The hotel is really good, located near the Heathrow airport, it is 50 minutes away from the core of London. Our room was really comfortable with a TV, lot of pillows, some tea and a hair dryer. The breakfast was good though the eggs were kind of greasy and I've eaten better bacon but it's overhaul really good. Dinner was great as well, the Mac 'n cheese was really good. Only 3 stars on "clean" cause the bathroom could have been cleaned better when we arrived. The SPA is good but it's shared with the gym center which mean there are a lot of people in it.

the ease of access to the hilton heathrow airport was the major factor in us deciding to stay at this hotel. the free travel the underground provides from any terminal to the hotel is also a plus. with the late arrival of our flight from athens, it was a comfort knowing that we did not have far to go to check in and reach our room, nor did we have to travel outside under abnormal weather conditions, although the signage in terminal 4 could be improved somewhat with its visibility and directions. we would not hesitate recommending the hotel to any traveller passing through heathrow.

I had a morning flight home to USA and wanted to be closer to the airport the night before flying home. Spent one night at this hotel which was very reasonably priced compared to what you have to pay in central London. You can take the TFL rain or Heathrow Express to airport (we did Tfl rail which is cheaper but takes slightly longer). From the airport you can take a free city bus (double decker which my daughter loved) which drops you off right across from the hotel. The next morning we took the free bus again from the hotel to the terminal. No need to pay for the Hoppa bus.

the sofitel was very easy to find after arriving at terminal 5 heathrow airport,just a short internal walk to the right after exiting the terminal. check in was efficient and speedy and the staff very friendly. the room itself was lovely,very clean, new and very quiet. its size was also a pleasant surprise after staying in other hotels in london! i would definitely stay here again if catching an early flight the next day,beats getting up at an unearthly hour and trying to brave the underground or taxis.

check in staff helpful in explaining all the facilities and pointing out location of the free bus service to Hatton Cross Underground Station. Room not large but well appointed with really good bed, pillows and duvet. Had my best night's sleep in England. The shuttle bus pick up every 20 minutes to go to the airport terminals also very convenient when leaving. Definite place to return to if need to stay near heathrow airport again

This hotel was great, not only was the hotel conveniently located near heathrow airport the service and facilities were awesome. Arriving and departing was made easier by getting on the hotel hoppa bus service. Friendly staff and great value money. Stayed in a 3 single bed room which was very spacious and comfortable especially after a 14hour flight. The highlight would definitely be the buffet breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We had booked 2-3 nights in London at this hotel at very good rate via agoda, partly becos we booked it 3 months in advance and the price was still very cheap. The airport bus at 4.50pounds bring us directly from heathrow airport to the door step of the hotel. The rooms are big and clean and wifi free . The restaurant and bar serve a variety of food. Overall, I would stay in this hotel again if i go back to London.

My room is facing a major street, in the night can hear police car's loud sirens, so it is a bit noisy. But due to jetlag, sleeping was not an issue for me. But for longer term stay, need 2nd thought. The hotel is really close to Hounslow Central Picadaility Line station, straight to many sightseeing places in central London. I could also simply drag my luggage and walk 5-min to the station, to Heathrow airport as well. There is also a huge supermarket called ASDA nearby, where you can get all your grocery shopping.

Staff very accommodating when checking in and out. Room very basic but fine for one night. Not much space to move around but slightly more than another Easyjet Hotel I stayed at. Only a 5 minute walk to the main road where you can pick up the 140 bus to Heathrow Airport which will take you to the Central Bus Station and costs only £1.50, cheaper than the Hoppa bus. I would stay here again if it was only for one night but handy and cheap stay for Heathrow airport.

Our flight was scheduled to arrive at Heathrow at 10:30 p.m. from Chicago. We booked 2 rooms as there are 2 adults and 4 kids in our family. Our apartment for the week wasn't going to be ready until the following day at 2:00. We took the SUPER convenient Hotel Hoppa to the Sheraton. The Sheraton staff put us next to each other and were ready for our late check-in. We ordered room service and had a wonderful stay.

The hotel does not have an elevator, so if you are traveling with four heavy bags its a bit of a challenge. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and helped me carry my bags upstairs. Fortunately we were on the first floor and not the 3rd floor. Our room was comfortable and clean. The hotel has good sound insulation which is a plus considering the proximity of the hotel to the runway. The cafe has a spectacular view of Heathrow airport.

The Stanwell Hotel is a well-hidden gem, certainly well worth the effort of seeking out: in fact my taxi driver had to take two attempts to find it. As a one-night stay near Heathrow airport necessitated by a very early morning flight, the Stanwell was ideal, and in fact it made me sad I only had the one night. The menu in the attractively bright and open restaurant offered an eclectic choice, and the taste was great. The wine list was compact but well-varied, and the service was excellent. The only slight jarring note in the dining room was the music: quasi-classical orchestral versions of pops and standards, interspersed with a true classic piece: for the first 10 minutes, interesting ... thereafter .... intrusive. As for the accommodation side, my single room was rather ... compact ... so for a traveler on a multi-stop trip with several bags, careful planning was required to optimise space. However, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom immaculately clean. Despite being literally laid alongside LHR, the double-glazing kept noise levels surprisingly low. On the space side next time I'll try for a double, single use. All in all, this is a hotel I'd definitely return to, even as a stand-alone visit rather than a London Heathrow add-on. Excellent service from reception through restaurant and bar to the room staff, and superb value for money. A true hidden gem.

Reception staff friendly and efficient. Advised of breakfast times and wi if details. Wi if good bandwidth and 40 + MBS so very fast. Shower excellent with very high water pressure and hot water. Rooms small but very comfortable. No noise from nearby Heathrow airport. Breakfast included of continental style of pastries, cold meat, eggs etc etc. Option of hot breakfast is additional £8:00 which was not needed in honesty. All good plentiful and well replenished. Great value for overnight stay if for an early flight.

A great modern quirky hotel brilliantly situated near Heathrow Airport - it’s like a WeWork CO working space wrapped up in a hotel. I think it’s relatively new as the staff still seem to be getting up to speed with various processes which slow down things like ordering food etc. Rooms being new, are all nice and clean and modern and well soundproofed - you cannot here any aircraft noise and the black our curtains ensure a very deep sleep. Comfy beds and big screen tv are commendable. The flight information screens in the reception, lounge area is a nice addition. The only criticisms I have is the lack of in room drink making facilities - you have to go to the main reception area and a pretty uninspiring god menu. The other being the car parking - as a paying guest I think charging for car parking is very cheeky. That said it’s secure and has plenty of spaces. Overall a good hotel, good price, good facilities and modern finishes and excellent location.

My stay in the Renaissance was for 1 night during my return trip from India. I was flying on to Ireland the following morning. It was a pleasant experience after my long haul flight and baggage delays, just to get to my overnight hotel quickly and be met by staff who attended to my check-in promptly and professionally. The hotel has a bar that serves good quality bar food. This is ideal for the weary traveller. A restaurant is also available. The restaurant looked quite full which I always take as a good sign. The room was clean and well presented, internet access available (at a small charge). The following morning I awoke refreshed, had an excellent full buffet breakfast and then got a taxi to Terminal 1 which only took a few minutes. I opted for the taxi as opposed to the shuttle bus because of the large amount of luggage I had. My stay was a pleasant one and I would definately stay there again on my next overnight in Heathrow.

Nice rooms. Room service is ridiculously expensive. Got some pasta dish for $17. I got about a cup of pasta. Was still hungry afterwards. What's up with that. Pasta is cheap. That was highway robbery plain and simple. I've stayed in hotels in the US that offer free complimentary shuttle to the airport. Not with the London Heathrow Marriot hotel. I paid 5 pounds for the hotel shuttle! This hotel is less than two miles from the airport.

This is a very convenient airport hotel within walking distance of Avis / Budget Heathrow car rentals. Despite being near the runway threshold I heard no aircraft noise while in my room. The rates are reasonable although the single rooms are a little small and taper because of the shape of the building. The front desk staff were great as were the bar staff and waitresses. The rooms have everything you would expect from a Holiday in although because of the transient nature of the guests staying there the furniture in the rooms is starting to show signs of wear and tear. I would definitely use the hotel again when transiting through Heathrow.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and considerate. Getting to and from Heathrow is a bit of a pain, simply because of the bridge works that prevent access from the station at the moment. I struggled. Otherwise, a very convenient location. The Travelodge website is rubbish and wouldn't let me book, but I got a good deal through Agoda so it worked out well.

This Hotel is perfectly situated close to Heathrow Airport but far enough away from airport traffic and noise. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Room was clean compelte with kettle, tea,coffe etc. Breakfast was amazing and staff helpful. Tip:- If there is more than one person travelling to the airport use a driver arranged by the Hotel and not the shuttle bus. Only $2 pound more but easier and more convenient.

excellent hotel. very clean and tidy. the staff are very polite and always greet you with a smile. they are always willing to help you. excellent facilities, free secure car parking covered by cctv, indoor swimming pool, sauna. the rooms are very large and are accompanied by free WIFI, coffee & tea making facilities, satellite TV and a hairdryer. this hotel is an ideal retreat if you are jetting off on holiday and you are flying from London Heathrow. I shall be returning to use this hotel again.

Great location close to the high street and other shops, restaurants, & entertainment. Walking distance to the above and to Staines train station and also to my work area. Nice different types of rooms. Wonderful staff that try their best to keep their customers happy. Only wished they had a wider range of breakfast offered as it will be boring for someone staying for many nights.

Best staff near the Heathrow area, if you talk to them a little bit, they will open up and become your friends. It always made me feel like I am at the home with them. Rooms are clean, heater was working at perfect level, bathroom amenities were provided. I needed a dental kit, called them and they sent right away without a long wait. There wasn't any water bottle though in the room, but I went to Bar to grab a pint of glass, and they asked, if i would prefer a jug of water, I felt so relaxed that they were always achieving extra mile to help you. Overall I will give A+ rating to the hotel services, staff, and location.

If you've get tired from indisntinctive business hotels near Heathrow then Ambassador is right choice for you. This is small family-run inn at 10 minutes drive from Terminal 5 with ambience of British house - fireplaces, soft furniture, old tapesrty etc. Rooms are small and furniture is not very new but all facilities are there and in operational mode. Each room has its own name. Very friendly and professional staff.

We booked this hotel as we had a 5am start the next day, and the hotel is on the route of an airport bus which starts its service at 4.19am; it costs £5 each for a one way trip to Heathrow Airport Terminals. We had an excellent and quiet room on the 10th floor which had a pretty amazing vista. The room was well equipped and immaculately cleaned. Check-in and check-out were both handled with efficiently,, but please be please be aware that we did not receive our booked 4am alarm call, fortunately we had a back-up! I would nevertheless wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
