"When we arrived, they made a mistake in our booking and can only accommodate one room. I understand these types of mistakes. These things happen. They were very apologetic and courteous, that they handled the hotel arrangement in Grosvenor Square for the night. When we got back, they upgraded our rooms to executive and a park lane suite. Awesome! Thanks to managers Anna and James. Also in the lobby, staff are very helpful and checking on guests if they need anything. We had room service, and the food was excellent. The hotel is near Bond and Oxford Streets (just a 10 minute walk) and the bus stop right in front. If you need your caffeine fix, they have a Starbucks in the lobby. I will definitely book here again."

They upgraded their room and delivered flowers, champagne and chocolates to the room which was symptomatic of the service received throughout the stay. The hotel provides all that would be expected froma 5 star hotel on Park Lane in London and met all expectations (even to the point of the room service and breakfast being typical Park Lane prices)"

"We chose the hotel due to its location as we were going to the BBC Proms. Everything was to a high standard and the service was excellent. Perhaps the plain sandwich was a tad over priced!! £17 for two pieces of wholemeal and some ham and cheese is in my mind too much!!! Apart from that we really enjoyed our stay and would choose to return ."
