The rooms were very spacious and came with all amenities and a variety of toiletries. A similar hotel in the heart of Ginza would have cost a lot more and would have been much smaller. Dai ichi is a premium hotel with excellent service and the walk to the heart of Ginza & the train station is less than 3 minutes. The room service is not the best but with such amazing d...

This was the first hotel (out of seven) we stayed in during our trip in Japan and it was definitely one of the best. Although the room we booked was not big enough for three adults (with three beds in the room there was not much space left for our luggage), it was clean and the beds were big. The breakfast buffet was by far the best we had while in Japan with a wide ar...

The hotel is really beautiful, and spotlessly clean and only 2 stops on JR line from Tokyo central station Hotel room was cleaned daily and the breakfasts were lovely, there was the opportunity for bathing on the hotel roof top spa which unfortunately we did not manage to fit into our schedule. The bars are expensive here as the area itself did not overly appeal to us...

This hotel has been the highlight of our accommodation for our trip. Very conveniently located within walking distance to Tamachi train station and the Mita subway. The rooms are very clean and fresh. We had a double room on the 14th floor which had access to the lounge area. The lounge and outdoor patio area provided a very comfortable place to have a coffee and relax...

Stay was very good. Nice hotel in a great location with clean rooms and good wifi. Rooms are small, but well laid out. TV only has Japanese channels. The staff is very strict about check-in before 2 PM (they charge you a half day rate if you try to get in earlier). Breakfast is dismal but many restaurants in area. Less than 10 minutes walk from Daimon and Hamamatsucho...

Booked this hotel for my anniversary in Tokyo (Tower view). STUNNING. The tower is actually alot closer than I have expected, staying at the 47th (there's only 47/48/49th floor). Room was excellent and I had stated that it was an anniversary and hotel mgmt actually hand drew a card and a small plant as a gift. Very warm of them. I was lucky that the 1 night stay had th...

Amazed and grateful for the attentive staff (miss Honda), despite the language barrier, she has shown a fantastic cust service attitude. We love her patient and quick response. The location is best given the train station, sushi resto, taxi, tsukiji fish market, shopping area. The roo. Is smak but very attractive and compact, so friendly atmosphere. We live to sray her...

Very clean hotel room, although the room is small but that is Japan standard. 5 mins walk to major train stations, lots of famous eateries and convenience stores around. If you fly in or out at the Haneda airport, this is the best choice as there is monorail train to reach the airport directly from the Hamamatsucho station.

Best features were practically all of it! I'm only 18 years of age, and my friend is 17, and we felt like our hotel was sanctuary, and it definitely felt homey and comfortable. It's a beautiful building, and the hotel staff are extremely wonderful and helpful in every way. The room cleanings are done quickly and without the risk of disturbing or misplacing your persona...

Pros: Great location as it's only less than 5 mins walk across the street from Hamamatsucho JR Yamanote line (green line)/monorail/Oedo line(red line). Remember to take north exit out. Elevators closer to north exit/center of stn. Clean, quiet (while we were there) NON SMOKING ! Lots to eat in and around the area & at Hamamatsucho stn. Closest convenience store is ...

Everything is great at this hotel. Breakfast buffet is delicious. Location is central. It’s pretty close to the train stations. Room is quite small, but it’s common in Tokyo. They don’t make the bed or clean the room every day, but you get fresh towels everyday. We will definitely stay here again next time, but we’ll book a bigger room.

If you've never been to Japan and Tokyo, here's the first tip...nothing is 'too far'. An exemplary transport network means everything is within 5-10 train stops. So you're not obligated to pay hundreds of dollars to stay in the popular areas of Tokyo. This hotel had a basic and yet more than sufficient continental breakfast on offer which is a good way to start each da...

If you have JR Pass this place would be nice to stay. The hotel surroundings is not noisy, walking distance to JR train station, there's a river where we can sit down and relax between hotel and train station. Room is clean, nice bed, complete bathroom utensils, and they also provide odor eliminator which is useful IMO.

This is my first stop at Japan and I would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers. This hotel is only 4 minutes walk away from JR Tamachi Train Station (East Exit). Once come out from East Exit, walk straight and turn right into a road junction. Sotetsu Fresa Inn is only few more steps ahead at your left side. Hotel gives free Shiseido toiletries. Landry at JP...

Good location, about 3-5min to Daimon station (Exit A6). 8min to Hamamatsucho monorail station if you are arriving at Haneda airport which takes less than 20min for traveling. Family room is large enough for 4 people. The room is well equipped other than than no hairnet provided for female customers. Staff is very nice for any kind of assistants makes you feel like ho...

Positive Point - Good location. Hamamatsucho train station nearby making it convenient to go Haneda Airport. Free Wifi and Spa voucher. Check out very fast. Negative Point - Hotel staff are friendly with the exception of a female staff that have no heart to serve and show a black face throughout. Lousy attitude is the last thing I expect from a country like Japan.

This hotel is a must, great location as quiet at night. Closely located to Tokyo Tower, train station 1minute walk and family mart 100 meters also close by was Starbucks. Staff were great and the hotel facilities excellent (laundry facilities a bonus), the shower and bathroom were outstanding and you required nothing as everything was supplied. The addition of water bo...

Super love TGH! Definitely booking this again when we return next year! Location is super convenient with the Shibakoen Station (Subway) 2-3 minute walk away! Hamamatsucho (JR Line) is also just a whisk away via a 10-12 minute walk. Shiba Park is just on other side of the hotel--around 5 minutes walk, while the Tokyo Tower is around 15 minute walk! Book room 1410 and g...

Close (walking distance) from the train station. It is walkable to the main area for going out in Tokyo and experiencing the night life that this friendly city has to offer. Being so close to the train station it is easy to get to and from the airport or if wanting to experience some of the cultural sites its easy access via the trains

Pros: -Friendly helpful staffs -Clean room with full room amenities -Value for money stay -Comfortable bed. Cons: -Hotel is quite a distance away from the nearest train station. -Not many shops and restaurants nearby the hotel. So we have to go further to to the city centre for shopping and dining.

Intercontinental Tokyo Bay hotel was conveniently located next to two train stations and right next to the cruises. The staff all spoke very good English and were very helpful. The Executive Club staff were particularly helpful and kind. They showed us the where to get a certain gift we were looking for in Ginza. We had dinner at the in-house French restaurant and the ...

This was my first stay at a MyStays Hotel and hope to use them more often. I found Hotel MyStays Hamamatsucho very satisfactory for my business purposes - quiet rooms, excellect service and staff. The internet service was very reliable and quite fast on ethernet. The location is good with Diamon metro station next to the hotel and Hamamatsucho trains station about 5...

Overall, this hotel is the best one I have stayed in during my trips to Tokyo. The station is not even a minute away and the train station is close enough to many major points like Shibuya and Harajuku. The hotels interior is clean and new. I highly recommend this hotel to someone on a budget.

Near many eateries and convenience stores. 10 min walk to Shinsaibashi train station. Along the way, we stopped at Lawson to pick up some food. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel (800 yen/pax) but it is easy to find food options around the area. We had breakfast at a 24h udon shop just across the street and it cost only 850 yen for 2. Value for money and deliciou...

We booked this hotel last minute when we missed the last trip of shinkansen from Tokyo to Osaka. We were surprised that the triple room we got was bigger than expected. It's actually bigger than more expensive hotels in Tokyo. It's like a serviced hotel/apartment with own kitchen and washing machine inside the room. Bath and toilet are separate so one person can go to...

The only thing i did not like about the hotel was that they were very strict about the checking in and checking out time. my flight was earlier than expected so i arrived at the hotel at about 7am. but i wasnt allowed to check in till 3. other than that, everything else was great. the service was fast, the bed was comfortable. everything else was there. they ha...

We really enjoyed this hotel as it was very well located in a quiet street close from the Hamamatsucho train station. At this station, you can use the Tokyo loop train (Yamanote Line) which is a JR train...means that when you have a Japan Rail Pass (JRP) you don't have to pay and you can access easily most of the touristic and famous area of Tokyo. And about the hotel...

The hotel is conviently located close to Hamamatsu station and the hotel will store your luggage if you arrive at the hotel before check in time or if you need to have them hold the luggage after you check out. The monorail to Haneda airport is also conviently located at this station. The only drawback for this hotel is that it does not have a public bath/onsen. Oth...
