The convenience of this hotel right next door to convention is amazing and why we stay there every year, the hotel is getting a little older and they are trying to update a little, rooms and huge and nice breakfast and food service off lobby! There pricing when they have an event goes up to $300, but will go down to $100 on a Sunday night, which I hate

I stayed 2 nights, very clean. My only complaint is that hotels need to keep blankets on the room, I had to turn heat on cuz I got cold.

PROS: The staff was very friendly, especially Isis. The room was small but not a big deal. Location is good. CONS: I couldn't sleep because something was biting me . Very uncomfortsble!!! Breakfast was plain and horrible. Eggs and biscuit were cold. All in all, the experience would-be been better if I was able to sleep (bug bites) and breakfast was better.

I was visiting a college with my daughter and this location was perfect with free valet parking and restaurants within walking distance. This was a great hotel ! Rooms were very nice, housekeeping spectacular. Breakfast was great. Hot food plus the regulars for breakfasts, all you can eat ! Bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows. We would fed stay again !!

Super clean everywhere and very friendly staff It starts with Kris at the front desk setting the high level of expectation for your stay. She does a super job and bakes the best cookies. However after your good nights sleep, Melissa will fix you breakfast and she does a great job! We will return to this Sleep Inn next time we are in town!

The room was good, non smoking, no odor. Seemed newly renovated. Only complaints were the outlet by coffee didn’t work and could use only sink outlet to charge devices. This is what I like about this hotel: -24 hours check in. The other property in town doesn’t have it and my flight on United is frequently late. -A stove. -24 hours check in. The other property in town doesn’t have (only a microwave) and it’s convenient. The manager, BIll, is quite helpful.

Very acceptable

We checked in at 1030pm on the 18th our room was not cleaned,beds were unmade,there was no phone the whole time we were their. The woman that checked us in came down and cleaned the while we were at walmart gave us clean sheets and made the beds she even came down at 4am for a wakeup call because we didn't have a phone in the room

I must say over the years Ecco has been the best place I have ever stayed at. The staff is very honest. I left my phone charger and they called me 3 times to let me know I I had left my phone charger. I definitely will be staying at Ecco again.

Everything about this facility exceeded our expectations. Competes if not exceeds other high-end hotels charging twice plus accommodation fees . A perfect 10
