Everything was perfect as I expressed at the review, but it's important to know that the final payment is not only what is charged at the time of booking. To this initial amount must be added the cost of using the amenitties ($ 35 + tax) and also if you have to use the parking service. Both charges, could increases the cost by more than 40%.

Doorman and and staffs in registration desk are nice. Complimentary snacks on the bar in you room are good, but there is very slow room cleaning service if you stay more than 2 day. First room had an ant problem in the bathroom. They quickly changed me to a new room after management came to check it out as soon as I called. That was nice. New room had no ants. but slight musty/old cigarette odor even though entire hotel is non-smoking. So, that isnt the hotels fault at all- just trashy people who have no manners or etiquette in life. The hotel is simple but good. The breakfast is very simple but excellent. The front desk provided a very good service when I asked for help.

I had reservations made through Agoda tow weeks before I was to leave I needed to change location. I tried to contact them and ran into problem after problem. I ended up calling the new hotel direct to make new reservations and got screwed out of the $1200.00 + I will be reporting them to the BBB

What stood out the most to me was the great night life and the wonderful restaurant downstairs. Also the room was very refreshing, the view was absolutely stunning of the city at night.
