The staff came to our room to repair it, and its all done. But in the afternoon, after we go out and came back to the hotel, the air conditioner is not working again When i called the staff, they said that there’s problem for all air conditioner in all room. But a few minutes after that, it’s all done.. over all, it’s a nice hotel in jeju, and i would to stay there in another chance.. there’s a directly way to the jungmun beach,the pool and the whirl pool is amazing too.. i love to stay there.

if you like pool party, it's a great place to stay (the party ends around 9:30 pm), won't affect in-house guests. staff is very helpful, recommended us to a restaurant located near the hotel, where we have tasted great heuk-doe-ji (black pork), it was really delicious, a bit expensive though. location is 1 hour away from downtown of Jeju island, but if your purpose o...if you like pool party, it's a great place to stay (the party ends around 9:30 pm), won't affect in-house guests. staff is very helpful, recommended us to a restaurant located near the hotel, where we have tasted great heuk-doe-ji (black pork), it was really delicious, a bit expensive though. location is 1 hour away from downtown of Jeju island, but if your purpose of going to Jeju is for vacation and relaxation, I highly recommend you this hotel for stay.

We stayed in two superior rooms in the main building (mountain view), one on the 4th floor and one on the 6th floor. As a reference the 7th floor is the top floor, the lobby is on 5th, the restaurants on 3rd and Spa/Fitness/Playrooms are on 1st floor. As we had notified the hotel in advance that our wedding anniversary was the first day of our stay, there was a celebration cake complete with candles and knife waiting for us in both rooms actually (you see my mother-in-law and my father were travelling with us so we needed two separate rooms). There was also complimentary chocolate and mineral water. The only downside was the check-in procedure which they messed up. They asked us to take a seat and gave us some refreshments, but then completely forgot all about us. We had to remind them that we were waiting to check-in and only then did they ask for our name. Then it took another 20 minutes before we got our rooms. Apparently they were over booked as we had called the reception a few days earlier and confirmed one twin and one double (both non-smoking). We were given two twin rooms, and the one on the 4th floor was a smoking room. Normally, I would complained but I was too tired to discuss with the staff at that time. I thought I could always do it the next day as we were staying two nights. Earlier that day we had drove all the way from Jeju Island's east coast, climbing Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak, walking along Seopjikoji, feeding animals and picking mandarins from trees at a local orchard, visiting Cheonjiyeon Falls.. We were all tired and hungry, and given the fact that we were travelling with a 3-year old and a 6-months old baby, all we wanted at the moment was to rest and get some dinner. We could always deal with the smoking room later, even though the smell was obvious. HOWEVER, given the fact that everything else was pretty much perfect I'm sure the hotel would have upgraded our room to either ocean view or a more luxiorious room if we had complained

Two for Two. Checked in to Bayhill the two times I've travelled to Jeju and have absolutely no regrets doing so. Thoroughly enjoyed my first stay back in 2017 and needed no persuasion to check in again this time. Just as I remembered, the check-in process was amazing - done over a cup of tea and cookies. Breakfast at Narnia was absolutely delicious and the best part ab...Two for Two. Checked in to Bayhill the two times I've travelled to Jeju and have absolutely no regrets doing so. Breakfast at Narnia was absolutely delicious and the best part about Bayhill is that it is far away from the hustle and bustle of noisy tour groups and is ideal for some Rest & Relax. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful - managed to secure us some last minute tickets to The Nanta show too.

I was in Jeju Island for a conference held in the International Convention Center. This hotel is a little over a kilometer away from ICC Jeju. It has a coffee shop near the reception area, a convenience store next to the building and a wide array of shops and restaurants within walking distance to the hotel so one wouldn't worry about getting supplies or food. It has a coffee shop near the reception area, a convenience store next to the building and a wide array of shops and restaurants within walking distance to the hotel so one wouldn't worry about getting supplies or food. It's also pretty safe with a police station and a fire station nearby so one would feel secure in the area. The staff were very helpful with my requests and the room amenities were sufficient for my stay. I found it very helpful that although most of the instructions in the room were in Korean, the hotel provided English translations for the various controls in the room (the only one I couldn't find a guide for was the alarm clock, but it was no big deal). The WiFi was pretty good too and there were plenty of power sockets for work. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this place to other people too. :)

I was happy overall with my stay in The Suites Hotel in Jeju. I initially was looking into staying at Shilla hotel that was right next to the Suites but I went ahead and booked for the Suites because of its much cheaper price. The room was a bit small but it was very clean. The hotel is located in Jungmun village that is close to a lot of tourist attractions in Jeju...I was happy overall with my stay in The Suites Hotel in Jeju. Clean and neat place for family. Superior room has a double and a single bed, can easily fit 3 people in a room. This hotel has a warm water indoor pool which is free for those who stay in the hotel. Also surrounded by forest, you can go for a walk. Not in the central area of Joongmoon, a car is required to dine out or to visit the beach. Very small, not clean looking, hard bed, weird towel, no complimentary bath stuff (only shampoo/conditioner they provide), minibar looks also very disappointed. I can say everything in the room was quite low quality. I never stay here again, when I'm considering the price. If you want to stay at hotel garden for a long time, you will satisfy this hotel, but if you need any comfort, then please do not choose this hotel.

I love the place and the staff. When agoda want to contact me, the staff come to my room and tell me and lent me telephone laptop and computer for free. I havent get this service in other hotel before. My first impression of this room is big enough with the heirs theme room. If i go to jeju again, i will stay here again. i already stay in 3 other hotel (1 hotel is 5star and the others are 4star) but i still not as happy and comfortable as i stay here. the food is very good too. I already read the comment before (they said the food is terrible) but when i have breakfast there i really love the food especially the crab stick salad. The sauce is very unique and i havent tried in other hotel.

You can reach the hotel though by entering the hotel nearby, Snob Boutique Hotel Jeju (064-738-3555). Similar to most other hotels in Korea though, it lacked a washing machine/dryer, and did not even have laundry servi...The hotel room was new, clean and spacious. Similar to most other hotels in Korea though, it lacked a washing machine/dryer, and did not even have laundry service. However, the hotel staff was very helpful in finding us one nearby. There is a laundry shop at this location Cheonjeyeon-ro 214 (064-738-8474) and there's a self-service laundry just two shops away at a lower cost.

The AC unit in the room couldn’t be plugged in as it’s mounted too high above the door. The WiFi had issues cutting out on me and I couldn’t connect all my devices. The location is out in the middle of nowhere and difficult to find taxis to both drop you off and pick up (though again, I was able to have the staff help me, which was very kind). The pool and surrounding area was under construction. There was really nothing to make this a “resort”. I’d definitely not recommend this place.

This property is part residence and part hotel. Room is actually a 1 bedroom apartment. It comes with kitchen but sadly missing pots and utensil. At least there's a washing machine but panel is in Korean. There's quite a number of eateries around. As we are only staying for the night, it suffice to say that it exceeded my expectation. Further there's a traditional market just next to the hotel but don't operate until later in the day. Overall, it's a good place to stay if you're exploring the southern and western coast of Jeju Island. Just remember parking lots is limited so you might have to park along the roadside.

I stayed at this hotel while attending a major international conference at the ICC Jeju. It's a great location (just 7-10 minutes by taxi to/from hotel) and in a nice quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the ocean. Across the street there is a ecopark where you can see fireflies in the evening. Across the street there is a ecopark where you can see fireflies in the evening. The area is full of mikan plantations and you can buy fresh produce along the roadsides - there's a post office and corner store just 1-2 minute walk away. The owners installed wireless routers during my stay and offered free transport to/from ICC Jeju each day. English conversation will be a bit an adventure, but you couldn't find nicer hosts.
