Bayswater station is just as easy to walk to as Paddington. There is good choice of food nearby in both small stores and restaurants. And it is directly over the road from Hyde Park. We ended up double booked into this hotel and the staff sorted that very professionally without making us feel troublesome. The room was great - excellent views, it was huge for a Lond...

I was a bit worried before I got here because of some low rating reviews. However, while I was staying here for two days, I had no difficulty staying here except I had to jump over my carrier. At least I could leave my carrier open on the floor, though. The room was clean during the stay (hotel will NOT change your bed sheets but Will make the bed for you). Shampoo, bo...

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean but seems a little small but since we are in a business trip so we did not stay a lot of time in the hotel, the location is great because it is near Oxford street. The restaurant in the hotel is very good and offers good value breakfast and dinner. There's one thing about the reception counter that is differ...

A really nice and small hotel located in a quiet corner near Hyde Park. 2 Tube stations within 2-5 mins walk: Bayswater and Queens. Really convenient. Hotel staff are friendly. Even before I arrived, I received a welcome e-mail from hotel confirming the receipt of my booking and special requests. I will recommend this hotel for solo travellers or travellers with no ...

This is the second time I have stayed at the Hyatt Regency Churchill. It is a luxury hotel and the location is absolutely fantastic. The staff at the hotel are extremely welcoming and seem to go out of their way to do whatever you need, from the doorman to the reception to the Club staff. Really excellent. I booked a Club Room, which I highly recommend. The rooms are f...

It was just average for the overall service of the hotel. Partly disappointed with the service the hotel provided. We arrived at 7am london time and the receptionist told us there was no room available for us until the next guest checkout at 12-3pm. Making a guest wait? Why hilton is not flexible enough for a better option to customer?. Second thing, she upselled us to...

The London House Hotel is in a great location. 2 subway stations within 5 minutes walking distance. Numerous bus stops. But also well positioned for walking. From here I walked to Portobello Rd markets, Kensington park, Hyde park, Harrods, Kensington high street, Royal Albert hall, St James Park, and Buckingham palace.. The area had numerous cafes, restaurants, superm...

We arrived at The Landmark Hotel and was told we could check in early. We were so pleased and grateful to hear that our room has been upgraded to an executive room as it was our 15th wedding anniversary. We were given a guided tour around the hotel by two lovely members of staff who also showed us to our room. The room itself did not disappoint, it was breathtakingly b...

Such a great hotel with some real quirky touches from the record player in the coffee shop to the Pantry to make your own coffee and tea. I booked the large double room which gave me a bit more room to move around in. Room looked like it had recently been refurbished and was super clean and comfortable. Bed and bedding excellent, small compact bathroom with a larger sh...

It was better than expected, the studio had a small pantry with everything you need from utensils to plates. It was very well kept and clean, and it didn’t have the studio apartment feel. It still felt very much like a nice hotel with the advantage of having a microwave and a place to heat up your food if need be. The staff were all friendly. The size of the room was c...

We stayed for 6 nights. Overall was good. Great location. Pros : This hotel is several steps from Malaysian Hall Canteen, 2 minutes walk from Hyde Park, 4 minutes walk from Queensway tube station (one station to Marble Arch - shopping heaven, Oxford Street). There are several halal restaurants (Middle East Food, Malay Food, Subway), grocery stores (Saintbury, Tes...

We were pleasantly surprised by the Corus Hotel. It’s centrally located across from Hyde Park. The bus stops and metro stations within a block or so from the hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful. They allowed us to store our daughter’s milk in the kitchen refrigerator. The rooms were clean although a bit small compared to American standards, but good compa...

It’s only a few minutes away to the department stores and restaurants from the hotel room. The room could be very small (not enough room to open a suitcase) but we got a room with window it could fit three open suitcases. There’s no toothbrush and tooth paste and fridge, but shower gel/shampoo, hairdryer and a complimentary bottle water etc are provided daily.

I booked a one night stay at this hotel through Agoda. However I had a separate booking made for 11 nights' stay prior to this so I had a good appreciation of this hotel. When I arrived, the standard double room was fully booked so they upgraded me to a suite (probably called the Executive suite, not sure). I have seen the standard double room and it's just a small roo...

Wonderful hotel. Enjoyed my stay immensely. The hotel is in the best position of Bayswater. Less than a minutes walk from the front door I was surrounded by fantastic restaurants, convenience stores, shops and Bayswater Tube. The hotel rooms were of a good size for London standards, clean, comfortable bed (a plus!). The hotel also had a super bar area which was so...

I agree with reviews that others have posted. You do get what you pay for. I booked a double room. And it was just big enough for a double bed. The bathroom was also small but modern and very functional. Nice shower and good water pressure. Coming from north america, I am unaccustomed to how small a hotel room can be. The hotel has two very outstanding features, th...

This is my third time to stay at this hotel. I booked the executive room so can enjoy the excecutive lounge service. They offer non -stop drinks and food during specific time which is excellent which not many other hotels in Europe will do the same. Their breakfast at lobby is more than excellent!!! All the food is fresh and specially made. I really enjoy to stay at...

Difficult to give a realistic assessment, we only stayed one night, arriving 11.00pm and departing 9.00am next morning, but everything went very smoothly, room very tidy, with all good clean facilities. Only down was the small double bed after we’d asked for large double. Reception staff very good.

My review is based on my expectations. I wanted a budget hotel near a major Tube stop. This hotel was much better than what I had hoped for. I will definitely use this hotel for future trips to London. First, I want to acknowledge Alex and Claudia. They were extremely helpful, very pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in making my stay an exceptional experience. ...

Chose the hotel as it was within our budget, and perfectly located for the Albert Hall, 5 minutes walk. Booked standard double room - turned out to be a rather basic, and smaller room than we had imagined from the photograph, bed was comfortable but only one chair provided. Think Premier Inn, not 4 star hotel..... The sink plug was closed when we arrived and on using ...

The location is great if you travelling by train to/from Paddington. Walking within 5min. The hotel is under refurbishment. So its noisy during the day. My room is modern, clean and big. I like that there is a safety box in the room. Very good for 3-star hotel. No need to book room with breakfast since there is a nearby restaurant (IL gusto) serving all day English b...

we booked this hotel a few days before we arrived for a fabulous price of £44 per room per night. the hotel staff informed us that it had completed its refurbishment only 2 weeks previous (maybe that was why the price was so good). the rooms were clean and fresh, with lovely bathroom facilities. the hotel has tried to keep the original features were possible with the o...

We travelled overnight to London from Qatar and were exhausted when we dropped our bags. A rather officious receptionist told us to return to check in after 3. We returned at 12:30 - too tired and cold to do anything but sit in the lobby and wait. She did nothing to try and accommodate us early and only checked us in at 2:30 because I went to her and asked if our room ...

When I arrived at the Leonard Hotel, I was greeted warmly with smiles, especially from this black haired girl (didn't get her name) who hurried out to the taxi to help us with our luggages, to picking the best room for us and giving information! Just so lovely and attentive. Once you have a good beginning, the good experience shall follow. I will definitely make the...

The location of the hotel is very good !! Just off Oxford street, next to M & S and other department stores. Rooms are VERY small, but nice, with all the regular things you would expect to have, but no refrigerator in the room, so if you are planing to store something to be cool, forget about it. Breakfast is very nice. Some of the workers are nice, but some are no...

Alongwith my wife I had the opportunity to visit London and stay at this home away from home for a good nine nights. Befitting it’s name space has been best utilised by them. We stayed in a premium studio which was fully equipped and with ample space for a hotel in central London. Zoltan and Abdul at the reception were always very helpful. Abdul always smiling and eve...

I have been to London for 6 times and this is the best accommodation I have ever had so far. The decoration of the hotel is nice and romantic and the best of all is it's location. It's just 5 mins walk from underground station and Hyde park is just right next to it. You will find it super awesome if the hotel is so convenient when you travel in winter, no need to take ...

Marvin & buddhika, you guys recently helped me with reservation and check in on Feb 6. Thanks to you and the other staff, The rooms were clean and comfortable. I can say this is one of the best hotels we stayed in London,The room was very, very clean and modern. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional.. I definitely would stay at this ho...

I booked at good rate but room given is small. There is no breakfast provided and no airport transfer. All remarks given to hotel during booking is not being considered at all. There is no fridge but each room has a safety box. Staffs are okay, some are friendly but some are not. Overall, location is very near to tube stations within walking distance, there are alot of...
