"good service from front desk. The best and biggest hotel in Banaue. Transport from Baguio will drop you off at the hotel lobby. After check in, you can choose your rice terraces tour from the front desk or walk out to the entrance to arrange with a tricycle tour if only two of you like us. If jeepney, will be expensive for two person. We had a very Ifugao tour guard that took us to Hapao rice terraces the next morning. Best nature trip to North Luzon."

"Location is great. We are a family with 5 Adults. Booked with 3 double beds. View from their Restaurant is SuperB. Overlooking from Rice Terraces when u wake up and before sunset. Food: Super budget friendly and yummy! Real Value for your money. Rice is cute. They use mixed rice and then add white rice. They also have a souvenir shop where you can check out magnets bags shirt etc. oh and they also sell rice. Our favorite is the black one and mixed rice(red black pink). Downside is that it’s really across the road that we can hear the noise from the room. Parentals were not happy about that. Our Family room is on the 3rd floor so not good for elderly. I’m not sure if this is Family owned, but everyone in the hotel is very nice and accommodating. But still I will highly recommend this to my friends and family! "

"Staying overnight on feb 6-7, 2016 at banaue homestay was the excellent choice. Ms. Beatrize, the manager, was very warm, friendly and gracious- we could't ask for a better hostess. The staffs, rebecca and ruby were also very friendly. The rooms we rented (1 with cr and a regular room) was very clean and the beddings were so comfortable that we had a restful sleep after our very tedious but amazing batad trek. Plus the location is a good distance from the town proper so the place had a relaxed and private atmosphere. Added bonus is that banaue homestay has an amazing view of the rice terraces. The breakfast menu was very filling and delicious, especially the longganisa. i was both amazed by the place and charmed by our accomation. We will definitely return to banaue and stay at banaue homestay!:-) The only downside with our trip was that we were not able to view the rice terraces at banaue town because of the fog covering the mountains. Well, a reason to return again to this amazing place:-)"

"+ Wooden houses in the hotel are designed as local Ifugao houses. You can feel better their spirit. The view is gorgeous. Native Village Inn is situated on the top of the Hapao rice terraces. Staff always ask if you want to eat in a terrace with a view. You will be warmly treated with hospitality and smile. (We've arrived very late to Banaue and anyway have been transfered to the hotel and offered meal despite the kitchen rules). Mr Graham supported as on the way to Native Village inn with all the required information on how to get there from Cauayan. - The location has it pluses (view, close to Hapao) and minuses it is 9 km from Banaue (shops, cages, Batad) I'm not sure I should write it as a minus as it is the authentic idea of the hotel but you should be aware of: You won't get private toilet/comfort room and shower roon as it not like locals have. You are offered to use 2 common showers and 2 common toilets. I would definitely like to get back to this hotel and recommend to all travelers who likes to feel local cultures and be closer to nature. "

"Cheap dorm stay in Banaue, with comfortable bed and hot shower. Great view and free tea, coffee and toast, this and early check in was much appreciated after an overnight bus. Wifi available. Be sure to request more blankets as dorm got very cold at night. Also bathroom floor in 6 bed dorm got flooded everytime tap or shower was turned on. Pick up from bus station was appreciated, however I would not recommend going with the hostel's guide on treks. Their price was higher than elsewhere and unfortunately Wilson, although a nice guy, had minimal information to provide about the area, rice terraces, wildlife, etc. "

"Although I had read reviews and descriptions, little did I know what an exceptional treat I was in for! Arriving in Banaue, host Butch met us immediately at the bus stop and transferred us to the residence. There we were met by his lovely wife Claire, who said she hoped we would feel Baleh Boble would be "a home away from home" - and that was an understatement. The huts are incredible - the attention to detail and the quality of the work is amazing. It is the perfect balance between 21st century glamping, and historic/cultural experience. The huts are spacious for sleeping, and have quaint `living ` areas below. The hot shower was very welcome and so clean, with wonderful stylistic details too. Breakfast (not included in room rate) was great, and allowed time to enjoy the views across the valley. We also were given great advice on tours and trips available. Expansion is ongoing, Butch & Claire are such hard workers! I will definitely return to see the new facilities and enjoy again!!!"
