /trains. No early check in but you can leave luggage before and after check in /out. No charge while I was there.

The staff are lovely and speak adequate English, which is more than what can be said about the rest of the country. A peaceful area meant a good night's sleep also. Location wise it was a 10min walk from the shrine of the 47 Ronin, 200m from a train station that is 6 stops from Tokyo or Shibuya, another 2 from Shinjuku and not much more from Akihabara. I travelled with my 14yr old son and I was delighted with my blind selection of this hotel. It would definitely be my initial consideration for my next stay in Tokyo unless I required a specific location for another reason.

This Bus Terminal will be the meeting place for most of the tours book through JAPANICAN.com 3) JR Tamachi Train Station is also 1 stop away from Shinagawa Train Station which is link directly to Shinkansen Shinagawa Station. Shinkansen is the fastest way to Kyoto in 2hrs 20min by Nozomi Train. 4) Arrival at Narita Airport. Proceed to JR East Travel Service Center/ JR Ticket Office to buy Narita Express Tokyo Direct Ticket (N’EX Tokyo Direct One-Way) to Shinagawa. Show Foreign Passport to get 50% discount. Will reach JR Shinagawa Train Station in 1 hr. Intervals of train is every 30 minutes. Train fare: JPY 1,500. Upon arrival at JR Shinagawa Station, do not exit the gate. Just transfer to the next JR East Train to JR Tamachi Station (1 stop away). After exiting ticket gate, the ticket no longer be use to re-enter. 5) Arrival at Haneda Airport. Proceed to Haneda Airport International Terminal (Keikyu Line) -- JR Shinagawa Station (JR Yamanote Line) -- JR Tamachi Station (JR Yamanote Line). Train Fare: JPY 410 + JPY 140. Duration: 15 minutes.

Intercontinental Tokyo Bay hotel was conveniently located next to two train stations and right next to the cruises. The staff all spoke very good English and were very helpful. They provided shiseido products for showering and it is very fragrant. We requested for extra towels as we have 2 young children staying with us and it was delivered promptly. It would be good if the housekeeping staff noticed we had extra towels and automatically provided the towels when making up the room so that we do not have to request everyday during our 3 nights stay. Front desk staff are very friendly and polite. They can speak English too. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!
