So the main Conrada's Building is great. Its what you see in the pics. Massive pool etc. "Superior & Delux" Rooms are in this building. "Standard" Rooms are in a secondary building, a few minutes walk away from reception - this is the one with the tiny triangular pool pictured above. This building is lifeless. No one uses the pool or bar here. You're still free to walk...So the main Conrada's Building is great. Its what you see in the pics. Massive pool etc. "Superior & Delux" Rooms are in this building. No one uses the pool or bar here. You're still free to walk to the main building for all the facilities though. The staff are great and it's well run. Location is also excellent. Not too close to the hustle of Panglao Beach area, but still only a 10min walk. The hotel is located on a private side-road. Theres a convenience store a few mins away. Breakfast is terrible, just a poor selection and very minimal. Typical of Philippines in general really. The Standard room was clean with a/c. No fridge though. If booking, I'd pay the extra and ensure I had a Superior or Delux room in the main building. Hotel staff can organise transport to/from the front door for you also at good rates.

The room is stunning, cleaned everyday, fresh towels, free water, free toiletries and a comfy bed. The living area in the room was perfect too, comfy couch with a TV, was lovely in the evenings. The pool area is just perfect too, although some more sun loun...We stayed here for 4 nights and we wished we could stay longer...but sadly they were booked up for Christmas!! The room is stunning, cleaned everyday, fresh towels, free water, free toiletries and a comfy bed. The living area in the room was perfect too, comfy couch with a TV, was lovely in the evenings. The pool area is just perfect too, although some more sun loungers would be good in the busy times. The staff are super friendly and always smiling. The breakfast was very nice too. I would be great if the hotel served lunch and dinner too, but you can order food from nearby restaurants and they’ll deliver it to your room. Although the hotel isn’t very close to Alona Beach, a trike is only 100PHO and the staff will call you one when you need it. This truly was a perfect hotel, one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in, in Asia. 100% recommend!!

I and my daughter are happy to stay in Donatela. Nice cozy ambience, good cuisine, friendly and efficient service... feels at home immediately. Love the nature setting, seeing different species like gecko and different kinds of frogs, waking up in the morning by the sound of chirping birds, watching the horses and ponies grazing the grass, enjoying the sight of the h...I and my daughter are happy to stay in Donatela. Nice local/exotic fruit bearing trees. Well maintained surroundings. Nice accommodations of Ifugao inspired villas. Well thought of designs of the villas, very detailed.. May be few distance away from the Alona Beach but was all worth it... The price of menu in Paprika is competitive to the ones offered along Alona Beach, so worth the gastronomic experience. Quality cuisine at competitive price (to Alona Beach front restaurants) It is where we will stay the next we visit Bohol.

Manni the owner was so friendly, courteous, helpful and funny! He treats his guests very well, talks to them, assist them if they have any needs or questions. The rooms were massive and super clean! We had an amazing stay at the Twin Tides. We originally only booked for 2 nights but ended up staying 4 when we realized how amazing it was. The breakfast provided each day was DELICIOUS and very filling. They had the best coffee we had during our entire stay in the Philippines - the Americano is my recommendation! Every time we entered or left the hotel, we were greet...We had an amazing stay at the Twin Tides. We originally only booked for 2 nights but ended up staying 4 when we realized how amazing it was. The breakfast provided each day was DELICIOUS and very filling. They had the best coffee we had during our entire stay in the Philippines - the Americano is my recommendation! Every time we entered or left the hotel, we were greeted with a smile and an employee running over to open the door for us before we could open it ourselves! An unnecessary gesture but very kind, regardless. The rooms were very clean and very modern compared to the other hotels we stayed at in the Philippines. Alona beach is about a 5-10 minute walk away. If you cut through the parking lot across the street it's a short 5 minutes. We didn't mind the walk but if you're wanting a beachfront property, this isn't the hotel for you. We asked the front desk staff for recommendations for dinner each night and they gave us great ones each time. When we were there (Aug 2016) the pool wasn't yet opened but it looked to be almost complete. A few things to note: you need to pay 1000 pesos in cash as a room deposit for your stay - I asked to put a hold on my credit card but they said it must be cash. You receive it back when you checkout - just make sure you keep your receipt. Beach towels are rented to you for 500 pesos/towel. When you return the towel, they return the pesos. We exchanged our towels each day. They have free wifi - they give you a code that lasts for 24 hours, at which point you need to go back to the front desk to get another code. I would definitely recommend this hotel and wish them continued success.

All are excellent. As per review, only that during the time we are check-in, the power supply is not yet available due to current supply in bohol where affected by the earthquake in Ormoc. But the staff as we arrive informed us right away and told us we can have our refund because they tell us that they have no generator. But as we observe the place is so cool because of the trees that sorrounding the place and indeed as we enter the room we are amazed of the beauty and indeed the room is really cool. As we observed also during the stay, they have electric stove and rice cooker which you can use if you want to cook. Highly recommended and hopefully the next time they can already have their generator. Thanks ECO Hotel.

A few minutes walk from Alona beach and other resto bar. They have scheduled free shuttle service from hotel to Alona and vice versa. My daughter enjoyed swimming in the pool. Plated breakfast is ok. PS: You can have dinner at Valmores Eatery cheap but yummy grilled barbeque and a lot more.

Food is really bad and sadly this is far away from every restaurants. Dont stay for more than 3 nights!!! Staff is OK but they have not been educated in how to take care of customers, speically when it comes to the restaura...It was many years ago since this was a lovely hotel but now the hotel is old and have it marks. Clean room but very simple rooms. Pool are is good. Food is really bad and sadly this is far away from every restaurants. Dont stay for more than 3 nights!!! Staff is OK but they have not been educated in how to take care of customers, speically when it comes to the restaurant. But for a cheap price its totally worth to go there and chill a few days.

We stay in this hotel of 2 nights On Feb 7 & 8 and the room was big! We booked 3 rooms for 7 people but somehow we could all fit in one room. That is how big the room is. Wifi is average and pool is clean. There are only 2 pools, 1 is chest water deep and the other is 7 feet. We found out that it is used for practice SCUBA. The "chef" seems like on a call basis. So it you are really hungry, there is no such thing as fast food. Overall, my friends and I generally liked our stay there.

White sandy beach with beautiful blue waters, and great snorkeling right in front of it. (Although the best snorkeling part for me, was right around the corners of the Rocky Doljo Point - very alive, still healthy and many fishes)

I would recommend staying here if you have your own transportation. There are no restaurants or entertainment within walking distance of this hotel. For food we went to Alona beach to eat at the restaurants there via bus, motorcycle and tricycle. There were ants in our room coming from outside. Place is very homie, quiet , clean and easy to find. Close to that Spanish restaurant. You need to AT least rent a motorcycle to get around. They also offer a motorcyle to rent at an affordable price. Owner let's you feel that you are welcome anytime there. The most exciting part for me is to come home there and play with their Dog Nero or chilling out in the swimming ...Place is very homie, quiet , clean and easy to find.
