Amazing pool, quiet location away from the throngs of tour buses, and a great view of a folk village with an ocean backdrop. Rooms were quiet even with a conference happening downstairs. We spent one whole afternoon of our trip just lounging by the pool, because it was so nice and peaceful. There were only a handful of families in the pool area, and most of them preferred the greenhouse-like indoor pool. My only complaint is that the restaurants are unfortunately grossly overpriced compared to quality. The burger's not bad, but it's not $24 good. The coffee is just fine, but it's not $15 fine. The only reason this matters is that there's not much else in the area worth eating, especially after 8 pm.

Very calm and picturesque location. The main pool is not well maintained and not heated at all. Also as it is in front of the hotel restaurant everyone including outside visitors is watching. It was lovely to use our jacuzzi which is on the private patio after a long day of exploring, Jeju Island. Breakfast was very basic and cold. Stay for 2 nights. The location very near sunrise peak and folk village. But took more than 1.5 hours bus ride from city. The room quite clean, shower ok, but unfortunatelly the hotel doesn’t provide one or more day tour service (I don’t mind to pay). Please make sure you made a tour booking (east or west side) 2 days before you arrived in jeju, since a lot of tour age...Stay for 2 nights. The location very near sunrise peak and folk village. Nice new clean hotel . You’re very close to hiking the mountain and going to U-Do island, while on Jeju. The locals were the least friendly locals I have encountered in Korea, but that’s not a reflection on the hotel. Lots of nice restaurants bars are close by. It’s on the bike bath, if you’re doing the Jeju Fantasy trail, and yes the hotel is bike friendly. The staff ...Nice new clean hotel . Very nice industrial buildings with different function and facilities. If you'd like a more serene environment, this is it. However, the location was a bit too far from city area and it will be best if you are driving around. Thought that perhaps they could do some improvement on shuttle transport wise. I think weekends can be more happening; as they have flea markets and events, which I like the idea and concept behind this place.

The hotel was quite basic and kept clean. but i was disppointed when i was told there's extra fee for using the swimming pool(₩9,900/person). And there's another extra fee for using the sunbed by the pool. I know the hotel rate is quite cheap but i would have considered a diffrent hotel if I had known i had to pay extra money to use the pool. We have lived there for three days and enjoy our vacation so much. 1) The receptionists and workers are very nice and always have imediate response to our needs. 2) This hotel is as clean as other 5 stars hotels. We can go there on foot with two little kids which are three and five years old. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone who looking for a hotel with high quality and affordable price in Jeju.

Very low price at not busy season with promo CONS 1. recommand renting a car for better commutes. Otherwise require to get familair with bus schedules. 2. maintenance is quite nice, but could get better. Although it is located far from Jeju city you might also consider staying this place as many good places are on the east of the island. Stayed 2 weeks for the special break and liked.

For travellers in Jeju Island without a car, this hotel is indeed the best choice as it can be reached by long-ride bus stopped at gu-seng-li and the hotel is just 2-3min walk! And it is very convenient to visit U-do and Song-san so the location is just excellent! I am also very impressed by the hotel owner who gave us a free ride to the boat terminal and also suggeste...For travellers in Jeju Island without a car, this hotel is indeed the best choice as it can be reached by long-ride bus stopped at gu-seng-li and the hotel is just 2-3min walk! Great place if you want a nice clean modern apartment. Not luxurious but definitely nice. Negative for us was mainly the location. We had booked in another part of the island, but the previous week's typhoon damaged it so they cancelled on us. Finding another suitable place on short notice wasn't easy. Arts Spa and Pool Villa was great in that sense...a nice apartment...Great place if you want a nice clean modern apartment. Not luxurious but definitely nice. Negative for us was mainly the location. We had booked in another part of the island, but the previous week's typhoon damaged it so they cancelled on us. Finding another suitable place on short notice wasn't easy. Arts Spa and Pool Villa was great in that sense...a nice apartment on short notice when we didn't have many good options. But the location isn't inspiring. Overall I'd recommend it, but maybe view the surroundings first so you understand the location. Another typhoon came through while we were there. I can report that the units are very sturdy (and, happily, the electricity didn't go out).

Great. Hotel is a 10 minute bus ride from nearest towns, and 90 min from the larger cities, but there are a few small restaurants and a convenience store. There are some excellent attractions nearby, including a folk village and brand new aquarium. Room was large and very clean. It could have done with a slightly softer bed, a bedside lamp and some storage for my pos...Great. Hotel is a 10 minute bus ride from nearest towns, and 90 min from the larger cities, but there are a few small restaurants and a convenience store. There are some excellent attractions nearby, including a folk village and brand new aquarium. Room was large and very clean. It could have done with a slightly softer bed, a bedside lamp and some storage for my possessions (other than a hat rack) but was still comfortable and welcoming. Upstairs 'residence' rooms are definitely better than the downstairs standard rooms.

Even though he cannot speak English well, he specially prepared notes written in English and Bahasa to greet and inform us about the room upgrade. And the room is really big for three people, with two double bed, huge LCD TV, computer, kitchen utensils, and also a bathtub! In the morning, when we opened the curtain, the beautiful view of Seongsan Ilchubong Peak greet us! We're really touched by the old couple staff that tried hard to explain to us where we can see a canola flower in Jeju. With body gesture, they told us that the flower not blooming in Seopjikoji anymore and gave us the location where the flower still bloom. If you planning to go to Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak, Udo Island, or any tourist attractions in the west part of Jeju, i really recomend this hotel because the bus stop is only a minute walk from the hotel!

If you are going to travel Jeju Island by a public transportation, you may need to walk for a while to go to the bus stop which was bit of downside. However, the hotel had a decent price with nice facilities, I got a free laundry!!! He was empathetic and always ready to help you. It is close to main tourist attractions and supermarkets. My floor was 2nd, but still could see a bit of sea from the room. In general, I think It has a great value for the money.
