"We booked this hotel for two nights. Cosy bed and it is pretty enough for two-pax stay. Bathroom is open area with natural sunlight shining through the plastic roof, which turns out quite wet if it rains. Motorbike rent at 150,000 dong per day. We had electricity cut-off after a thunderstorm at night, and the friendly security guard barely understood english. Eventually we managed to look for the fuse box and turn the electricity back on. Thanks for the stay!"

"There is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The hotel is 10-15 walk into town, which is about as close as any hotel gets. There are free bicycles to use, though I didn't see many people riding them around Phu Quoc. Taxis are generally cheap ($1-2 to get into town) and given mid-day heat, that's what we usually chose. The pool is quite nice and gets up to 2.5 meters deep, which isn't that common in Asia. The beach is kept in good condition (I'm sure it is quite a lot of work) and since it faces west (as most of the hotels on Phu Quoc do) it has some of the nicest sunsets in Vietnam. Prices are hotel-expensive for most things. An ice cream that costs 20,000VND across the street will cost you 60,000VND inside the hotel. Tiger beer is likewise triple price. I didn't mind (too much) since that's how all hotels are. The buffet was pretty average—nothing to write home about. After two days of breakfast buffet we opted to eat outside the hotel. There is a tiny (minuscule) "beach bar" that can seat about 6 people. We were the only people there, so maybe that's all they need. But it would have been nice to have that full "beach bar" experience sitting, drinking cocktails for hours; there are other places along Long Beach where you can get that, though. The room was nice. Good curtains kept it pitch dark when we wanted to sleep. As other reviewers have noted, the beds are ridiculously large. The biggest bed I've ever slept in. There is a small verandah with two chairs. We tried sitting out there one night but got devoured by mosquitos so retreated to the room after a few minutes. All in all, I'd stay here again (assuming it is price competitive with the dozens of other hotels that are springing up on Phu Quoc)."

"Amazing experience with dedicated customer care and above all the view from my room, outstanding sunset view. The resort is located right in the center of the island with private beach zone, where I could easily explore the local food and top destinations. The buffet was great with the best noodle soup and yummy local choices so I decided to dine, it was my best decision. Good steak with local pepper, 2 glass of cocktails, and the magical sunset view were the things I expected for this trip. Above all, I still could see this resort is still upgrading and would be better for my next visit. Thanks for all, "

"The hotel was overall great, loved the glass enclosed bathroom looking out to the ocean. The hotel is very new and still have parts under construction ie; pool bar and rooftop bar. It’s a real shame the hotel has not beautified the grass area with the lounge chairs, there are some really old wooden ones that look awful. Gave this feedback to the hotel and nothing was actioned. The hotel needs to work on the attention to detail. Breakfast buffet had a wide and great selection however all the western hot food items are cold due to not been warmed correctly. All staff are friendly especially restaurant staff and housekeeping. Hotel reception staff need to be more friendly and acknowledging guests. Excellent location to the night market but a far distance to any bars and long beach. "

"I had a great vacation with my family at avs hotel. New hotel, clean rooms and toilets, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. If you have any questions, you can ask the reception staff and they will be very helpful. The hotel is about 50m from the beach but the beach is quite dirty and lots of rubbish. Instead of going to the beach, you can go to the rooftop pool. The swimming pool is clean and you can watch the sunset from there. Around the hotel there are also many restaurants to choose from. The hotel is also just 250m to the bus of vinwonder and safari. If I have a chance to come back, I will still choose to stay here "

"We chose this hotel due to a very interesting offer on Agoda, and did not regret it. The rooms are spacious and well kept, the breakfast is an amazing buffet spread with so much choice! I recommend the mini coconut pancakes with shrimp! Special mention for the staff, especially Vladimir & Odilbek, who went the extra mile to make sure our stay was enjoyable, and who helped us at the best of their possibilities whenever we had a problem. The hotel's location is very convenient as a base to explore the island; the stop of the Phu Quoc tour bus is a few steps away, and there is also a free shuttle that takes to the famous cable car at the Southern tip of the island. The pool is very well kept, and so is the beach. In all honesty, the sea at Long Beach is not the best of the island, but this has nothing to do with the hotel which is anyway a very good choice. "

"This is a new resort. If I am not wrong, it was previously called Sasco Blue Lagoon Resort. Everything is new, and they also provide airport transfer both ways. Reception staff were very friendly, restaurant staff were always attentive. Room is superb with nice finishings. Totally feels like a resort. Beach access in 10 steps. Wish I had stayed longer than 1 night. Will definitely stay again. Hope they can maintain this standard. Two Thumbs Up. "

"We stayed at Lahana for 11 days in total in Jan 2019 and very much enjoyed our stayed. The resort is great with lush surroundings. The bedrooms are nice, clean and good size. The beds are a little on the hard side for us but other than that our room was great. The resort has a decent size infinity pool that provided hours of fun for our 6 yr old daughter. The best thing about the hotel for us, however, was its staff. They were so lovely and always willing to help and ensure your comfort. I've been in 5 star hotels with service not as good. I think Vietnamese are generally so friendly, smiley and positive anyway, it was a pleasure to enjoy what the country had to offer. The only criticism I have would be in relation to the beach that the general area the hotel is based in. Long Beach is probably one of the worst beaches I've ever visited. So much so we didn't spend even 1 day on that beach. We hired a motorbike and went to the beaches of Ong Lang and Dai Sao."
