"The hotel is situated extremely near to the train station which is one of the busiest area in Hsinchu. The hotel room is of good size. There are fridge, water cooler/boiler, safe and all toiletries. I paid only about sgd 30 and it includes breakfast, extremely value for money. The only 2 cons I can think of is that the wifi is rather unstable, and the room can only be checked in after 5 pm. However, I arrived at 4.15pm, the staff allowed me to check--in. I would recommended this hotel. "

Bad point: 1.The room has some bad smell in the first day I stay, 2.The TV signals are not very good. a lot of channels are fully of noisy and blur pictures. "This was a great stay. I was there for 6 days, and I can not say enough great things about this place. Anything I asked for, they gave me with a smile. The cafe in the lobby is filled with great, friendly people. The room was a bit small, but not an inconvenience! The location was walking distance from anything anyone would want to do in the city of Hsinchu. When asked if I recommend this hotel, I will infatically say, “Yes!!”"

"This hotel is located right in the heart of downtown Hsinchu. This means that it is a short walking distance to the main transportation hubs such as Taiwan Rail and buses, and the traditional downtown shopping district, and other famous local attractions which is particularly beneficial for tourists. While the facilities and suites are visibly dated, this tiny hotel which is located in an alley, has been especially well kept and is very clean. Each room even has a tiny but usable bathtub, All the usual amenities are provided, as is a complementary breakfast that has a surprising variety, although with local offerings only. Complementary toast and simple refreshments are also provided in the lobby throughout the day. An added bonus was the free elevator-style parking. "

Was carrying a luggage at the time, the staff refuse to let me check in 1 hr earlier or put my luggage at the counter so that i can have my lunch nearby.. The place is fine and breakfast is great! However the counter service can be better for oversea tourists.."

"This hotel provides good value for the money, and the front desk staff is friendly and helpful. I did knowingly book a room with no windows, which can get claustrophobic after awhile. It is a short walk to the Hsinchu railway station; note that this is NOT the Hsinchu High Speed Train station, although you can travel between the two stations via a local line (Hsinchu <-> Liujia)"

"We reached Hsinchu late at night via train with our elderly parents. However, it was within minutes by foot when we reach the hotel from Hsinchu Train Station-excellent location. The triple room comes with a double bed and a single bed, a min-fridge, a TV and a 19gallons distilled water dispenser. It is a contrast to some other hotels where a common water dispenser is located on the corridor or maybe just offer a few bottles of water in the fridge. For an additional occupant where we paid NT$200, only a mattress was provided. To fill up our stomach at night, eateries with fabulous food was just round the corner of the street. "
