We had an executive room, which gave us access to the executive lounge. This was fabulous value as free drinks and canapés are served from 6-9pm. Rofuto restaurant was very impressive and breakfast the next morning was one of the best we've had at any hotel. It's a bit of a walk to Birmingham New Street, 15 mins or so, but an über taxi cost less than £3.50. I'd put the...

This hotel rocks! What you see in the pics is what you get. No "we show you our best room and then you'll get nothing like this" scam. We've stayed there for 5 nights on our lazy vacation so we have been sleeping for hours and stayed in a lot. A huge, very comfy bed. QUIET room with nice view. Even though the room is small it's really comfy in general. Shower is very v...

I stayed in this hotel before I had read any of the reviews and was surprised at how poorly it had been reviewed by some others. This hotel is a beautiful old building with Gargoyles adorning the outside, but it is very old, my room was modern to an ok standard and clean, there is some refurbishment going on in this hotel but it will take some millions to get it comple...

The room was clean & spacious. Key wouldnt swipe but Staff were excellent & helpful . Wi fi was crap ... poor reception at 8th floor. No Parking of hotel so had to park in high gate parking which cost extra & was a rip off. Was charged £12 for one night when the hotel stamped my ticket . Only one lift was operational so long wait to commute between ground floor & 8th ...

The hotel, facilities, location are all great. It's a good 4* hotel, has some dated decor but you don't mind it as it fits with the hotel well. The views of the city from the 20th floor are brilliant too. The major let down was the staff. Front desk and housekeeping. We stayed for 2 nights, the housekeeping didn't change the bedsheets, or the complimentary water, tea a...

Extortionate bar prices £32 for 2 double gin & tonics what a rip off!! plus had to pay £30 to use the hotel car park for 2 nights. City centre hotels generally are expensive but this place is on a different level, I absolutely detest been ripped off and that is definately what I was after staying here

This is a good hotel. Distance from New Street station is fantastic but its a shame the surrounding area is so grubby and run down. The welcome and checking-in was warm and professional. The room was very good, a little cold though. No matter what I tried to do with the thermostat, nothing seemed to change this. I did mention it when leaving the hotel. I should...

Very clean, good services, friendly staffs and it's located in the centre of Birmingham city centre. I have nothing to say, it was truly an enjoyable stay for three nights in Apart adagio Birmingham! I sincerely recommend it to others, especially for those who travel with children and family trip.

If I come to Birmingham again, this hotel is going to be the first one I will check for free rooms. I went there after studying the city map a bit, and because the price was reduced (around 80 EUR per night). I had a room with a king size bed (absolutely comfortable) on the 7th floor. This leads to my perhaps only point of criticism, namely I wasn't able to lower the ...

The hotel was very bright, clean and cheerful. The staff were all smartly dressed, friendly and efficient in their work. The restaurant, although we didn't eat there, looked clean and well presented. The bar was also very clean. The room was a lovely size, well decorated and very clean. There were the usual facilities in the room - tea and coffee, there was a flat ...

This hotel is located in the centre of the city and about ten minutes walk from the train station. The check in and out was fast. The room was large and the bathroom was large and clean. The breakfast spread was good with choices of cooked and continental breakfast. There were many restaurants and fast food outlets nearby and a supermarket next door to the hotel.

this hotel is clean and modern with good facilities. location is very good for chinese quarter and town centre. however the traffic noise was a problem as there is a nightclub over the road and taxis battle for business beeping horns all night, there were still people leaving the club as we checked out at 10.30 am sunday morning! if staying on a weekend request a room ...

Hotel is in a great location within 10 minutes walk from the train station and some of the best shopping centres in Birmingham. Surrounded by restaurants and eating places which served a wide variety of food including Chinese, Thai and Indian cuisines. If you are interested to visit the Warwick castle or the Cadbury factory, you can commute by train and these tourist a...

Lovely hotel right in the centre of Birmingham. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beautifully decorated. On our first night we were on the third floor and were woken at 7am by continual footsteps above. Turned out there were offices above us . We were then moved to floor 5 . The room was even more spacious and apart from a little bit of street noise which is to be expecte...

The Hotel still feels new and crisp, the rooms are excellent with clean, crisp linen, neat furnishings and a decent sized shower. The ONLY drawback of this compact hotel was that they don't do early book-ins, even after I mentioned that my flight would land 7:10am and that I would want to book in at 7:45am, they merely mentioned that they could only accommodate me at 1...

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in, it was extremely clean, the bedrooms were generously sized and the bathrooms were immaculate. The room was cleaned each morning with fresh towels and bedding, and the breakfasts were fantastic. All in all a great city break, brilliantly positioned in the centre of Brindley Place, meaning the city centre was walkable. ...

I booked and paid in full for a one night stay to attend my Daughter's graduation. On my way to Birmingham I received a phone call to say that the hotel through a "technical issue" was overbooked and they were moving me to an alternative outside the centre. This was not acceptable and I asked them if there was nothing in the centre of Birmingham he said no. To cut a lo...

We booked four double rooms for a pre-christmas get together and overall we were very impressed with the hotel and the staff. The rooms we a good size, appeared to have been recently refurbished with modern bathrooms and flat screen televisions. There is onsite parking accessed from the road behind the hotel, parking costs per day. The hotel website offers a complime...

this is a budget hotel do don't expect 5* ,excellent value for money,on site parking for £5 night through to 5.30 pm next day, location 2 minutes walk 02 acadamy 7 minute walk China town, ,20 minute walk broad st,15 minutes German markets train station ,I personal ly like to walk so excellent location..we had the twin room spacious with on suite bathroom, £33 for a nigh...

Our Stay at the Ibis was flawless, The young lady on reception was pleasant and very Helpful, checked in easily and with no problems. Room was clean and very comfortable. breakfast was nice and staff very helpful. All in all a very pleasant easy stay .

My two comments are We stayed two nights, breakfast was reasonable. Think it should include bacon and fried eggs but not scramble eggs everyday! Parking :£12 for 24 hours is a good deal, however if the parking ticket could allow unlimited in and out during such period would be perfect for hotel guests.

Very good hotel with excellent location( but at first was difficult to find it). In the middle of city center! Very warm, quit, comfortable, with city view.. Use the kitchen in the room every day ( because we don't eat hot-dogs and hamburgers which we find in all bars) and the dishwasher was very useful! Supermarket with food is only any steps from hotel. Breakfast wa...

Hotel was lovely and clean, room was nice with a comfy bed, plenty of space, loads of plug sockets, good TV, comfy chairs and a good size desk, lovely shower, breakfast was varied and very enjoyable (but the mushrooms are waaaaay too peppery) and there is a tram station 20 seconds from the hotel.... £1 to go straight to New Street Train station (town centre)! No park...

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay in this hotel. If you are looking for cheap and comfortable hotel, this hotel is excellent. Although it have small rooms but it still can give you a satisfaction stay. We would like to stay here again. We recommend it to everyone.
