"Wow, we had a wonderful stay at Sequence! I had been in touch before our arrival and our room and view were amazing - thank you! The room was so spacious and well equipped - we especially loved the shower gel and shampoo! Such a convenient location, very close to Shibuya station and all the new shopping/dining areas in Shibuya. Our view was AMAZING and we loved the little 'Hi Tokyo' sticker on the window (which is now in our photos too) the coffee shop had a lovely atmosphere. We didn't use the bar, but we did have breakfast in the morning - which was delicious! Couldn't fault our stay at all....we hope to return again soon!"

"Excellent location with helpful & friendly Japanese staff. Ideal for solo traveller but not for family. Sparkling clean & provides the basic staff needed by any traveller. It has 24/7 coffee machine, ref for food that you can keep during the duration of your stay & you can cook your food. While I am not a beer drinker, the free beer hour is an add on. The lady caucasian staff is the odd ball there. Hope she gets to imbibe the friendliness of the Japanese people and assimilate what Japanese hospitality is all about. Value for money, if you want a comfort of a hotel room, just add up a little and you can find a hotel that gives you ample space. But area is very accessible to train station, restaurants, convenient store and the flamboyant Shibuya. Via Airport Limousine Bus, get off at Excel Tokyo Hotel take 10-15 mins. walk even with luggage. Landmark is Friday's Shibuya almost across Millennial Hotel Will I recommend, yes I will. If I am alone, I will not really go back there. "

"the hotel room was a little small, however given that it was only used for sleep, it was good. the staff are very friendly but sometimes the information they provide about sightseeing may not be completely correct so always double check with another staff member, especially in terms of locations and nearest train stations. the male concierge was very helpful and gave detailed information, including calling to make bookings for restaurants. the hotel is conveniently located between shibuya station and harajuku station. for breakfast, there is a choice between japanese style and western style breakfast, as well as an additional assortment of juices, salads and desserts. also, noodles are provided at 9.30pm, however, this can sometimes be too late due to walking activities during the day."

"This is one of the best hotel We've stayed. We stayed for 3 nights. The room is small but that isn't unusual for hotel in Japan. The hotel is new and modern. The bathroom is THE best. Super clean. I love the bed. The staffs there are super friendly. I love how I can mix the heater and AC together, so the room isn't so cold and so warm, an easy configuration for the AC/heater. The place is walking distance to everything in Shibuya / Yoyogi / Harajuku. However, do aware that the hotel located at a uphill. We struggle a bit with our luggage uphill. Other than that the hotel is perfect location and did I mention it is clean? Yes. Super clean. "

"I had a last-minute booking (just 1 day before arrival in Tokyo) and this hotel did not disappoint. I stayed here for a total of 4 nights, and I was so glad I chose to stay in the vibrant Shibuya area! Approximately 7-minute walk (moderate pace) from JR Shibuya Station. Get out from the main exit, walk to the famous Tsutaya building (where there is also a Starbucks), round the bend and keep walking straight, passing by Parco and Miu Miu, and the hotel is just ahead. For the price that I'd paid, location was certainly a huge plus point. It's at the quiet end of the busy Shibuya shopping street, and yet safe with several restaurants and cafes around the area. Yoyogi Park and Meiji Shrine are also approximately a 15-minute walk away, and Harajuku, 20 minutes on foot. Hotel was clean and equipped with toiletries and other basic amenities. Space of the room was sufficient. No wardrobe, just hangers (approximately 6) but that's probably what made the room slightly more spacious. Absolutely fine with me. The (minor) minuses: Table was too small (it was triangular-shaped) and no freezer in the mini-fridge. "Fake" window ie no view. Staff might not be able to speak too much English, but it wasn't too much of an issue as I speak some Japanese. Very strict with the check-in time of 2pm (I'd arrived earlier at 1230pm) Ultimately, for its price though, this hotel met my expectations. I would stay here again! "

"Very friendly staff. They spoke a little english but it was fine. For complicated inquiries, we used google translate & it worked perfect. They always change the beddings & towels everyday, not all hotels do that, we booked the room with tatami beds for more japanese home feeling. Thank you to the staff! We loved our stay here.
